What if I don't make them decisions? So. [00:09:29] Speaker A: Okay. [00:09:30] Speaker B: Yeah, my. [00:09:32] Speaker C: What if somebody said, I buy this thing right now, Got it all with me, Got the perfect amount with me. If you come to the bathroom with me. [00:09:47] Speaker B: You can buy it without me coming to the bathroom? [00:09:49] Speaker A: No, but. [00:09:50] Speaker C: Nah, it's your sale. [00:09:51] Speaker A: If you come to the bathroom with. [00:09:53] Speaker B: Me, I'll buy it with taxes and fees included. [00:09:55] Speaker C: Everything. [00:09:56] Speaker B: This a woman, a person. [00:09:58] Speaker A: That's a nice looking person. [00:10:01] Speaker B: I don't need to sell that bad. Goddamn it. We go to the bathroom, but one of us will be leaving out. You proposition me like that, you leave. Walking in, you be crawling out there. Mother. [00:10:12] Speaker C: Oh my gosh. [00:10:15] Speaker B: Yeah, it's cool. But Thursday night, you know what I'm saying? Get home from work. You know, do my little get home from work thing. I'm chilling, take a shower and all this and that. It was about 9:30. I'm like, man, I had eaten basically all day. Please mute that. [00:10:32] Speaker A: Yeah, go ahead, baby. [00:10:35] Speaker B: And I Was like, well, I'm gonna put a little bit of potato rounds in. They like the little, you know, like the potato things that you would get from, like at breakfast time at a restaurant. I forgot what you call them. Anyway, I had a little of them. I was gonna put them in the air fryer. So I go in the kitchen. I'm like, why does it sound like my washing machine is running? I didn't turn my washing machine on. I was like, hold up. That sound like it hitting the ground. So I go in there and my water heater bursts. Water is ankle deep in my washroom or whatever. There's water all over the place. So, like the water department now, probably cause of people like me that would go in the water box and turn your water on. They put a lock on it. Oh, word? Yeah. So I had to call the water department to come and unlock it so I could turn my water off to my house. So the whole time, even though it don't. [00:11:33] Speaker C: It's just flooding. [00:11:33] Speaker B: It's just flooding. Yeah. [00:11:34] Speaker C: Oh, man. [00:11:36] Speaker B: So then I had to get a shop vac. I had to call somebody with a shop vac. Get a shop vac. Shop vac. Most of the water out. You know what I'm saying? [00:11:45] Speaker A: Dang. [00:11:46] Speaker B: Luckily, I had already took a shower for the night. [00:11:49] Speaker A: You had to take another one after all that work? [00:11:52] Speaker B: Nah, I wasn't sweating like that. I was nervous. I'm like, bro. For a moment, I felt helpless. It's water going everywhere. It was gushing out. It was like the sound coming. Cause the water was still coming through the pipe. So then it was just gushing out the back of the water. It was like. I was like, man, this shit's crazy. It was the gushing out the pipe. So that happened. So I get that out. I was like, all right, well, I could brush my teeth and stuff. Cause I had bottled water and all that. I was like, well, I go to work in the morning. So I go to get in one of my cars and the battery dead. So then I jumped it with my other car when it went to work. Cause I just wanted to drive down to work, whatever. Went to work and I drove it, you know what I'm saying? Home. I mean, you crank up going home. Then last night after work and I got off work late, the battery was dead again. So now I probably gotta get a new battery for my car. And I had to get water heater in the house. And apparently it's still not working. So I just got cold water in the house. But yeah, My battery was dead at work. I had to get a jump box from the job to jump. I came to. I wanted to drive it today to make sure that it was just the battery and the one crank today. So I had to drive mother car. But that was my week. Just. [00:13:15] Speaker C: I'm so sorry. That's a rough week. That's a lot. [00:13:20] Speaker B: Not really. [00:13:21] Speaker C: I'd be annoyed the house, the water in the house. I'd. Be. [00:13:25] Speaker B: The water gone. [00:13:26] Speaker C: Super darn. Super darn annoyed the water gone. [00:13:29] Speaker B: So I ain't. I don't really, like, if stuff happen. [00:13:32] Speaker C: You don't fret. [00:13:33] Speaker B: No, that's good. I'm alive. I got a roof. [00:13:36] Speaker C: I'll be, like, crying. I'm kidding. [00:13:41] Speaker B: So that was my week. [00:13:42] Speaker C: I'm just angry. [00:13:44] Speaker B: Email us djblayshowgmail.com, let us know your weeks. How y' all been doing? Y' all watching? You know, you been going. [00:13:50] Speaker A: You know what? Tell me about that. I know. I'm just sitting here. I'm hungry right now. Tell me about that Zaxby thing that you. [00:13:57] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, I did mention that, Zach. So. All right. So at work, we have a monthly meeting or whatever. They give away stuff. So I got a Zaxby's gift card. So I went to Zaxby's for lunch. Matter of fact, Thursday. Was it Thursday? Yeah, it was Thursday. I went for lunch and got that quesadilla wrap. Yeah, the bacon Chicken Jones. Bacon chicken ranch Quesadilla Jones. Yeah, my shit good. [00:14:26] Speaker A: Do you see how young Omar Epps look on that commercial? [00:14:29] Speaker B: He's on the commercial. I didn't know he's on the commercial. I don't really see Zaxby's commercials. [00:14:34] Speaker A: Yeah, he's. He's on that commercial. [00:14:35] Speaker C: They him. [00:14:36] Speaker B: He. He. You think that what it was? [00:14:38] Speaker C: No, I'm. I'm. [00:14:39] Speaker A: Look, I didn't see. I was like, oh, okay. [00:14:41] Speaker B: I didn't see. [00:14:42] Speaker A: He definitely don't look like power. [00:14:44] Speaker B: You think he lost weight? [00:14:46] Speaker A: Definitely did. [00:14:46] Speaker B: He probably. He. He looked like he had, like, dark circles in his eyes. So I wonder if he had like. Like he was sick. Like, he just went healthy, wasn't eating right, and then now he started eating right, got smaller and, yeah, he looked younger. He looked better. Good for him Again, good for him. [00:15:00] Speaker A: But how was it that shit busting. [00:15:02] Speaker B: So I had one that for lunch, and I was like, shit, I got money on this card. I'm gonna go get another one. So I got. After. I, like, went to my mama house and took a shower when this Actually got me another one. And then on the way to the studio today, I got me another one, so. [00:15:15] Speaker A: Dang. Okay. [00:15:16] Speaker B: Yeah. So they good to me. [00:16:30] Speaker A: No. [00:16:31] Speaker B: Oh, coffee Brown. Is it Coffee Brown? Ain't that the name of it? [00:16:34] Speaker A: Nah, I think there was a couple of them. So they was like Coffee Revenge or Coffee this. Whatever. [00:16:39] Speaker B: Oh, it's just Coffee. [00:16:39] Speaker A: I think it's just Coffee. [00:16:41] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:16:42] Speaker A: And I didn't know she was so topless in it. [00:16:44] Speaker B: Oh, you got to see her tits. [00:16:46] Speaker A: That much in the movie. Like the whole movie. [00:16:49] Speaker C: She showed a whole lot back then. [00:16:50] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:16:51] Speaker C: She have no shame in her game. [00:16:53] Speaker A: I was watching before I went to bed one day. [00:16:55] Speaker B: Coffee with a K though, right? Yeah, Coffee. It's Coffee Brown. I thought it was Coffee Brown. [00:17:00] Speaker C: Coffee A. [00:17:01] Speaker B: Coffee Brown is. Oh, that's the. That's a character. That's the R B group. Coffee Brown is a R and B group. Yeah. [00:17:08] Speaker C: You were way off. [00:17:09] Speaker A: Okay. [00:17:09] Speaker B: Now, I knew the song was Coffee Brown, though, but. Yeah. Anyway, that's all you watched. [00:17:15] Speaker A: Yeah. Cause I see Raising Canyon didn't come back out, right. [00:17:19] Speaker B: Yeah, it came out Friday. [00:17:20] Speaker A: Yeah. I mean, last week I didn't. [00:17:23] Speaker B: No, it came out last week and this week. The week before that, it didn't come out. [00:17:26] Speaker A: So I didn't see possibly two episodes. [00:17:31] Speaker C: Yeah, I didn't watch the latest episode. Of Raising Canaan. [00:17:34] Speaker B: I watched the one before it came out last week, and the week before it didn't come out. [00:17:39] Speaker A: Okay. Yeah, I think I'm two episodes behind then. Possibly. Definitely one. [00:17:48] Speaker B: I think that was me and you. Or maybe it was somebody at work talking about it. But it's a scene where one of the Canaan homeboys come and tell him about the little midget. I'm sorry, the little person. [00:18:03] Speaker C: Mm. [00:18:04] Speaker A: Tell him that he got killed. [00:18:05] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:18:06] Speaker A: Nah, I didn't see that one. [00:18:07] Speaker B: You didn't see that one. Okay, so you too behind. But that guy is. The guy that told him is Blaze. I guess you would say cousin. Cause that's his cousin's son. [00:18:19] Speaker A: Okay. [00:18:19] Speaker B: Yeah. I posted him in my stories. [00:18:24] Speaker A: The little guy was. It was throwing me off. Why? I don't know. Because I 90s was colors like, you know, you had striped shirts and stuff like that. And he was a little guy. He kind of looked like a kid. Like the color. The shirt made him look like a kid. [00:18:41] Speaker C: Oh, they didn't dress him mature enough. [00:18:43] Speaker A: Yeah, it was. [00:18:44] Speaker B: But he was a kid, though. [00:18:46] Speaker A: Yeah, he was a kid, but. [00:18:47] Speaker B: Cause Canaan is real Kanan. Really still high school age. [00:18:50] Speaker A: His body look kiddish, but face, look. [00:18:52] Speaker B: He look a grown face. [00:18:54] Speaker C: Yeah, he got a grown face. [00:18:55] Speaker B: Like when this is. [00:18:56] Speaker C: He didn't give teenager. [00:18:58] Speaker B: When it's a scene by himself. When it's a scene by himself, he look like a regular size. He look like he like 20 something. But then when he next to Kane and them, he look like him. He look a little person. [00:19:10] Speaker A: Yeah, but it was just throwing me off though. Maybe it's me. Maybe I'm just a jerk. [00:19:16] Speaker B: Maybe just look older. He just look old. [00:19:18] Speaker A: Nah. I wonder if I look. Do I look my age? [00:19:21] Speaker B: I don't know. I don't know. You gotta ask somebody, Corey. [00:19:26] Speaker A: Do I look my age, younger? [00:19:27] Speaker C: No, but black people don't. We don't look our ages. [00:19:31] Speaker B: That's what we say. [00:19:32] Speaker C: We age like fine wine. [00:19:34] Speaker A: Yeah. You still look like little Corey to me. [00:19:38] Speaker B: No comment. [00:19:42] Speaker A: Do she. Do she do Ain't Cat bound. [00:19:49] Speaker B: I was gonna ask something. [00:19:50] Speaker C: I watched Havoc, that new movie. [00:19:53] Speaker B: Havoc? [00:19:53] Speaker C: Havoc? [00:19:54] Speaker B: What is that? [00:19:55] Speaker C: Y' all haven't seen it or who's in it? I'm so shocked right now. [00:19:59] Speaker A: What's that? Netflix? [00:20:01] Speaker C: Yes, it's on Netflix, but it is starring Tom Hardy, Forest Whitaker, Timothy Oliphant. How do you say his name? [00:20:13] Speaker B: Oliphant. I know you. [00:20:14] Speaker C: Yeah, Jesse Mailey. [00:20:16] Speaker B: It's Havoc. Was that in the movies? [00:20:19] Speaker A: It's Netflix. [00:20:20] Speaker C: No Netflix. [00:20:20] Speaker B: It's a Netflix original. [00:20:22] Speaker C: Yeah, it was. It was. It was like a kill bill type of. [00:20:26] Speaker A: Oh, word. [00:20:27] Speaker C: Like, is Asians in it? [00:20:30] Speaker B: Like, oh, I haven't said I'm gonna watch this today. [00:20:32] Speaker C: And it's like. It came out, you know, when Asians come in the scene, the blood and it's everywhere. It's real. It's just violent. It's like a. God damn. Was that necessary? [00:20:46] Speaker A: Have it. [00:20:47] Speaker C: I watched it with my aunt and we were saying that the majority of the time. God damn. [00:20:51] Speaker B: Did this just. [00:20:52] Speaker C: They had to die like that on 25 April, three days before the release date. [00:20:57] Speaker B: Yeah, word. [00:20:59] Speaker A: But, yeah, give me something to watch. [00:21:01] Speaker C: It was Tom Hardy. Was. He was kicking ass in that movie. I was actually surprised to see him. So I don't know the word I'm looking for. Fighting, like agile. [00:21:14] Speaker A: That's Bane, ain't it? [00:21:15] Speaker B: Yeah, that's Bane. [00:21:16] Speaker C: No, no, no, that. I know, but it was. It was on a different kind of level in this movie. [00:21:23] Speaker B: I see what you're talking about. [00:21:24] Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah. It was like he was. It was like. Cause I believe his role. He's a cop or detective, something like that. [00:21:33] Speaker A: He played an assassin one time, but he was like. [00:21:35] Speaker C: He was real, like martial arts type stuff, but a little on the street side, the official side. It was just really good. [00:21:43] Speaker B: No, I gotta see that. I'm gonna watch that. [00:21:46] Speaker C: It was good. [00:21:47] Speaker B: I liked it. He's in this other show, this show called Mobland. [00:21:51] Speaker C: Yeah, He. He doing his thing right now. [00:21:55] Speaker A: I watched that too. [00:21:56] Speaker B: You did? Yeah. How far are you? [00:21:58] Speaker A: I'm still behind probably. [00:22:00] Speaker B: I mean, how far are you? [00:22:01] Speaker A: He just found out. [00:22:02] Speaker C: Well, spoiler alert. [00:22:03] Speaker B: Spoiler. Yeah. [00:22:05] Speaker A: Okay. He's hiding his family. [00:22:10] Speaker B: Oh, so you close to the. [00:22:11] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm probably three episodes behind. [00:22:14] Speaker B: Might be two. [00:22:15] Speaker A: Two. [00:22:15] Speaker B: Might be two. [00:22:16] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:22:16] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:22:17] Speaker A: That's a good show. Very good. That's a real good show. [00:22:19] Speaker B: Very good. [00:22:20] Speaker A: And what is that? Apple? [00:22:22] Speaker B: No, that's on Paramount. So I think it probably would have been a Showtime show. But it's on Paramount, though. [00:22:30] Speaker A: Do people really, like, get Paramount? [00:22:33] Speaker B: You don't have no choice. [00:22:35] Speaker A: Does it come with something else? [00:22:40] Speaker B: Showtimes got rid of their app and it went to Paramount Plus. Okay, so if you had Showtime's streaming service, then you had to switch over to Paramount Plus? [00:22:53] Speaker C: Yep. [00:22:54] Speaker A: Oh, okay. Cause I think I was looking at. I got a new iPad, so it gave me the, like the Apple tv. Whatever Paramount plus is under that. Does that come with it also? [00:23:06] Speaker B: I don't think so. I don't know. [00:23:08] Speaker A: Okay. [00:23:09] Speaker B: I don't know. [00:23:09] Speaker C: Apple TV kind of like pulls everybody. It'll tell you like. Oh, do you want to continue this on here? [00:23:15] Speaker A: Yeah, it does. [00:23:15] Speaker C: Because I can watch my Macs, my peacock, everything on Apple tv. [00:23:20] Speaker B: That's how prime does too. So I got Paramount plus through Prime. So if you have like, like probably you got the Apple tv. And if you want to watch Peacock on there, instead of paying like the $14 for the peacock, you pay 2.99 to get it through. [00:23:34] Speaker A: Oh, word. Yeah, I need to get my shit right. I need to. Cory, I need some passwords. [00:23:40] Speaker C: I got you. [00:23:42] Speaker B: You trying to co op it out? [00:23:43] Speaker A: Yeah, man. [00:23:44] Speaker B: Sometimes you can't co op on everything no more. Netflix, definitely. Netflix, definitely. [00:23:48] Speaker A: Oh my gosh. I remember the first time I had it. [00:23:50] Speaker C: You still can. [00:23:52] Speaker B: Oh, they catch you though. And they shut you down if two people try to watch at the same time. Okay, hey, unless you got a family plan, I'm gonna figure it out. [00:24:01] Speaker C: Cause I done just hit me up. [00:24:03] Speaker A: Coming to the house. [00:24:03] Speaker B: My cousin, I let my cousin use mine and whenever he trying to use mine and I'm on it, he's gonna shut me off. And then when I get on, they gonna shut him off. [00:24:12] Speaker C: Whatever. We got a family plan, but it's like Disney doing it too now. They're like, oh, you don't seem to be in the household, you know, and it's like you just gotta hit the person up. Yo, give me that email pass, that code that just came in. Oh, hold on. Do, do, do, do. [00:24:29] Speaker A: Oh, so you gotta send that verification real quick. Yeah, but what if you ain't need a phone and you trying to watch something? [00:24:36] Speaker B: Oh, some people, I've heard them say they like they had the regular plan and they got caught and Netflix like shot em up to 20 something dollars a month. Yeah. [00:24:46] Speaker A: Oh, whoa. Yeah, I'm had to figure something out because I want Netflix again, but I don't want to pay. [00:24:52] Speaker B: They gotta. [00:24:53] Speaker A: No, I don't mind paying, but if. [00:24:54] Speaker B: They got a cheap version that's like. [00:24:56] Speaker A: I don't want the commercials. I hate the commercials. Yeah, and then they give you the dial down the 720p version instead of. [00:25:06] Speaker B: 4K or the 1020 because like, it's crazy. Like, I think that too. Like, I don't want the commercials on none of them. But Hulu, when Hulu first came out, it always had commercials. I hated Hulu then, but I'm so used to Hulu having commercials till it don't faze me. So I don't care about paying the extra for that. But like, Disney. Cause Disney, you can do commercials on Disney. [00:25:28] Speaker C: Really? [00:25:29] Speaker B: Yeah, they got a cheaper version of it. [00:25:32] Speaker C: Oh, they didn't have that at first. [00:25:34] Speaker B: Nah, not at first. Nah. Yeah, they switched it up. Netflix now, but on those. Because I started with no commercials, I don't want to downgrade. Yeah, even Prime. Prime got commercials. Cause it come with your Amazon prime account. But I didn't upgrade my Prime. I don't mind, so. But prime, they'll do. They'll put like a bunch of commercials in. In the beginning of your show and a bunch of them after, so it won't, like, mess up your viewing experience or whatever. Yeah, yeah. [00:26:02] Speaker A: So any of the listeners want to give up some passwords without the commercials? I don't mind going in, you know, a couple dollars a month with you, you know. See, a lot of people don't pay for this month. Maybe you pay for next month. [00:26:13] Speaker C: Yeah, a lot of people don't do that. [00:26:14] Speaker A: I don't mind doing that. [00:26:16] Speaker B: I think my cousin did that. [00:26:17] Speaker C: I pay for my stars every six months, so. [00:26:19] Speaker B: Ooh, I got stars too. [00:26:20] Speaker C: Good to go. [00:26:21] Speaker B: I got stars for the low. [00:26:23] Speaker A: Shout out to my homie that got Disney, but she won't upgrade. [00:26:26] Speaker C: I got Disney. [00:26:27] Speaker A: I keep telling her, like, yo, I give you $3. Just upgrade to the family. Nah, Upgrade to no commercials. [00:26:35] Speaker C: Oh, call me. [00:26:37] Speaker A: Don't worry, I got you. [00:26:38] Speaker B: Shout out to Nick from relationship Status. I had her stars thing for a while, but something happened. Well, I don't. Well, I guess she had too many devices on it or something. And you know what I'm saying? I ain't wanting to go through like, hey, yo, hey, can I get it again? Yeah. And then I still had to pass. I just got my own. But I had hers for a while. She's like, I don't even watch it. [00:26:59] Speaker A: So I love when they say that. [00:27:01] Speaker B: Cause some people's like, Max. If you have, like, hbo, you get Max for free. [00:27:07] Speaker A: So I get a discount with my phone. [00:27:11] Speaker C: I get Max for free completely with my phone playing. [00:27:13] Speaker B: Yeah, there's some people like that too. Like you got AT&T. Yeah, a lot of AT&T people got that. [00:27:18] Speaker A: See, I gotta go through mine. Cause the other day when I was at the phone place, I told him, like, I'm spending all this money. Like, I never use promotions. Like, what promotion you got for me? Cause I got a business account. So it was like, yeah, we got this, we got that. But I still End up leaving, not getting nothing. So I gotta eventually get some. Try it out or something. Cause I thought they did have the free max or something like that. [00:27:43] Speaker B: All of the phone places got free something, right? Who you got? [00:27:48] Speaker A: Verizon? [00:27:49] Speaker B: They have free. They got the Disney shit. Like Hulu. You get Hulu, Disney plus and like ESPN plus. You can get them for the low. [00:28:01] Speaker A: Okay, I need to work. [00:28:02] Speaker B: You can get a whole little package. [00:28:03] Speaker A: Or whatever, but I need to work on that today. [00:28:07] Speaker B: Everybody still hates Chris. [00:28:10] Speaker C: Everybody on the cartoon. [00:28:12] Speaker A: You watch that? [00:28:13] Speaker B: I watched a couple. Well, I watched one episode. I watched the episode and a half. It's about the same as the show. Yeah, just animated. So they can do a little. Little more stuff with it in, like, cut scenes and stuff. But it's the same. Most of the same voices. It's not him. No, it's not him. Cause he too old now. And I don't think it's. I don't think it's any of the kids. Like, all of the adults the same. Like the dude from across the street. The dude that used to always limit bar a dollar. [00:28:42] Speaker A: Little dude from across the street. [00:28:43] Speaker B: Yeah, that dude, Mr. Omar, he the same. [00:28:46] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [00:28:47] Speaker B: Terry Crews and Tashina Arnold, they the same, I think. The teacher, the same, I think. [00:28:52] Speaker A: I watched one episode where they, like. [00:28:53] Speaker B: He had to ride the bus to school. [00:28:55] Speaker A: The first episode. [00:28:56] Speaker B: Yeah, that's the first episode. [00:28:57] Speaker A: When it first came out, you know, I checked it out, tried it. [00:29:00] Speaker B: I forgot about it. Then I heard it was on, like, BET or something. But I saw it this morning on Paramount, so I watched it on Paramount plus, so. [00:29:06] Speaker A: Oh, word. [00:29:07] Speaker B: It was cool, that. And we talk about raising Canon and doing Mobland. That's what I watched. I did go to see Sinners, though. [00:29:14] Speaker A: I was gonna ask you. [00:29:14] Speaker C: Did you go, oh, I gotta go see it. [00:29:16] Speaker A: I knew you was gonna go see it. Did you? [00:29:17] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:29:18] Speaker A: Is it good? [00:29:18] Speaker B: That joint was good. I liked it. [00:29:20] Speaker A: Out of 10. [00:29:24] Speaker B: Maybe a. [00:29:26] Speaker A: Don't say it. [00:29:27] Speaker B: Between seven and an eight. Out of 10. [00:29:29] Speaker C: Don't say seven. [00:29:30] Speaker A: There's so many people saying, like, 10. I thought maybe you give it an eight. [00:29:34] Speaker B: No, I give. [00:29:35] Speaker C: That's why he said seven. Eight. [00:29:36] Speaker B: Seven or eight. Seven or eight. Cause, like, the history of it, like, I guess because of the movie, like, it was some Asian people in it. And then, like, before I saw the movie, it was a video of, like, Asian people in Mississippi. And they were telling their story or whatever about how and it to her, I guess the lady telling it thought she was doing Something good. But she was like, they would have a store on one side of the street and a store on the other side of the street. One of their stores was for black people, one of the stores for white people. Whatever. They were still kind of fucked up. [00:30:10] Speaker A: When? Back how far back? [00:30:11] Speaker B: Like, in the 20s and 30s. Oh, word? Yeah. Like, the lady, you could tell she grew up in Mississippi. Like, she had, like. She's like, if you close your eyes, she sounded like a Mississippi person. [00:30:20] Speaker A: Black person? [00:30:22] Speaker B: Nah, Mississippi white person. [00:30:23] Speaker A: Oh, for real? [00:30:24] Speaker B: Yeah, she sounded like a Mississippi white person to me. Yeah. But, yeah, it was good that. I'm trying to think why I give it a seven. I don't know. I think they could have did a little, like, all the acting was good. Michael B. Jordan, that was his best acting role. [00:30:41] Speaker A: Oh, for real? [00:30:45] Speaker B: What else? I don't think it had as much violence as I thought it would. You know what I'm saying? I thought it was gonna be way more. It was kind of spooky. Cause of the music. But it was more like a vampire movie than a spirit movie. Oh, yeah? [00:31:02] Speaker C: Yeah. I heard a lot of people kept mixing it up for horror. They were like, oh, there was gonna be more crazy. [00:31:08] Speaker B: Yeah. It wasn't as crazy. I'm glad it wasn't like spirit. Spirit. It is some spirit stuff in there. But how they were vampire. Yeah. They were making it like, it was like a straight demon movie. When it really was like, if you know vampire shit, you'll know all of the vampire tropes. Especially, like, it's gonna be an early thing that happened in the movie. If you don't see it, you'll recognize. Oh, this is a vampire movie. When this early thing happens. [00:31:32] Speaker C: I can't wait to go see it. [00:31:34] Speaker A: Did you see that movie with. What's the guy that played Ghost? Hardwick? [00:31:39] Speaker B: No, I didn't. He doing the bending? That's the only one I've seen him in. What? Yeah, you know Janet Jackson. Janet Jackson movie. That scene where she was like, oh. [00:31:49] Speaker C: So you let a man bend you over? [00:31:53] Speaker B: What? He was like. [00:31:54] Speaker C: And he said, ain't nobody bend me over. Oh, oh, so you doing the bending? Something like that. [00:32:00] Speaker B: You never seen that movie? [00:32:01] Speaker A: What the hell are y' all talking about? [00:32:02] Speaker B: What? [00:32:03] Speaker C: And so many. [00:32:04] Speaker B: Like, what movie was it how to Get? No, it was. It was a Tyler Perry movie. [00:32:08] Speaker C: It was. That's why I didn't see it for Color Girls. [00:32:10] Speaker B: That was for Color Girls. [00:32:11] Speaker C: I feel like it was for Color Girls. [00:32:13] Speaker A: I was talking about the spirit one with him and nah, I think Monique. [00:32:18] Speaker B: Monique. [00:32:19] Speaker A: Yeah, it was. It was like a spiritual movie. [00:32:22] Speaker B: Oh, it came out in like the last two or three years then. Was it okay? I think I know what you're talking about. [00:32:26] Speaker A: You know what I'm talking about? [00:32:27] Speaker B: Yeah, but I didn't see it. [00:32:28] Speaker A: I'm surprised Corey didn't see that then. [00:32:30] Speaker B: What? [00:32:31] Speaker A: The movie. [00:32:32] Speaker C: What is it called? [00:32:33] Speaker A: I don't know. Google it. Your friend go ahead while y' all talking. [00:32:40] Speaker B: So, yeah, that will happen. So while you look that up, we got an email. [00:32:44] Speaker C: All right, all right. [00:32:45] Speaker B: Got an email from the homie Philly. Shout out to Philly. And it's from the because she's dark skinned episode. He says, yo Bull. Yo, L. Yo, Corey. Sergio Ticcini is. Is definitely some 80s 90s dope boy attire only, right? People who drove beams was BBS's war. He said, man, the Acura Legend Coupe was my dream car when I was a young bull from the ages like 5 to 10. That John was like a Rolls Royce or a Maybach to me. I ain't gonna hold you sight unseen. Do Rag Fest. Sounds like an episode from Boondocks Extreme, nigga. Shit. Nah, see, it's more artsy. It ain't like just hood like the people you gonna see there. It gonna be niggas. It ain't gonna be no hood type niggas there. [00:33:28] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm gonna be there. [00:33:30] Speaker B: He said, free Uncle Shay. Shay. I know he isn't booked, but he's not guilty. Shit. Hopefully this situation doesn't cost him the reported $100 million deal he was up for. Oh, that deal is done. That deal done. What else? It was something else. He said the one thing in the text messages that the lady said when she was like, I asked you not to go in my ass raw. And he did it anyway. [00:33:59] Speaker C: Wait, wait, wait, wait, whoa. [00:34:01] Speaker B: What? So you know Shannon Sharp? The situation with Shannon Sharp. [00:34:05] Speaker A: Right. [00:34:05] Speaker C: I keep hearing. I haven't heard the full thing, but what's. I just recently heard he was in some shit. [00:34:13] Speaker A: Go back to the episode there. [00:34:20] Speaker B: A woman was gonna come out. I think she's 20. They started dealing when she was 19. [00:34:25] Speaker C: Okay, I heard about that part. [00:34:28] Speaker B: She first tried to come out anonymously, but Shannon and his team said who she was. She released text messages from him. And then one of the text messages, she sent him a text message. And she was like. She sent him a text message and she said something like, last night when we were having sex, I asked you to use a condom before we did anal, but you didn't use a condom. And I don't like how that feels or something. You know, you took advantage of me or something like that. You should have, you know, not did it. So technically, if a woman say, use a condom and you don't use a condom, that's rape. And so even if all the other stuff, like. Cause she said that he forced her to have sex some other times or whatever, he was very aggressive with her. It was a voicemail. She recorded him talking and he was saying some shit like, if you do such and such, I'mma choke your ass out. Like, she released that or whatever. So even if none of the other shit is out of context, if he did have sex with her without a condom and she asked him to use a condom, that's still rape. So he'll be guilty of that at the least. All the other shit she accused him of or whatever. His people came out with a story that said. Well, they said they offered her $10 million to be quiet or whatever, to drop whatever she was gonna do, and she turned it down. She didn't say that. He said that she's suing him for $50 million, but his team came out with a $10 million. Like, yeah, we did offer her $10 million. So even if none of the other stuff is true, why would you offer her $10 million if you ain't did nothing wrong? [00:36:09] Speaker C: Right? [00:36:10] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying? So the not using the condom thing. [00:36:15] Speaker C: What's her name? Michelle? [00:36:16] Speaker B: Nope. [00:36:17] Speaker A: Oh, do you want me to choke you? [00:36:19] Speaker B: It's a woman that came. I was listening to a podcast. I meant to find an article. I was listening to something else, and a woman named Michelle did come out against Shannon. It's a white lady. [00:36:32] Speaker A: We know that. All of them are going to be. [00:36:34] Speaker B: Well, if you listen to the thing. She didn't sound white, though. [00:36:36] Speaker C: But I mean, how is she? [00:36:41] Speaker B: Oh, I know a black. I know a black moan when I hear one. But she came out like he sexually assaulted her back in the day. It was some wild. [00:36:54] Speaker C: That ain't the same Michel. [00:36:55] Speaker B: Then it might be. [00:36:56] Speaker A: Yeah, it might be. [00:36:57] Speaker B: It might be because they had a consensual. I want to say, she said they had a consensual relationship up until some happened or whatever. He got accused at Fox of choking a woman, and they settled it out of court for a couple hundred thousand dollars. And, yeah, he got some shit going. I forgot about the. Michelle. [00:37:13] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:37:14] Speaker C: You want me to choke you? [00:37:15] Speaker A: That's what he said. Yeah. [00:37:16] Speaker C: You want black man? [00:37:18] Speaker B: Yep. Fuck him. [00:37:20] Speaker C: He says there's so many nasty women out in these streets that'll enjoy shit like that. And these men continuously violate women that don't want it. [00:37:34] Speaker B: Sound like you doing it? [00:37:35] Speaker C: No, no, no. [00:37:38] Speaker B: He says way to edit out somebody. He says way to edit High stars email to not give away the plot to Santas. Yeah. Cause I haven't seen it yet. John Elway driving a golf cart where he. Where his agent falls off and dies is some Final Destination type shit. [00:37:56] Speaker A: Wow, I didn't hear that. [00:37:57] Speaker B: Yeah, that's what Hostile was referring to about the John Elway shit the other day. [00:38:01] Speaker A: Oh. So we definitely didn't know. [00:38:02] Speaker B: Yeah, I didn't. Yeah, I didn't know that. [00:38:03] Speaker A: We still didn't hear about that. [00:38:04] Speaker B: Yeah. Okay. Shadur got. Damn, I skipped those two. Shadow got fucked around draft position wise. But it's done now. He got drafted. Now it's time to put in the work and make the team. I hope he balls out and at some point becomes a starting quarterback. Yeah. Say the streets need Raising Kane in recap shows like the Snowfall Jones. You and Kane did. Boy, Yoshi used to do a. Oh, yeah, he did Raising Canis recap show. But his. Yeah, his co host, he wanted to keep doing it, but they can never get their time together. And that was the other show though, right? That was. Yeah, they used to do one. Said another good episode. Can't wait to hear the next regular. And Liz Jones. I probably would have did it the first couple seasons of Raising Canaan. I was just watching it. I wasn't really, like. I wasn't feeling it like I was feeling Snowfall. So that's why I didn't like do one or go in with them on it. [00:39:01] Speaker A: I was feeling it. I liked it. I liked the first season. [00:39:04] Speaker B: I like this season better than the rest. But maybe it's because I wasn't paying attention. I don't know. [00:39:07] Speaker A: Clothing. I like the. That's what. That's. The main thing that brought me in was the 90s clothing. [00:39:12] Speaker B: And the clothing. I'm kind of torn because. Pause. Because I don't know. [00:39:21] Speaker C: Wait, torn? [00:39:22] Speaker B: Come on. You ain't never got torn before? [00:39:26] Speaker C: No. [00:39:27] Speaker B: Okay. [00:39:33] Speaker A: No. Hey, bring her camera up. Not mine. [00:39:39] Speaker C: Okay. No, no, I did not. [00:39:44] Speaker B: Because it looks like it. Like a lot of the clothing, but like, Jordan's is easy. The Jordan's part is easy. But everybody wasn't wearing Tommy Hilfiger. [00:39:59] Speaker A: Yeah, they was. [00:40:00] Speaker B: No, everybody wasn't. Everybody couldn't afford Tommy Hilfiger. Everybody couldn't afford Polo. What are we Talking about. All right, well, the clothing on Raising Cane is. [00:40:11] Speaker A: We gotta look at. Yeah, we gotta look at this era. Everybody in high school, in junior high school was wearing it. [00:40:19] Speaker B: Everybody couldn't wear it. [00:40:20] Speaker A: Listen, his freaking family got money, so. [00:40:23] Speaker B: But I'm saying it's more in the. It's more in it than his family. Like, just because, like, the whole group of kids not gonna wear polo. The whole group was not. It was what you call it, people, but not. [00:40:35] Speaker C: What I'm saying is it's not that realistic. [00:40:37] Speaker B: I'm torn because. I'm torn because some shows, they go like a little extra step to where it ain't just polo or it ain't just Tommy Hilfiger. Nigga might have on some call Kanai or they might have on some chaps or something like that, but sometimes it feel like they take the easy route with it. Put the most popular shit. Like everybody went wearing Jordans. A nigga had some British Knights or something or some LA gears, I guess. You know what I'm saying? That's what I'm saying. Like, they're close. [00:41:14] Speaker A: They're very close. [00:41:15] Speaker B: Yeah, they're close, but it's an easy close. [00:41:19] Speaker A: So you thinking they just basically went the easy route and just put, oh. [00:41:23] Speaker B: Aaliyah had that on. I'm gonna put that on jukebox, you know what I'm saying? [00:41:27] Speaker A: They did. [00:41:28] Speaker B: KTLC had that on. I'm gonna put that on. So and so. You know what I'm saying? [00:41:34] Speaker A: I don't know. I don't know. I mean, like in my high school, 90, 85% people was wearing the stuff they have on there every day. Every day. For real. Cause like, you could not go to school with something that was half assed and not get drunk. [00:41:54] Speaker B: Everybody can't afford that. You might get joined a couple times. [00:41:58] Speaker A: The ones that could have afford it wasn't, as you can say, the popular ones. Popular kids. Everybody had it. [00:42:09] Speaker C: They did high school. [00:42:10] Speaker A: Like, he's hanging out with, you know. [00:42:13] Speaker B: He hanging out with dope boys. [00:42:14] Speaker A: There you go. So they definitely gonna have it on. Some of them, they gonna have it on. And she was a booster. She was. [00:42:21] Speaker B: She had stopped, though. [00:42:22] Speaker A: Nah, she was that first. [00:42:24] Speaker B: The first thing. She definitely was. [00:42:26] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah, she definitely. [00:42:27] Speaker B: But I just, you know, that's just my only, Only gripe. [00:42:32] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm surprised. [00:42:33] Speaker B: Yeah, it looked good on. On the surface, but then you like, hold up. [00:42:37] Speaker C: Everybody was. [00:42:38] Speaker B: Everybody ain't that fly. Everybody ain't that fly. [00:42:42] Speaker C: Even when people. Even when people have money, they Just wasn't wearing it. Like, everybody didn't everybody. People had their own style, especially in New York. [00:42:51] Speaker B: But it's, you know, it is a. [00:42:55] Speaker C: Bit nostalgic, but they gotta add fantasy. [00:42:58] Speaker B: Mm. [00:42:59] Speaker A: Mm. [00:43:01] Speaker B: But yeah, how we got on that. I'm close. [00:43:04] Speaker A: Raising Kanan. [00:43:07] Speaker C: Just raising and talking. [00:43:09] Speaker A: You still don't finish that. [00:43:10] Speaker B: Yeah, that was the end of the email. Yeah. Oh, we talk about the BBS's or something else, though. Yeah. [00:43:19] Speaker A: Yep. [00:43:19] Speaker B: Well, shout out to y' all. Oh, no, we was talking about doing the recap and all that you said. Oh, yeah. The thing that you really like about it was the clothes. Yeah, the clothes. That was it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think I liked, like, Snowfall because so much. Cause it came from, like, a real story. You know what I'm saying? Somebody was saying something about this show kind of like mirrors 50s life. [00:43:42] Speaker A: It does. [00:43:42] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:43:43] Speaker B: So I thought it was supposed to be kanan. [00:43:45] Speaker A: Canaan is 50. [00:43:46] Speaker C: Canaan is 50. [00:43:47] Speaker B: No, I'm saying 50 cent real life. Like Curtis Jackson. I thought it was supposed to be Canaan, the character's life. I don't want to hear 50 Cent life. [00:43:55] Speaker C: Again, technically, Canaan is 50. [00:43:59] Speaker A: You remember he got killed. 50 Cent was in the ghost. [00:44:03] Speaker B: Yeah. He got killed on ghosts. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I'm saying he's the. What I'm saying is the act of Canaan. I don't want to act as Canaan life to follow 50 life, too. [00:44:12] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:44:13] Speaker B: Again, so his mama was a drug dealer. His mama get killed. He raised by his grandmama. Well, no, it can't, because his grandma dies. On this song. [00:44:20] Speaker A: The. [00:44:21] Speaker C: You know, they just. [00:44:22] Speaker A: The friends tweaked it and stuff like that. Like, they have old pictures of 50. [00:44:25] Speaker B: That's what you said. Yeah. One of them dudes. Was it you? No, I was at work, and somebody was like, Lou. [00:44:33] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:44:33] Speaker B: It's a picture of a guy that looked like this. The real Lou right here. I was like, man. [00:44:37] Speaker A: Oh, that was me. It was. It was the real Joey Badass what's who. Unique. [00:44:44] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:44:45] Speaker A: That was unique. [00:44:46] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:44:46] Speaker A: That's who. [00:44:47] Speaker B: I don't want to see that shit. I want it to be fiction. Cause when is Tommy going to come in? When is ghost going to come in? [00:44:53] Speaker A: They don't need Tommy in it. [00:44:55] Speaker B: They do because they all of them meet up. [00:44:57] Speaker A: I know, but his Damn. [00:44:58] Speaker B: You don't watch his trash. It's coming back. I stopped on, like, the second season. I don't need to watch White Power. [00:45:04] Speaker C: Oh, stops. Season two. Like, I watched season two and Then. [00:45:10] Speaker B: Oh, you watched season two of White White Power? [00:45:13] Speaker A: I watched all of it, but I wouldn't. [00:45:14] Speaker B: He got two seasons. [00:45:15] Speaker C: Yeah, Yeah. [00:45:17] Speaker B: I started on, like, episode two or three out of first season. [00:45:21] Speaker A: For real. [00:45:22] Speaker C: It was good. He wasn't. They didn't make him the same Tommy as he was in Ghost. It was. He was definitely pulled back. [00:45:29] Speaker B: Well, that's good. I mean, he gotta change. [00:45:32] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:45:33] Speaker B: Y' all were asking me something about. I thought y' all was gonna say, would I sell a certain type of person Earlier, I think it was like, Friday, one of the white associates came. He was like, man, I feel bad, man. I feel real bad. I was like, why? He's like, man, my customer, man. He sat down at my desk, you know, we going through the sale. He's signing the paperwork. And I looked down at his leg, and he had a swastika on his leg, man. I was like, he got green money, so I hope you got all the money from that money, right? [00:46:01] Speaker C: I was like, I would have added stuff. [00:46:04] Speaker B: I sold a brand new truck to this dude. He had on a short sleeve shirt. He had a Confederate flag on his tattoo. [00:46:09] Speaker C: But he wanted to work with you, right? [00:46:11] Speaker B: He had no choice. And I was like, yes, sir. How you have a good day, sir. I hope you enjoy your truck. [00:46:17] Speaker A: You didn't dance away from it. [00:46:18] Speaker B: I ain't dance. I put some sand on the ground. I don't give a. [00:46:24] Speaker A: Long as you. [00:46:25] Speaker B: Long as you don't say nothing crazy to me, right? [00:46:27] Speaker C: Hello. [00:46:27] Speaker B: I'm gonna show that good customer service. [00:46:29] Speaker A: Hello, my good. [00:46:31] Speaker C: I mean, they know what they walking into. [00:46:34] Speaker B: They ain't got too much choice at my job. It's a whole lot of colored folk there. [00:46:38] Speaker A: All them lots. [00:46:39] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:46:40] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. That's why I'm like, I don't think they. [00:46:42] Speaker B: It is one black lady, though. The most racist, I guess you could say it's racist or prejudice or whatever, but it's a white dude. He look like a biker. He got like a big beard and all of that. Tattoos all over the place and. And, you know, they needed somebody to help her. He walked up and she looked him up and down. I was like, mm, mm. I was like, damn. [00:47:02] Speaker A: Cause he was white. [00:47:04] Speaker B: Maybe. Cause he was white. Maybe cause of how he looked. But I mean, he had, you know, the shirt tucked in and all of that. He just had a beard and tattoos all over his head. [00:47:12] Speaker C: He ended up being a cool, cool dude. [00:47:14] Speaker B: No, I mean, he cool, but the lady just didn't wanna work with him. [00:47:16] Speaker C: That's crazy. [00:47:17] Speaker B: Cause of how he looked, I guess. I don't know. [00:47:18] Speaker C: But yeah, he judged the book by his cover. [00:47:21] Speaker B: Yep. But. [00:47:21] Speaker C: Right. Welcome to America. America. [00:47:24] Speaker B: Speaking of America, I guess we'll talk about some of these articles before we get out of here. What's going on? [00:47:31] Speaker C: What's going on? [00:47:32] Speaker B: Y' all been keep. Well, I ain't been keeping up with nothing, but I did hear Puffy about the. You know, they doing jury selection and stuff. [00:47:39] Speaker A: Yeah. Couple people had to get out. [00:47:42] Speaker B: Yeah. I did hear one guy. [00:47:44] Speaker A: Yeah. Re. Choose a couple of people. [00:47:45] Speaker B: Yeah, I did. I heard them on the radio. They were saying that one guy, they said they had to pick him. Cause he said he thought Puffy was a horrible person. So they came out of it. [00:47:54] Speaker A: It was a couple I heard that end up being tied in. [00:47:58] Speaker B: Oh, really? [00:47:59] Speaker A: To either work for him or had somebody that worked for him at a time. So I think they. I think they switched out, like three people. [00:48:07] Speaker B: Yeah. So I saw this one article that said one of the key witnesses. [00:48:14] Speaker A: Does. [00:48:14] Speaker B: Not live live near New York City. I said they may not. She the. Well, I don't know if it's a he or she. Said they may not make it to New York to testify against Puffy. So that might be a victory for him. So. And that's a key witness said the witness plan on describing the woman as someone who had been abused, sex, and sexually exploited by Diddy. [00:48:41] Speaker C: She can't. She all of a sudden can't make it. [00:48:43] Speaker B: He or she took that money. Well, I guess it is she. [00:48:46] Speaker A: Somebody stopped by the house one night. Yeah. [00:48:50] Speaker B: So I guess that's good news for Diddy. [00:48:51] Speaker A: What do they call that witness? Tampering. All right. [00:48:55] Speaker B: Somebody else who got accused, y' all. Oh, yeah, who else? Smokey Robinson. [00:49:02] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:49:02] Speaker A: No. [00:49:03] Speaker B: He's being sued by a former female. By former female employees. Yeah. [00:49:07] Speaker A: That's crazy. [00:49:08] Speaker B: Alleging sexual battery and sexual assault. The women are asking for a trial with general damages for several allegations of no less than $50 million. Says four Jane does filed a lawsuit against Robinson and his wife Francis in LA Superior Court on Tuesday. All making similar claims that he sexually assaulted them during the employment as housekeepers at his Chatsworth, California residents. [00:49:34] Speaker A: Dag. [00:49:37] Speaker B: Now, old school Smokey, you know, cruisin' and all of that stuff. You know what I'm saying? I wouldn't believe it. But after he. Not his last album, but the album before last. Have y' all heard about that album? [00:49:51] Speaker A: I seen him on the stage humping and doing all sorts of crazy shit. [00:49:56] Speaker B: So Corey Sin, the name of his album that came out in 2023 was gasms. That's the name of the album. The track one. [00:50:08] Speaker C: Hello. Why you had to point me out. [00:50:10] Speaker B: Because you hadn't heard about it. The track one was called Gasms. [00:50:14] Speaker A: Gasms. [00:50:15] Speaker B: Track two, how you make me feel. Track three, I want to know your body. [00:50:23] Speaker A: What? [00:50:23] Speaker C: He's too old for Track four. [00:50:25] Speaker B: I keep calling you. [00:50:26] Speaker A: You gotta. Oh, R. Kelly wrote this joint. [00:50:29] Speaker B: Track five, roll around. Dennis. Beside you. [00:50:34] Speaker C: Wait, what? [00:50:35] Speaker A: Inside you. [00:50:36] Speaker B: No, beside you. [00:50:37] Speaker C: Hold on, wait. Roll around, then it's beside you. Is it one hole or. That's two tracks. [00:50:42] Speaker B: That's two tracks. [00:50:42] Speaker C: Oh, okay. [00:50:43] Speaker B: Track seven, if we don't have each other. Track eight. You filled me up. And track nine, the last track on Smokey Robinson 2023 album, Gasms. The last track is I fit in there. [00:50:59] Speaker A: No, not I fit in there. [00:51:01] Speaker B: Yeah, so it's a freaky ass. [00:51:03] Speaker A: He has a freaky. Did you see him humping, though? [00:51:06] Speaker B: No, I did not see those old humps. [00:51:08] Speaker A: He'd be like. [00:51:10] Speaker B: I think I did on the jeans. He looked Jean jacket. [00:51:13] Speaker A: He looked like. [00:51:14] Speaker C: He looked horrible. [00:51:16] Speaker B: Smokey, you're going down. [00:51:20] Speaker A: What's the last track? [00:51:22] Speaker B: I fit in there. [00:51:23] Speaker A: I fit in there. How do you even put that in a sentence? How do you put that in a song? [00:51:29] Speaker B: I fit in there. I should play some of it. [00:51:32] Speaker C: I was about to say. Pull up the lyrics or something. Play something for us. Or pull up a lyric because I gotta hear. [00:51:39] Speaker B: Let me see something. [00:51:40] Speaker A: I fit in. [00:51:41] Speaker B: I fit in there. That's crazy. It probably sound corny too. [00:51:44] Speaker A: It's all of it. Guaranteed to sound corny, I think Gasms. [00:51:47] Speaker C: Yeah, but I saw him hump. He did. He humped a few times. I feel like. Like he was like a black leather suit. Not leather suit, but like a black pleatherish outfit. Or it was like some sheer something. Something he was humping. [00:52:00] Speaker B: You want to hear? [00:52:01] Speaker A: I feel I fit in there. Why you looking for it? I found that. That movie also. Oh, you got it. [00:52:09] Speaker B: I fit in there. Smokey Robinson, 2023. It sound like a. [00:52:13] Speaker A: It's Clarence. [00:52:14] Speaker B: It sound like a on the ground song. [00:52:15] Speaker A: It was Clarence Carter. Stroke. [00:52:17] Speaker B: Let me skip up a little bit. [00:52:18] Speaker A: This is stroking. [00:52:22] Speaker B: Is this an instrumental? [00:52:24] Speaker C: Nah, you know, they gotta start. It takes a while. [00:52:28] Speaker B: This is two minutes in. [00:52:30] Speaker C: I think you missed that. No, there we go. [00:52:39] Speaker B: He sound old. [00:52:42] Speaker A: Like I don't have a crystal ball. I can't do futurist. But I know when it comes to all your future needs. [00:52:59] Speaker B: Where did they get this from B. [00:53:01] Speaker C: Shut up. [00:53:02] Speaker B: Yeah, he can't keep playing it. I can't keep playing it. [00:53:05] Speaker C: Damn. [00:53:06] Speaker A: He's about to climax. He was about to say something crazy. [00:53:08] Speaker C: I know I was wa. [00:53:10] Speaker B: He sound like that lady, I'm sorry. [00:53:11] Speaker C: I said shut up. I ain't mean that. [00:56:05] Speaker A: Wasn't that Karrueche or one of them? [00:56:07] Speaker B: Karrueche. [00:56:07] Speaker A: It was another famous girl though, Right. I remember that scene on the grass. It was like a hill, right? I think it was like. Like a hill. [00:56:17] Speaker C: I didn't see it. I'm glad I didn't see it. [00:56:19] Speaker A: Yeah, I think. [00:56:20] Speaker B: Yeah, it was on Hill. [00:56:20] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah, I seen that. That was. They was all hugged up and doing stuff. [00:56:24] Speaker B: They was. Yeah, but she wasn't. Just cause you don't get up and run for the hills. [00:56:37] Speaker C: Right? [00:56:37] Speaker B: Don't mean you wanted it. [00:56:39] Speaker A: It was already on the hills. I don't know. [00:56:41] Speaker B: I'm glad you caught that. Yeah, there you go. [00:56:46] Speaker A: That's crazy. I remember that. That was. That was like Karrueche or somebody. [00:56:50] Speaker B: It wasn't Karuchi. [00:56:51] Speaker A: It wasn't? [00:56:52] Speaker B: No. Well, we're telling you, it wasn't Karrueche. Well, it was Krueci's sister, matter of fact, her name was Priscilla Rainey. [00:57:03] Speaker A: Priscilla Rainey, yeah. [00:57:06] Speaker B: Well, you know what, the incident that he got. We did see that. But he didn't get in trouble about the lifting the skirt. But it wasn't Karrueche, though. Oh, okay. He got. [00:57:19] Speaker A: So he didn't. Okay. That wasn't. [00:57:21] Speaker B: That didn't result in that. [00:57:22] Speaker A: Okay. All right. [00:57:25] Speaker B: In other news, remember the guy, Liam Payne, from that One Direction? One Direction. Remember? He like killed himself? Yeah, well, allegedly. I think he fell out the building or something like that. Cause he was drunk. [00:57:36] Speaker C: Drunk or something. Something unfortunate. [00:57:38] Speaker B: So I found it interesting that his $32 million estate will be left behind to his. To the mother of his eight year old son. [00:57:50] Speaker A: Oh, wow. [00:57:51] Speaker B: Yep. [00:57:52] Speaker A: So whatever happened to talking about leaving money? Whatever happened to Gene. Gene Akron, Gene Hackman? Yeah. [00:58:02] Speaker B: Nothing, I think. What did they say? The kids don't get the money? [00:58:05] Speaker A: Yeah, it was. [00:58:06] Speaker C: Yeah. It goes to charity. [00:58:08] Speaker B: Is that what they said? [00:58:09] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:58:10] Speaker A: What? [00:58:11] Speaker C: Because. And the thing was, if his wife died within six months after him, he. I guess he sees it as something weird because his wife was so much younger than him. [00:58:24] Speaker B: Wow. [00:58:24] Speaker C: So then nobody's getting no money. That means he didn't trust his family at all. [00:58:29] Speaker B: Yeah, they didn't with him. [00:58:30] Speaker A: I think the last time we talked about it, the family still didn't come. [00:58:34] Speaker B: And claim the body. [00:58:36] Speaker A: Claim the body? [00:58:36] Speaker B: Yeah. Yep. [00:58:40] Speaker C: That's unfortunate. [00:58:43] Speaker B: Let's see what else. Yeah, we got time for a couple more. Well, one more story at least we got some new laws in South Carolina. [00:58:50] Speaker C: What is it? [00:58:51] Speaker A: Are they gun laws? [00:58:53] Speaker B: Nah. One is you get a stiffer penalty for running from the police. [00:59:01] Speaker C: Who's running? [00:59:03] Speaker B: Like if you driving. Yeah, yeah. [00:59:05] Speaker A: Car chase. [00:59:06] Speaker B: Yeah. One of the representatives said innocent people cannot continue to die and be injured because we have given that decision to chase or not to chase to an officer because someone violates a city code. So that's one bill that got passed about strictly limits on when officers can pursue. And then another one is something that would criminalize revenge porn. [00:59:31] Speaker C: So sharing this out time. [00:59:34] Speaker B: I know they had that rule in California, but now it's here. So if you share somebody's naked pictures without their consent, you'll get punished. The penalties will vary based on the offender's intent, with harsher punishment for those who deliberately share images that cause harm. Says somebody said. Well, one of the people that sponsored the bill said, if it's a mistake. If it's a mistake or just an innocent 18 year old kid in the locker room showing his buddy's pictures, he really probably didn't mean harm to someone. So that's not a felony. But when you start sending it out and showing other people, then that becomes a felony. So, yeah, shout out to some new laws. Would you ever do that revenge porn? Yeah. Nah, nah, right? I wouldn't even show the naked pictures of people. [01:00:30] Speaker A: Yeah, I don't think any of us. I don't think any of us would. [01:00:32] Speaker B: Do that unless of this picture I got in Megan. Good. [01:00:35] Speaker A: Everybody got that? [01:00:36] Speaker B: Yep, yep. [01:00:39] Speaker C: Ridiculous. [01:00:40] Speaker B: You. You want to see it? [01:00:41] Speaker C: No. [01:00:42] Speaker B: Yeah, I could tell by the twinkle in your eye. You want to see it? [01:00:45] Speaker C: No, I do not. [01:00:45] Speaker B: Okay. All right. Shout out to Megan. Shout out. Shout out to her New. [01:00:50] Speaker A: What new. [01:00:51] Speaker B: You know, she got that man. Jonathan Majors. [01:00:53] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:00:54] Speaker A: Yeah. Oh, I thought it was another new. [01:00:56] Speaker C: No, N. They married. [01:00:57] Speaker B: Shout out to them in their union. Y' all got anything? Oh, yeah, they are married, ain't it? Y' all got anything else before y' all get out of here? [01:01:04] Speaker C: I got nada. [01:01:08] Speaker B: What about you? L. No, I think we good. I got one more thing. [01:01:13] Speaker A: We ain't leaving though. Don't, don't. If you listen, don't, don't go. [01:01:16] Speaker B: Why? What? [01:01:16] Speaker A: Go ahead. What you going to do? Go ahead. [01:01:18] Speaker B: You trying to segue my thing when I just seguated myself? [01:01:21] Speaker A: Hey, go ahead, seg it. A 30 year old woman. Well, I'll just read the article. Woman was accused of buying car insurance minutes after a crash and then filing a claim. 30 year old Savannah Laurel Mace Steindorf is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after she allegedly tried to defraud an insurance company after an accident that occurred on January 3rd. Signing a criminal complaint from the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, the station reported that Stein Dirfin contacted Progressive Insurance and obtained coverage for a 2017 Ford Escape at 1:27pm that same day. At a later time, Steinf contacted Progressive to report that her vehicle had been involved in a collision and allegedly stated that the crash occurred at 1:50pm Stein told the agent that the crash had occurred 20 minutes after she obtained her policy. Court docs reviewed by WFMJ reportedly showed that Progressive reached out to the mother of the other driver involved who said her daughter had taken pictures of the damage at the scene. The metadata attached to the photos allegedly show that their images were captured at 1.20pm, seven minutes after Stein Durf obtained an insurance policy to cover her Ford escape. Hold up. They mean seven minutes before. Yeah, yeah, they mean seven minutes before. A probable cause after. David alleges that Stein Derf admitted to authorities that her escape was uninsured at the time of the crash and that she obtained insurance coverage only afterward. [01:03:38] Speaker A: Uh huh. [01:03:38] Speaker B: She ran off now. She didn't run off. [01:03:41] Speaker A: She didn't. [01:03:41] Speaker B: She just got it right there. [01:03:43] Speaker A: She called right there, said let me add insurance. [01:03:45] Speaker B: I probably did it on the app or something. Got insurance and then called later and then got a claim. [01:03:51] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:03:52] Speaker C: That's crazy. [01:03:53] Speaker B: Yeah. Cause she didn't leave because they had the information. So they contacted the person she hit and they sent her pictures. She was charged with the following false fraudulent, incomplete insurance claim, third degree felony criminal attempt, theft by deception, first degree misdemeanor. She was. Ooh. She got locked up and was given a $15,000 bail. [01:04:14] Speaker A: She ain't gonna be able to get insurance with nobody. [01:04:17] Speaker B: She had to get SR22 or something. [01:04:18] Speaker A: You're right. [01:04:20] Speaker B: She might not be able to get insurance with nobody because as soon as. [01:04:23] Speaker A: She call up and they run it, that's gonna come up. [01:04:25] Speaker B: Yep. She probably have to get all her cars and somebody named from now on. [01:04:28] Speaker A: What's the name of that? The General. She got to go through the General. [01:04:31] Speaker B: Nope, the General use Progressive. The General is a progressive company. Yeah, they either Progressive or geico. They like. It'd be seeming like they'd be like small time or whatever, but they'd be like linked. Like. What was another one? Elephant Insurance. Yeah, they linked to like Progressive. Like it's a lot of. They either link to Progressive or Geico or they always be linked to one of them big ones. They have to get like crazy. What was one cheap When I saw like rock insurance or some, Right? Yeah, she had to get some. Damn. But that would I ask it. Well, you don't never know why she was driving without insurance.
