Yo, welcome back to another episode of the DJ Blaze Radio show podcast. Your boy be easy. [00:00:44] Speaker B: This your boy? Al. [00:00:46] Speaker A: Al, you look like Monday. [00:00:50] Speaker B: Hey, man, I was gonna say the same for you, my brother, but you know, it's a T shirt. You could throw it on two days in a row. [00:00:57] Speaker A: This is a Sergio T shirt. [00:01:00] Speaker B: Say the last name. Go ahead. I be getting all sorts of emails. We have a discount for this Sergio to teamhouse. [00:01:08] Speaker A: Oh, for real? Yeah. [00:01:09] Speaker B: You get them too? [00:01:10] Speaker A: I mean, I always shop there, so. [00:01:12] Speaker B: So you get. [00:01:13] Speaker A: I begin them. Yeah. Not just because it's listening. [00:01:16] Speaker B: No, I get it because I, you know, always looking. [00:01:18] Speaker A: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. I got you. I got you. Yeah, yeah. Well, you know, we ain't did this show in a long time because, I don't know, we just haven't. No, no, no. But today on our list episode, talking chain restaurants. [00:01:42] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:01:43] Speaker A: Not so before we did fast food. [00:01:46] Speaker B: Okay. [00:01:47] Speaker A: We did fast food restaurants. What do you consider fast food? [00:01:52] Speaker B: Fast food is like McDonald's and, you know, Arby's. Yeah, like you said something with a drive. With a drive through kind of, you know, it's quick. Like you're gonna get it quick. Taco Bell's fast food. [00:02:08] Speaker A: Fast food. Taco Bell fast food. That's how I equate. Fast food is drive through. So like what's the rib place? Shane's Rib Shack. [00:02:18] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:02:18] Speaker A: Even though it ain't like sit down restaurant. But I don't consider that fast food. [00:02:23] Speaker B: Oh, I forgot about that one. [00:02:24] Speaker A: Yeah, we don't got it no more. Yeah, it was in the. I think that's not a good spot. That wasn't a good spot for it. [00:02:29] Speaker B: But nah, you know, certain people took it over and they just didn't clean it right. [00:02:33] Speaker A: Oh, that's what happened. [00:02:34] Speaker B: I think so. [00:02:35] Speaker A: Oh. [00:02:35] Speaker B: Cause I used to love the ribs. The chicken tenders. [00:02:38] Speaker A: Oh, they were good. The little salt, little. You know, I only would get like the real platter, whatever. But so yeah, I don't. I didn't so the chain restaurant to me. Oh, go ahead, will you? [00:02:52] Speaker B: No, go ahead. What about Dave's Hot Chicken? Is that a chain? [00:02:55] Speaker A: They got a restaurant? Yeah, it's a chain. Yeah. Yeah. [00:02:58] Speaker B: Okay. [00:02:58] Speaker A: Yeah, they're a chain because they all over nationally. [00:03:01] Speaker B: Okay. [00:03:01] Speaker A: So like not your local mom and pop places, but a chain like, you know, you'll see. [00:03:07] Speaker B: You'll see what I got a. I got one that. Cause I didn't Know exactly how we were doing it. But one of my. One that's on my list is fast food. [00:03:18] Speaker A: Maybe fast food. [00:03:18] Speaker B: Yeah, it is. [00:03:19] Speaker A: But this could be both fast food and sit down. Cause I would consider. Well, it is Ruth's Chris. Even though it's not. [00:03:29] Speaker B: That's not fast food, though. [00:03:31] Speaker A: No, I didn't say that. [00:03:32] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:03:33] Speaker A: I was gonna say, even though it's not fast food, it is a chain. [00:03:38] Speaker B: Okay. [00:03:38] Speaker A: Because they all over. [00:03:39] Speaker B: Yep, yep. [00:03:41] Speaker A: So places like that. Okay, you want to go first? You want me to go first? [00:03:45] Speaker B: I'll go first. I'll start low. Like I said, I'm gonna start with the one that end up being the fast food. [00:03:50] Speaker A: Your number five. Yeah, you. Come on now. It's been a while, but you ain't forgot how we do this. Yeah. Number five. [00:03:58] Speaker B: My number five has got to be Burger King. [00:04:01] Speaker A: That's good, solid. [00:04:04] Speaker B: The Whoppers. The double Whopper. That flame broil. If you don't. If you don't. If you eat burgers at fast food chains and restaurants and stuff, to me, it's the best fast food hamburger. [00:04:19] Speaker A: Whoa. [00:04:19] Speaker B: It is you. [00:04:21] Speaker A: I don't know about that. It's a good, solid burger, but best. [00:04:25] Speaker B: Yeah. If you don't put five guys in it. [00:04:28] Speaker A: I don't consider five guys as fast food. [00:04:30] Speaker B: Okay, so the best five. The best fast food. [00:04:34] Speaker A: Give me one better than Burger King. [00:04:36] Speaker B: Burger King. The Whopper. Not just Burger King. [00:04:38] Speaker A: Better than the Whopper. [00:04:38] Speaker B: Than the Whopper. [00:04:39] Speaker A: The quarter pounder at McDonald's. [00:04:41] Speaker B: No way. [00:04:42] Speaker A: Yes. [00:04:43] Speaker B: That ground beef is something different. [00:04:45] Speaker A: The quarter pounder at McDonald's. The. [00:04:49] Speaker B: I tried a double quarter. [00:04:51] Speaker A: The Dave single at Wendy's is better than a Whopper. [00:04:57] Speaker B: Nah, man. [00:04:58] Speaker A: The Monster burger. No, the. Not the monster, but the Frisco Baconator. [00:05:02] Speaker B: The Frisco. [00:05:03] Speaker A: The Frisco at Hardee's. [00:05:04] Speaker B: The Frisco might be better. [00:05:05] Speaker A: Is giving the Whopper a run for his money. [00:05:08] Speaker B: That Frisco might be better. I get it. Without the man. [00:05:11] Speaker A: When's the last time you had a quarter pounder from McDonald's? [00:05:16] Speaker B: Two weeks ago. [00:05:18] Speaker A: Three things the Whopper is better than. Cause they did something and I got the double. [00:05:22] Speaker B: They did something with the meat at McDonald's? [00:05:25] Speaker A: No, no. They did something with the meat at Burger King. [00:05:27] Speaker B: Nah, they did something with the meat at McDonald's. Maybe because I ain't had it so long, it just seems soft. [00:05:32] Speaker A: Where you got it from? [00:05:34] Speaker B: Probably the worst McDonald's in the area. Yes. [00:05:37] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:05:37] Speaker B: The bread was stale. [00:05:39] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. [00:05:40] Speaker B: It just. [00:05:41] Speaker A: Yeah. And now I can't say that. I can't. You know that Burger King being on your list is a good, you know, chain restaurant. You know, it's a top tier chain restaurant. But. But to say the Whopper. The Whopper used to be strong like that, but I don't think it's strong like that. [00:05:55] Speaker B: Nah, man, I'm staying on that double Whopper too. Not the regular, not the Whopper Jr. Not the double. [00:05:59] Speaker A: The double. The Whopper Jr. Tastes funny now to me. [00:06:02] Speaker B: It do. [00:06:02] Speaker A: It do to me. Yeah. Cause you know, you could get like two for like $2 back in the day or two for $3 or whatever and I would get one. I got one not too long ago. And it just had a funny little flavor to it, but it's still a strong burger. Every now and then I get a Whopper with cheese combo with onion rings and a Sprite with no ice. But you like onion rings, of course. Yeah, yeah. You got a weird palate. [00:06:23] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:06:24] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:06:24] Speaker B: So that's it. My number five is Burger King. [00:06:27] Speaker A: My number five is a chain. It's a sub chain. It's the only sub chain that you can get fries. It's not local to here, but it is a chain. [00:06:40] Speaker B: It's a sub chain. [00:06:42] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:06:42] Speaker B: And you get fries. [00:06:44] Speaker A: Yeah, you get fries. [00:06:45] Speaker B: What is that? [00:06:46] Speaker A: Penn Station? [00:06:48] Speaker B: I don't think I ever had that one. [00:06:49] Speaker A: You never had Penn Station? Yeah, I know they up in the north, when I lived in Richmond, they had one there. But it's a chain and it's. [00:06:58] Speaker B: That's a real chain. [00:06:59] Speaker A: Yeah, Penn Station. Google it. You got a computer right there on your chair. [00:07:03] Speaker B: Is that black and white? Black and white logo? [00:07:05] Speaker A: Nah, they got green and white. Green and white logo? [00:07:08] Speaker B: Yeah, the letters and stuff is green and the background is white. [00:07:11] Speaker A: No, the black. I wanna say the black ground green and the letters white. [00:07:14] Speaker B: Oh, I definitely never seen that. [00:07:16] Speaker A: Yeah. Pen, look at your phone. There you go. [00:07:19] Speaker B: I'll look at my phone and tell you my next one. My number four. [00:07:21] Speaker A: Yeah, the PEN Station. They got real good subs and they fry. You can get like, it's OD getting that combo, but you get a chain. I mean, you get a cup of fries, you can get fries there too. And it's like the only. You can get subs in the fries. [00:07:35] Speaker B: What kind of subs do they got, though? Like, is it cold subs or cold hot? [00:07:38] Speaker A: Whatever you want. [00:07:39] Speaker B: Like meatball heroes and stuff. [00:07:41] Speaker A: I don't know about meatball. I can't remember meatball, but I know they do like Phillies. Oh, word. You know, regular Cole Jones and you know, the chicken Philly Jones, whatever. But yeah, Penn Station. [00:07:51] Speaker B: Okay. That jumps off of my number four. [00:07:54] Speaker A: What's your number four? [00:07:54] Speaker B: My number four Jersey mics. [00:07:56] Speaker A: Jersey Mike's as a chain. [00:07:58] Speaker B: Jersey Mike's is solid. [00:07:59] Speaker A: Shout out. I made a lot of money delivering the Jersey Mike. Yeah, yeah. [00:08:03] Speaker B: Dropped off that meat, huh? [00:08:05] Speaker A: Dropping off that meat, baby. [00:08:07] Speaker B: I know you hate carrying them damn boxes. They probably heavy, right? [00:08:10] Speaker A: No, I could put like. So how they meat come in like the like kind of smaller box. The hard thing is the lettuce. Cause the lettuce come in the big boxes. So you can get, you know, the lettuce going in there. That's the hard thing. But the meat, the meat, all they meat is frozen. [00:08:25] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:08:26] Speaker A: Yeah. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. The ham, the ham and the turkey and stuff like that. That's not frozen. But the steak. [00:08:35] Speaker B: The steak. [00:08:36] Speaker A: But you get a whole bunch of that on a cartoon and that ain't hard. But just some of the, like the ham and the turkey, stuff like that, that's kind of heavy. But I ain't carrying it in my hands. I'm on it. Got it on. [00:08:50] Speaker B: Yeah. So Jersey Mike, that's. I like Jersey Mike so much. Like, if you go to Jersey Mike's in a tourist area, they have pulled pork. [00:09:02] Speaker A: Oh, really? [00:09:02] Speaker B: Like Myrtle beach, they'll have pulled pork. So they have barbecue sauce there. [00:09:08] Speaker A: Uh huh. [00:09:08] Speaker B: So you put. I put the barbecue sauce on the steak. [00:09:11] Speaker A: Steak, whatever. [00:09:12] Speaker B: Yeah, and tell them to put it on there when they cooking it up on the grill. [00:09:16] Speaker A: Most of them don't have that though. [00:09:17] Speaker B: Nah, they don't. They don't. I got to the point cause I like their barbecue sauce. I even went to the point where. [00:09:23] Speaker A: I was looking to see what barbecue. [00:09:26] Speaker B: Sauce they use, what brand that is. [00:09:27] Speaker A: Like, where did you find it? No, I don't remember them. I could find out. [00:09:32] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:09:33] Speaker A: Oh yeah, I can find out because all I have to do is see who. Who delivers to that Jersey. To that Jersey Mike. [00:09:40] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:09:41] Speaker A: And see who. [00:09:43] Speaker B: Yeah, that's the Myrtle Beach. They had it because they had Pole park there. [00:09:46] Speaker A: I've delivered to that one. The one on Kings Highway. Yeah, yeah, I've delivered to that one. It's like in a plaza. [00:09:51] Speaker B: I think it's two. [00:09:52] Speaker A: I delivered it out. [00:09:53] Speaker B: Yeah, across from the old mall. Is that that one? [00:09:57] Speaker A: Nice. Down. [00:09:58] Speaker B: I think there's two on. [00:09:59] Speaker A: Not across from. Yeah, not. Not that one. It's one like. Like if you're going towards North Myrtle Beach. It'll be on the left, but it's in like a plaza. And like a little. They got like a little smaller parking lot. But Yeah, I delivered to that one, though, before. [00:10:11] Speaker B: Matter of fact, I've been to both of them. [00:10:13] Speaker A: Yeah, both of them had. [00:10:14] Speaker B: The one is next to the motorcycle Indian dealership, like right around the corner. Because every time I would leave that dealership, I would go two there. Cause they got the barbecue sauce. That's north. [00:10:27] Speaker A: That's the one on Kings Highway. You're the one in North Myrtle Beach. [00:10:30] Speaker B: Seventeen, yeah. [00:10:32] Speaker A: Which one? [00:10:32] Speaker B: It's on 17. Seventeen. [00:10:34] Speaker A: What I'm saying is. But is it the one you was talking about across on the mall or the other one? [00:10:39] Speaker B: No. Well, like I said, I go to both. I used to go to both. [00:10:42] Speaker A: Word, word. So that's your number four Jersey mics. [00:10:44] Speaker B: Yeah, Jersey Mike's a number 17, I think the cheesesteak. [00:10:50] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. Number 17. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I get that with no, no, no peppers, onions. I get mayo on there. Oil and vinegar. Throw a little lettuce on my Jones, too. [00:11:01] Speaker B: Yeah, see, I just do that. I do peppers, no onions. I do lettuce and tomatoes. [00:11:11] Speaker A: I don't do tomatoes. [00:11:12] Speaker B: I used to do like the Giant with double. Double portion. [00:11:17] Speaker A: Oh, wow. Wow. [00:11:19] Speaker B: I didn't say what I was gonna say. [00:11:21] Speaker A: No, I'm just saying that's a lot of food. [00:11:22] Speaker B: Oh, 22, $23. [00:11:25] Speaker A: Now, I ain't talking about the price. I'm talking about the amount of food that is. [00:11:27] Speaker B: Yeah, but you know, I'm been on my slim boys trying to slim it down. [00:11:31] Speaker A: That's what you should do. [00:11:33] Speaker B: Then I was doing, like the half double. [00:11:36] Speaker A: Now you're doing the mini. [00:11:37] Speaker B: I'm doing the half with not double. [00:11:40] Speaker A: Oh, okay. You have. With no double. I got you. I got you. Yeah, that's what I do. I remember, like, a long time a while ago, you know, I used to get the double Whopper, like back to your Burger King junk. And then I switched out, like, I don't really need the double waffle. So I switched up and got to just a regular Whopper. And that was good. [00:11:57] Speaker B: Nah, but I mean, a double Whopper and a regular Whopper is not. I mean, if you're on your diet, shit, that ain't that bad. [00:12:03] Speaker A: Nah, you could tell the difference. You could tell the difference. [00:12:06] Speaker B: Is it that extra bread thing in the middle? [00:12:09] Speaker A: What? Extra bread in the middle of a Whopper? [00:12:11] Speaker B: The double Whopper don't. The double Whopper? No, it's just stack of meat yeah. [00:12:15] Speaker A: Jesus Christ. This is your favorite. This is your top five of franchises. You confusing that with a Big Mac? [00:12:23] Speaker B: Yeah, it ain't the Big Mac. [00:12:25] Speaker A: My number four chain restaurant. What you got is a pizza place and it's Marco's. [00:12:32] Speaker B: That's a strong one. That's a good one. [00:12:36] Speaker A: Marco's. Good quality meats. The breads, the bread, they got a good dough. That's one thing that makes a pizza. You gotta have a good bread. And if you don't, if you like health conscious, you trying to stay off of carbs. They do like a bowl. [00:12:54] Speaker B: A bowl? [00:12:55] Speaker A: Yeah. And you can get. It'll have the sauce in there and just the toppings. [00:12:58] Speaker B: What pizza you get? [00:13:00] Speaker A: Come on, man. [00:13:01] Speaker B: I get the Magnificent. [00:13:02] Speaker A: No, I get the Meats. The Mighty Meats or whatever. No, that Mighty Meats is at Mellow Mushroom. It's just called the Meats or something like that. Yeah, that's all I get. [00:13:10] Speaker B: See, I get them magnifico. [00:13:12] Speaker A: What is that? Just all pepperoni junk? [00:13:14] Speaker B: It got like six different pepperonis or some shit on it. Like two slices I get full off of. That's how mixed it up is. [00:13:22] Speaker A: Yeah, I've gotten the thin crust at Mellow Mushroom before and it is. You know what I'm saying? But. And like when you really like on like a health kick or whatever you got, you just gotta have the pizza flavor. Just get the bowl. You gotta get it. Just get the bowl. Get the bowl. Cause the bread is what really do. [00:13:43] Speaker B: You in Even the flat joint. [00:13:45] Speaker A: No, I don't get the flat joint. Cause you know what I'm saying, I might overeat with the bread or whatever. So I just get the bowl just for the flavor. [00:13:52] Speaker B: That's a good one. [00:13:52] Speaker A: And then they be having ideas if you on the app, like you can get the bowl for like $3 sometimes if you got points and all kind of stuff like that. So. [00:14:00] Speaker B: Hey man, damn pizza deal's been going crazy the past. Crazy past what month? [00:14:04] Speaker A: I think that deal been going on forever. It just got. Went viral. [00:14:08] Speaker B: The $2 joint. [00:14:09] Speaker A: The $2 joint. Yeah. [00:14:10] Speaker B: But listen, I've been doing. Cause I went to one in your town. [00:14:16] Speaker A: Uh huh. [00:14:17] Speaker B: They had all the lights off. It was so hot in there, they couldn't even have the lights on. At Pizza Hut the air conditioner wasn't even working. [00:14:24] Speaker A: Wow. [00:14:25] Speaker B: You know where the oven is? The oven's like right there where the counter is. Yeah, son, you walk in there, it. [00:14:30] Speaker A: Was so the thing, they never have the lights on in that place. It's always dark in there. For real? [00:14:35] Speaker B: I thought they could. [00:14:36] Speaker A: It's always dark in there. [00:14:37] Speaker B: Like, no lights. No lights. [00:14:39] Speaker A: It's always dark in there. Like you. Now that you mentioned it, I think I. It's always dark in there. [00:14:46] Speaker B: Yeah, we walk. I'm telling you, I walked in. It was probably like one, two o'. [00:14:52] Speaker A: Clock in the afternoon. [00:14:55] Speaker B: People don't know the $2 special for a personal. [00:14:57] Speaker A: Yeah, $2 personal pan pieces on Tuesdays. Yeah. [00:15:01] Speaker B: Walked in. I'm like, yeah, let me get. They was like, we backed up. I'm like, all right, well, I'm supposed to order and I'm getting three of these. So she was like, no, we really backed up. [00:15:15] Speaker A: Like, you gonna be waiting hours. [00:15:16] Speaker B: She says she's 90 orders backed up. [00:15:21] Speaker A: Social media, bro. [00:15:22] Speaker B: 90 orders. [00:15:23] Speaker A: Cause I. When I was talking to somebody and I was like, yeah, they got this thing going on. It was like, yeah, that shit been going on. It just like, people just started knowing about it. [00:15:32] Speaker B: That shit blew up. [00:15:33] Speaker A: It blew up crazy. In like a week. In like a week. I remember seeing the Post, and then I think I saw the Post, like, on a Monday. They was like, yeah, $2 pieces. Whatever. Tomorrow. My off day at work is Tuesday. I didn't go to work. So I came back to work Wednesday, and my desk is, like, in the front, and it was like some crumbs on my desk. And I don't like. [00:15:54] Speaker B: When I flipped out, bro, I was. [00:15:56] Speaker A: Like, yo, who got crumbs at my desk? Shout out to my man. It was like, yeah, man. Tony went in the Pizza Hut, and this nigga had six personal pan pizzas splayed out on your desk, like, handing them out and shit, son. I was like, yo, this nigga. You was crazy. Nah. Cause that's my dog. Like, it's a couple people. You know what I'm saying? I ain't gonna flip on, but he one of the people, like, he had out, like, okay, that's. That's my guy right there. But yeah, yeah, they was going crazy. He was like. He put like. People was putting their order in, like, as soon as the restaurant opened for them. Oh, for later. Yeah, for them pizzas. Yeah, that's how bad it was. But yeah, that's crazy, man. [00:16:31] Speaker B: Another Domino's that's the one I've been doing. [00:16:35] Speaker A: Domino's got. So do you like they stuffed crust? [00:16:38] Speaker B: Yeah, well, no, I didn't get the stuffed crust. I was getting a pan. [00:16:42] Speaker A: So they got a stuffed crust now, too. They just started it, like, not too long ago. And if you put in the name Sanai as the promo code, you can get a stuffed crust for 9.99. [00:16:54] Speaker B: Oh, okay. So it falls under that. That's what I've been doing there. I've been doing. It's a different one. It's 9.99 for any topping. [00:17:03] Speaker A: Yeah, that's the new one. But the stuffed crust is $9.99. You get three toppings and the stuffed crust. [00:17:11] Speaker B: I got pizza in the refrigerator now from it. Like, I've been going there. Cause, you know, all last week, I've been tired after work. Just grab something, go in the house, man. I probably did in the past two weeks, I probably did four of them. [00:17:25] Speaker A: And you still got pizza. Yeah, but what size pizza you get? [00:17:28] Speaker B: I get the pan. You know, the pan is considered a medium. [00:17:30] Speaker A: Okay. So that's out of stuffed crust. The stuffed crust is only comes in medium. Yeah, but it's 9.99 for the stuff crust. I think normally it's like 15.99 or something like that. [00:17:38] Speaker B: So that's a deal. [00:17:39] Speaker A: Yeah. And it is that. So I saw that name. I saw that promo on Facebook, and then I saw another one on Facebook too. And it's that name, and then it's another name. You put it in the coupon code, and I've been using that for, like, three months. [00:17:51] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, Text it to me. [00:17:52] Speaker A: Yeah, it's Sanai. Like, Sanaa Lathan. That's how you spell it. [00:17:55] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:17:56] Speaker A: Yeah. So you just put Sanaa in the coupon code on the app and it'll work tonight? Yeah, they stuff crust good, too. And I, you know. You know, like, some people with food stuff, they'll do stuff. You never heard of them people doing it? Like at Zaxby's. [00:18:13] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:18:14] Speaker A: I had an ex collabing. Well, no, no, no, no. Like, she would order food, and when she ordered her Texas toast, she said, like, butter both sides of my toast. I was like, oh, shoot, you can do that. So I was with somebody one time, and they was like, yeah, I want my pizza well done. I was like, what? [00:18:31] Speaker B: Yeah, that's how I get it at Domino's. [00:18:32] Speaker A: And I started doing that now and, like, everywhere, and it's, like, better, so. [00:18:36] Speaker B: Cause those bigger pizzas, those mediums, they're kind of doughy. [00:18:39] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:18:40] Speaker B: So you do it well done. It comes up on the app. [00:18:43] Speaker A: Yeah. Now. Yeah, yeah. [00:18:44] Speaker B: You get it cut a certain way, too. [00:18:46] Speaker A: Yeah, you can get it cut in squares. [00:18:47] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:18:49] Speaker A: The Domino's. If you cut it if you get like. If you get it straight home and you eat it while it's super hot, for some reason, it don't pull apart like that. You gotta let it cool down some and then it'll break out and even slices. And I just realized that like, I was like, yo, this nigga ain't cutting my shit right? And half of the pizza coming and stuff all over the place. And then I finally realized, like, that's what it is. But yeah. My number four is Marco's. We done went on a pizza tangent. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What's your number three. [00:19:20] Speaker B: All right, let me see what. My number three. My. My number three. Well, I guess this one would be it. Cinnabon. Cinnabon, that's a big franchise. Now here, the regular store didn't really pop. [00:19:37] Speaker A: They had a regular Cinnabon store. [00:19:38] Speaker B: Yeah, it was over there by. [00:19:42] Speaker A: By Heavenly Ham. Was it over there? [00:19:44] Speaker B: No. Is it the same? It might be the same store. Oh, where was that pizza place to start with? S. No, no. [00:19:55] Speaker A: Oh, it was connected to Slotsky's. [00:19:57] Speaker B: Slotsky's, that's it. [00:19:58] Speaker A: It was, Yeah, I remember that. Yeah, that's it. [00:20:02] Speaker B: Cinnabuns, man. Now I go all the way to 52. The pilot at 52? Yep. [00:20:08] Speaker A: I don't like Cinnabon like that. I'll eat them. But. And they got em in the mall, don't. It ain't the Cinnabon place in the mall. Right by the hat place. [00:20:15] Speaker B: It used to be. [00:20:16] Speaker A: Oh, that's just a place that do cookies. Okay. Yeah, I don't really like cinnamon. Cause the inside, I don't. The ins. The like middle be too doughy and I don't like them, man. I'm telling you, man, the flavor just feel. Tastes off to me. [00:20:33] Speaker B: I'm gonna say something crazy now. I seen a. It was an ad. No, it was like a post. And they said the middle of a Cinnabon is like a clit. It's just that good. But you know, I can relate. Cause I like this. [00:20:52] Speaker A: Cause you like clits. [00:21:00] Speaker B: I like the middle of the center part, man. [00:21:01] Speaker A: I don't like the middle. It's too doughy and the flavor is off. I don't know why. I don't know why. [00:21:06] Speaker B: It's more cinnamon on it and it's. [00:21:10] Speaker A: You talking about like the middle? I'm talking about like the inside middle, not like the circle. [00:21:13] Speaker B: The circle part. You talking about the doughy side? [00:21:16] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. Cause it was somebody that used to do cinnamon buns and they would have nuts in it pause and I'm trying to think of what company that was. I used to like those, but now. [00:21:28] Speaker B: Those dollar joints at the supermarkets. [00:21:32] Speaker A: Nah, I can't remember where it was at, but it was been a long time ago. But Cinnabon, like, you know what I'm saying? I was driving. So, like, at a lot of truck stops, they got the Cinnabon. They got their own stand at a lot of them truck stops. So they'll have like the donut. I mean, cinnamon, the holes and the small ones. Yeah, yeah. So you know what I'm saying? But I ain't going to yuck your young, you know what I'm saying? If love. If niggas love. Cinnabon is the motherfucking number three chain of all over. All over. But my number three stronger than your number three. [00:22:00] Speaker B: I don't know, man. Cinnabon is Cinnabon good. You get the extra little frosting on the side. [00:22:08] Speaker A: They too high to me too. That price is premium. [00:22:12] Speaker B: It is that price premium for four of them. 20. [00:22:14] Speaker A: Yeah, I know. I think Cinnabon really got big, like in the airports. [00:22:22] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:22:22] Speaker A: See, in New York, airports and malls. [00:22:24] Speaker B: I was gonna say in New York, the mall. Yeah. Cause my cousin, she used to work at Cinnabon. And yo, when you come home, bring your package. [00:22:32] Speaker A: Oh, and Cinnabun. Every time I hear it, I think of Better Call Saul. [00:22:40] Speaker B: Why? [00:22:41] Speaker A: Cause he worked that one on the show at part of it. Yeah. You ever watched that show? [00:22:47] Speaker B: Yeah, I did. [00:22:47] Speaker A: Yeah. You remember he worked that one when it was like black and white and he worked at one of them. [00:22:51] Speaker B: What's called, like. What's called on there? What's the Esposito guy? [00:22:55] Speaker A: Yeah. Oh, yeah. Juan Carlo. [00:22:56] Speaker B: Juan Carlo Esposito. Yeah. [00:22:58] Speaker A: He was on that in Breaking Bad. [00:22:59] Speaker B: That's my man. [00:23:00] Speaker A: My number three. It's not fast food. It's a casual dining establishment. We have here one here in the city. One place that introduced me to the Parmesan crusted. You get your Parmesan crusted chicken or your Parmesan crusted steak. Any kind of steak. Oh, yeah, and it's killing, let me tell you. [00:23:21] Speaker B: They do salmon, too. [00:23:22] Speaker A: Parmesan. You want a Parmesan crusted lambs. We talked about lamb. You get your Parmesan crusted lamb. [00:23:27] Speaker B: I didn't know. They do wings, too. [00:23:29] Speaker A: They do Parmesan crusted wings. [00:23:30] Speaker B: Wings, man. [00:23:31] Speaker A: You get your Parmesan crusted broccoli, if you like. [00:23:34] Speaker B: That's a strong one, Longhorn. That's a strong one. [00:23:38] Speaker A: Let me tell you something. [00:23:38] Speaker B: That broccoli with that sauce on it, that lemon sauce. [00:23:41] Speaker A: Oh, I never had that. What I might get. Well, I ain't gonna get that today. Cause I'm probably gonna leave here and go to. I'm gonna order me some Marco's bowl. [00:23:49] Speaker B: You going angry? [00:23:50] Speaker A: No, I ain't going angry. I told you I got disciplined. I got discipline. [00:23:56] Speaker B: You mean willpower. [00:23:57] Speaker A: You got willpower? No, discipline too. Willpower and discipline. Discipline. Cause I had my chicken yesterday and I had like chips that came with it. So if I go to Marco's, I just get a bowl which is just, you know, that'll get my fix. [00:24:15] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:24:15] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? But yeah, Longhorn, man, that's a strong one. Longhorn. [00:24:20] Speaker B: I get. I get a crazy. What you get? [00:24:25] Speaker A: If I'm like my regular meal, I'll just get like one of the steaks. I might get the Renegade or the Outlaw. Parmesan crusted medium. [00:24:34] Speaker B: Wait, so you get parmesan crusted steak? [00:24:37] Speaker A: Yes. Ooh, yes. [00:24:38] Speaker B: Never thought of that one. [00:24:39] Speaker A: Yeah. Parmesan crusted steak. I get broccoli. Just regular broccoli. And if I'm eating regular, I'm getting a baked potato. Loaded. Baked potato. [00:24:51] Speaker B: Loaded baked potato. [00:24:52] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? But if I'm eating healthy, I just get the steak, the broccoli, and just broccoli. Double broccoli. [00:24:58] Speaker B: Double broccoli. [00:24:58] Speaker A: Mustard, double broccoli. [00:24:59] Speaker B: So the lemon sauce that's on it. [00:25:02] Speaker A: I never had lemon sauce on my broccoli. [00:25:03] Speaker B: Yeah, so lemon butter sauce. [00:25:05] Speaker A: Yeah, I never got that. [00:25:07] Speaker B: What? [00:25:07] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. [00:25:08] Speaker B: That's crazy. [00:25:09] Speaker A: I never asked for it. I just get regular steamed broccoli and that's it. [00:25:12] Speaker B: Oh, shit. [00:25:12] Speaker A: Okay. Yeah, yeah. [00:25:13] Speaker B: That's a straw. [00:25:14] Speaker A: That's my number three. [00:25:15] Speaker B: I get what I get from there. I get parmesan crusted chicken with the ribs. [00:25:21] Speaker A: With the ribs. [00:25:22] Speaker B: But the ribs, I say. Cause it's a meal. You get the small chicken and the rib. I always try to. I always get the full rack with that. [00:25:32] Speaker A: And then you get broccoli. [00:25:34] Speaker B: Then I get the broccoli. And then I get the loaded baked potato, man. Yeah. I ain't been there in a minute. Me either. [00:25:43] Speaker A: I always want to go, like when I get off work, but because I don't know exactly what time I get off work, I can't time it to where, you know, 20 minutes and then call it in and then get there, then get my food and get to the house or whatever. So I really ain't been going there, but I might go there one day this week. I might go Tuesday or something like that. Get that, Joan? Cause. [00:26:03] Speaker B: Yeah, that's a good point. That's a good. That's a strong one. That's it. [00:26:06] Speaker A: Yeah. And I was trying to. In my list, trying to find like more places like this, like a casual sit down. [00:26:11] Speaker B: But like Cheddar's. [00:26:13] Speaker A: Yeah. I don't know. [00:26:15] Speaker B: That same company. [00:26:16] Speaker A: Like, you sure? [00:26:17] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:20] Speaker A: But yeah, I, I like. I only been to Cheddar's a couple times. I've been to the one in Charlotte. But like, as far as, like, I know, that's some place I know. And I'm gonna go there. Yeah, I'm gonna get my longhorn there. And it's the same wherever you go. [00:26:34] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:26:34] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? Every. Because the same company deliver all their food. So. Okay, yeah, shout out to McLean. But that's my number three. What's your number two? [00:26:44] Speaker B: Okay. My number two is Bahama Breeze. Oh, I know you know Brahma. [00:26:50] Speaker A: Yeah, I heard of it. I never. I don't think I ever. [00:26:51] Speaker B: You never had it? [00:26:52] Speaker A: No, I never been. [00:26:53] Speaker B: They got like a. I get empanadas. I get the beef empanadas. Before they used to have. It might have been chicken empanada, but I get the beef empanadas. It comes with like a. Like a mango sauce. Like it's a sweet kind of, you know, chopped up pieces of mango. And that on there come like a sour cream. It's not really sour cream, but it's like a white creamy cream or whatever. That's my shot. [00:27:24] Speaker A: That's it for you. [00:27:25] Speaker B: I get certain. [00:27:26] Speaker A: What's the closest Bahama Breeze? The beach? [00:27:28] Speaker B: Nah, they ain't got nothing around here. They got one. The closest one gotta be either the Raleigh one or Charleston. And they both like the same. Same distance. [00:27:39] Speaker A: Ain't no way. Yeah, Raleigh like two and a half hours from here. [00:27:43] Speaker B: And Charleston, one is two hours, too. [00:27:45] Speaker A: I said two and a half. [00:27:47] Speaker B: Okay, two hours and 15 minutes that way. [00:27:50] Speaker A: Where is it in Charleston? [00:27:51] Speaker B: Down 52. [00:27:53] Speaker A: No, I'm saying where in Charleston? [00:27:54] Speaker B: Like, it's like, soon as you get in Charleston. I can't tell you exactly. [00:27:57] Speaker A: I don't know because you said down 52. So you go. When you go to Charleston, you go down 52. [00:28:01] Speaker B: Sometimes when I feel like just taking the back roads, I take that way. [00:28:09] Speaker A: So is it in Mount Pleasant? [00:28:14] Speaker B: Nah, it's past Mount Pleasant. Okay, it's Charleston. Charleston. North Charleston. [00:28:20] Speaker A: Oh, it's In North Charleston? [00:28:21] Speaker B: Yeah, it might be north. [00:28:22] Speaker A: Go the other way. You'll get there quicker. [00:28:24] Speaker B: Which other way? I like taking the back road, though. [00:28:25] Speaker A: But I'm saying if you go highway, you'll get it. [00:28:29] Speaker B: I don't like it sometimes. I like taking, like I said, word. [00:28:31] Speaker A: Word. [00:28:32] Speaker B: Like taking. Like if it's 10, I think I. [00:28:34] Speaker A: Know where it is. I think it's over there by the mall. I mean by the outlet. [00:28:39] Speaker B: It's by the mall. [00:28:40] Speaker A: By the outlet. Yeah. [00:28:41] Speaker B: The movie theater and stuff. Yeah, it's right there. [00:28:44] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. You'll definitely get there quicker going. You'll probably get in like an hour and 50 minutes. [00:28:50] Speaker B: I like that back road. [00:28:51] Speaker A: No, I'm just saying, like when you say that's the same distance. [00:28:54] Speaker B: It's about the same. [00:28:55] Speaker A: If you go that way, for sure. [00:28:56] Speaker B: Yeah. It's about. Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:28:59] Speaker A: And I noticed because I used to go to Charleston every day. [00:29:01] Speaker B: That's how close. Yeah, it's close. It's close. [00:29:05] Speaker A: My number two is, you know, regular. It's a fast food joint, but it's my. I ate there yesterday. Chick fil a. Yeah, Chick fil a. My number two. It's gonna be consistent. [00:29:16] Speaker B: What you get though. You'll get the plain chicken sandwich, right? Yeah, I do sometimes like the number one. [00:29:22] Speaker A: Yeah. But mostly, like, if I go in the afternoon, I'll get like a deluxe chicken sandwich. And then I get like an eight piece on the side. I won't get the fries or nothing. Same same way if I go in the morning, I'll get the bowl, the breakfast bowl. And then I might. I'll either get a chicken patty, like the filet by itself, or I'll just get a chicken biscuit. [00:29:52] Speaker B: Okay. [00:29:53] Speaker A: Yeah, but you know that chicken biscuit. Good. Yeah, that biscuit. They might have the best fast food biscuit as far as the bread. Like the biscuit itself, they might have the best. Hardee's used to have it. Bojangles used to have it. But I think Chick fil a got it now. [00:30:10] Speaker B: I never had that other place. Biscuitville. [00:30:13] Speaker A: Biscuitville. [00:30:14] Speaker B: They average, but with a name like that, they gotta have the best. [00:30:17] Speaker A: But they got a whole bunch of different styles of biscuits. [00:30:21] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:30:21] Speaker A: Like they got a honey, a spicy honey chicken biscuit. It's good, but the biscuit itself is kinda. They take away from it a little bit. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. [00:30:32] Speaker B: Is it dry? [00:30:33] Speaker A: Sometimes it is. [00:30:34] Speaker B: The chick fil a one is moist and kind of breaks apart. [00:30:37] Speaker A: Yeah, it just. It's almost. It's a 9 out of 10 for the chick Fil a biscuit, bro. When they. When they hitting on all cylinders, it's like a nine out of ten when it comes to biscuits, bro. [00:30:47] Speaker B: Do this. Do they still got the. The wraps? [00:30:50] Speaker A: Chick Fil A. Yeah. In the afternoon. Yeah. [00:30:52] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:30:53] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:30:53] Speaker B: No, I mean, like the. Like the Caesar rap and. [00:30:56] Speaker A: Yeah. Oh, word. For lunch. Yeah. Okay. [00:30:58] Speaker B: Because I worked at Honda at one time, and they used to come there selling. [00:31:03] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, they got that. Yeah, that's my number two or your number one. [00:31:08] Speaker B: Number one, man. White Castle. [00:31:12] Speaker A: That's a chain up north. You like White Cat? Well, yeah. Cause down here they got crystal. [00:31:17] Speaker B: Down here is Crystals. [00:31:18] Speaker A: I ate at Crystals once. [00:31:20] Speaker B: You didn't like it? [00:31:23] Speaker A: So. So I had White Castle before because I bought the. [00:31:27] Speaker B: Yeah. At the store. [00:31:28] Speaker A: At the store. [00:31:29] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:31:30] Speaker A: And I didn't like it because of the meat. I had Crystals one time in Charlotte. I was passing. I was going somewhere. [00:31:38] Speaker B: Shot you. You shot yourself. [00:31:42] Speaker A: It was the worst decision ever. Never again. Never again. Charlamagne. [00:31:46] Speaker B: If you're a truck driver. Yeah, it's the worst. [00:31:48] Speaker A: No, it's a truck. I wasn't. I wasn't in a truck. I was in a car. Yeah, I'm talking about passing through, like. You know what I'm saying? In my car. Like, ain't no. You can't. Ain't no crystals you can get to in a truck, I don't think. Cause they always be, like, in the city part. But White Castle. That's the only experience I had in White Castle. Charlamagne can open up all the crystals he wants. He can open up one in my hometown. I will not be going to Crystal. But White Castle is White Castle the same way. [00:32:14] Speaker B: It's the same thing. [00:32:15] Speaker A: Okay. [00:32:17] Speaker B: They call them murder burgers. [00:32:19] Speaker A: Why? Cause they gonna murder your stomach. [00:32:21] Speaker B: Kid's stomach. But I think that's just. Cause it's almost like a steam. [00:32:26] Speaker A: Oh. How they make them. They, like, boil them or something. [00:32:28] Speaker B: It's like steam that. [00:32:30] Speaker A: You mentioned Burger King. So I heard Burger King don't really. [00:32:36] Speaker B: Put them on the flame. [00:32:38] Speaker A: Flame. Like, they really, like, put liquid smoke on them. And so somebody was like. I wanna say it was my mama. She was like, liquid smoke give her hiccups. And she said. She was like. That's why she really can't eat Burger King. Cause they put liquid smoke on it. [00:32:51] Speaker B: What? [00:32:51] Speaker A: Yeah. I don't know if it was my mom. It was somebody. It was like, they don't really use the flame to Like a. [00:32:57] Speaker B: Like on a grill at one time they did. Cause I remember the conveyor belt thing, and you could. Back in the day, you could see the flame in the thing. I've seen the machine before. [00:33:06] Speaker A: I seen it too. [00:33:07] Speaker B: But you trying to say they done away with it. [00:33:09] Speaker A: I think it was all capped. [00:33:11] Speaker B: Now I'm looking in the back. [00:33:12] Speaker A: I think it was all capped. Cause it say flame broiled. [00:33:16] Speaker B: So what that mean? [00:33:17] Speaker A: You ever broiled a burger? You got a broiler in your oven. [00:33:21] Speaker B: Yeah, but. So you trying to say they. [00:33:23] Speaker A: I think the line trying to say. [00:33:25] Speaker B: They got the old school. They got the oven and the flame broiler on the bottom, and it just go through. No more flame. [00:33:31] Speaker A: Yeah, but I think the same way you said they cook, what you call it, I think it might be the same type of shit. I don't know. And then they put liquid smoke on it to make it give it that smoky flavor. [00:33:42] Speaker B: See, at White Castle, they got. I think they got those things, you know, you cover it up. [00:33:48] Speaker A: Mm. [00:33:49] Speaker B: But they have the whole grill be full of onions, burgers, and stuff like that. It's a lot of liquid up there. [00:33:56] Speaker A: Like a lot of juice. [00:33:58] Speaker B: Juice for the steam and stuff like that. I don't know if they put water up there or not, but that probably why it messed with people. [00:34:05] Speaker A: That's the stomach. Yeah. All that juice. Yeah. Does it taste good? [00:34:08] Speaker B: Hell yeah. [00:34:10] Speaker A: Okay. [00:34:10] Speaker B: I mean, but. But you say you've had ones. [00:34:13] Speaker A: Yeah. You like the frozen one. How you make. How you cook the frozen? You just throw it in the microwave? [00:34:16] Speaker B: Nah. Wrap it in the tissue and then. [00:34:20] Speaker A: Put it in the microwave and it's good just. [00:34:23] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:34:23] Speaker A: Cause you put mayo on it. [00:34:24] Speaker B: No. Hell no. [00:34:25] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. You don't like mayo? [00:34:27] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:34:28] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:34:30] Speaker B: Hey, but if you want to make some money, they looking for one in the area. [00:34:34] Speaker A: I don't think they'll come down here. [00:34:36] Speaker B: They are here. They looking for it in the area. For real? [00:34:38] Speaker A: What do you mean they looking for it off mic. [00:34:41] Speaker B: There's a way to tell when they're trying to get a certain area. I seen a video of Trap Dickey behind. I think that was a Charlamagne. [00:35:47] Speaker A: There's a Charlamagne one in Walterboro. Yeah, but Trapp and Charlamagne gonna open that shit in Hartsville. [00:35:52] Speaker B: It's already built, too. Cause everybody was like, what's that gonna be, a oil change place? [00:35:57] Speaker A: That's it. [00:35:59] Speaker B: That's it for at least a year. [00:36:00] Speaker A: I was wondering, like, if it ain't them two. I'd be surprised if it ain't them two. [00:36:06] Speaker B: It been there at least a year. [00:36:08] Speaker A: Oh, the building together. Mm. [00:36:11] Speaker B: Jimmy's food truck used to park in that spot. [00:36:14] Speaker A: Not no more. [00:36:15] Speaker B: No. He been going out of there for a year. [00:36:17] Speaker A: Get your ass out of here, Jimmy. Yeah, shout out to Jimmy. They how many, how much assets they need you to have. [00:36:36] Speaker A: Shout out to readers. I never go, never been. [00:36:39] Speaker B: For real? [00:36:40] Speaker A: Yeah. I ain't ice cream it. [00:36:42] Speaker B: In fact, it is ice. It's water ice. [00:36:45] Speaker A: Water ice. I ain't one of them. [00:36:47] Speaker B: I ain't no sweet eat. [00:36:49] Speaker A: Nah, I am, but I don't eat sweets. I can't remember the last time I've been to Cold Stone. The ice cream cake is at Cold Stone. [00:36:57] Speaker B: What? [00:36:57] Speaker A: Phenomenal. [00:36:58] Speaker B: The Oreo one. [00:36:59] Speaker A: I ain't been there in a minute. Yeah. [00:37:02] Speaker B: My number one for my birthday. [00:37:04] Speaker A: You should have. [00:37:04] Speaker B: Go ahead. [00:37:05] Speaker A: I should have got one for my birthday coming up, but I don't celebrate it. [00:37:08] Speaker B: When your birthday. [00:37:09] Speaker A: We don't celebrate August 18th. [00:37:11] Speaker B: August 18th. We gonna celebrate it. Boom. What, three weeks, right? [00:37:14] Speaker A: Something like that? Yep, right over. [00:37:16] Speaker B: Celebrate it. Put your wish list up. [00:37:19] Speaker A: It's up. It's been up and never gone away. You mean put the link up there? [00:37:23] Speaker B: Yeah, put the link up. [00:37:23] Speaker A: I might put it up there. My number one. I got into it when I was living in Richmond. It was big up there. It was big all over. But we just didn't have one locally here. And I got my first time. Like, I would always see these signs for these big burritos. Like, we got the big burritos. Whatever, whatever. They'll make the sign to wear the burrito, like, popping up off top of the sign, like, it was huge. I was like, yeah, I never been there. And I finally got a chance to go there with my girlfriend at the time, and I was on a little health kick. So I got the salad, and they only had one kind of dressing, and it was a vinaigrette. So I'm like, ah, man. I was like, bro, this the best salad ever. The best salad ever. Then I started. Then I went with my homeboy, like, maybe like a month later. He was like, man, I always go here. He was like, yeah, I always get the. I always get the chicken and steak bowl or whatever. So then I started getting the bowls, and I never got a burrito from there, but I got the salad. And now when I go, I always get a bowl, and that's Chipotle. [00:38:24] Speaker B: Okay. [00:38:25] Speaker A: Chipotle. Man, I love Chipotle. [00:38:27] Speaker B: Man, they got so many hacks for Chipotle. [00:38:30] Speaker A: The double wrap. [00:38:31] Speaker B: The. [00:38:32] Speaker A: Yeah, I see. The double wrap, the meat, double rice. Then they went viral a year or two ago, and it was like, if you pull your phone up, they'll give you extra food. Because they went viral because if you start recording it. Yeah, because it was like people were complaining about them not getting a lot of food. They was being chinchy with the. With the. With the meat portions or whatever. So you act like you recording. They give you extra meat without, you know, having to pay for it. But they. They have, you know, every now and then, they have, like, different kinds of meats or whatever. [00:39:04] Speaker B: They got one now, right? [00:39:05] Speaker A: The honey chicken. [00:39:06] Speaker B: Honey chicken, Yep. [00:39:09] Speaker A: They had a thing one time they were doing a quesadilla, but you only could order it on the app. That was good. But. Yeah, but if you go to Chipotle and you get a bowl. Get the vinaigrette and put the vinaigrette in the bowl. I'm telling you, game changer. [00:39:26] Speaker B: The vinaigrette over rice and chicken. [00:39:28] Speaker A: Yeah. Mix it in with sour cream with everything. I'm telling you. [00:39:32] Speaker B: And queso. [00:39:33] Speaker A: I don't get queso, but it's amazing. Amazing. [00:39:38] Speaker B: That's plaids and stripes. Saladin'. [00:39:40] Speaker A: It ain't saladin. [00:39:41] Speaker B: A food bowl. [00:39:42] Speaker A: It ain't. I'm telling you. And I. So the chipotle here got kind of slack. [00:39:49] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:39:50] Speaker A: So I was like, man, I ain't going there no more. I was like, man, there's gotta be a way that I can make chipotle at the crib. So at first I went online and I found a recipe or whatever. And then I was like, well, you know, everybody was like, TikTok, TikTok, whatever, whatever. The thing that got me on TikTok was trying to learn how to make chipotle at the crib. [00:40:10] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:40:11] Speaker A: So I found people that know how to make the vinaigrette. I found somebody. So I had my own vinaigrette recipe. [00:40:18] Speaker B: Tastes like it. [00:40:18] Speaker A: Just like it, bro. [00:40:20] Speaker B: So is it a vinaigrette base? And you just add to it. [00:40:23] Speaker A: So you use a red wine vinaigrette, olive oil, and you put these spices in there, whatever. And then you gotta use adobe sauce. [00:40:36] Speaker B: Okay. [00:40:36] Speaker A: You use that or whatever. But you gotta. Don't put the actual pepper in there, else it'll be spicy. But you use the sauce from the adobe or whatever, and you use that. Then the cilantro rice, it's a way. [00:40:50] Speaker B: To make that their rice be sticky. [00:40:55] Speaker A: Yeah, it kind of do be sticky. Yeah. And then the chicken, it's a recipe for. To make the chicken like the regular chicken. They make their regular chicken just like they make their chicken. The corn salsa, it's a recipe for that. So you know what I'm saying? Then for the pico, whatever. I just get regular pico and I make that, and it tastes just like chipotle. [00:41:17] Speaker B: So around. How much is that what you just named? Like, if you were gonna go home tonight and make it, I mean, you know, rice, right? [00:41:25] Speaker A: You got rice. Okay, maybe like $25 for all of that stuff. [00:41:29] Speaker B: Go to damn Chipotle and get it. [00:41:31] Speaker A: But I can eat all. That's enough for a week. [00:41:33] Speaker B: Oh, that's. Yeah, yeah. [00:41:34] Speaker A: I'm eating for a week off of that. More than a week. Really? Yeah, like, you know what I'm saying? You gotta get a certain kind of. Like you get a white corn and you get the onions and the cilantro and all of that. So it might be 25, $30 or whatever, but you eating for a whole week. You know what I'm saying? I only do that every now and then. Cause you can't eat rice every day like that. Like that much of rice, but. And sour cream and stuff. But yeah, chipotle, that's my number one. That vinaigrette is a winner. Winner chicken dinner. [00:42:02] Speaker B: I'm gonna have to try it on the side. And then. [00:42:04] Speaker A: Yeah, that's how I did. Me and my homeboy, we were. What was we at the Million Man March. We had went to the Million Man March, the second one like in 2016. Uh, this was outside, nigga. Yeah. [00:42:16] Speaker B: I say you dressed up. [00:42:18] Speaker A: No. [00:42:18] Speaker B: Oh, I'm thinking of the fashion one where they had the gentleman. [00:42:22] Speaker A: Oh yeah, they went on shit, there's some real me and watch with Farrakhan in D.C. okay. And after we left, we went to Chipotle. So he was like, man, you gotta try it with this or whatever. And he really the one who got me with the dressing. So I put it. He was like, man, just put it in the corner. A little bit in the corner. Put a little bit in the corner. I was like, oh, yeah, that's it right there. Then I just put it in there. So now I get two vinaigrettes. Put one in there, mix it up. Now I get another one, mix it up. And then I'm good. [00:42:52] Speaker B: See, I gotta do it when I'm not doing all the toppings that I usually put on there. [00:42:56] Speaker A: Nah, I do it with all the toppings. It bring out like more flavor with it. [00:43:00] Speaker B: Cause I could see it tasting good with. On the chicken. Just the chicken. [00:43:05] Speaker A: Nah, it's good with everything. Yeah, I ain't gonna. Cause like you said, cause they put so much rice in there and stuff, you would think it would be like soupy. But that cup, it ain't really a lot in that cup. Okay, so you put that cup in there, you mix it up good, it'll mix in good. But I don't get queso though. Cause I don't like the queso. [00:43:24] Speaker B: I like queso. Yeah, but like cheese. [00:43:26] Speaker A: Yeah, I don't do that queso, but yeah, so your go to is the bowl. [00:43:32] Speaker B: Nah, it's been the burrito. [00:43:34] Speaker A: Oh, you get a burrito. [00:43:35] Speaker B: But sometimes, like if I'm at work, I don't want no big ass burrito while I'm sitting there at work. It's a little too messy. All over the place, a bowl, you know. [00:43:45] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:43:46] Speaker B: So a bowl is a lot cleaner for me. [00:43:49] Speaker A: I'm gonna tell you. You get the bowl, get the chips. The chips. And you dip the chip in the bowl. [00:43:55] Speaker B: In the bowl. [00:43:55] Speaker A: It give you that extra salt. Now you ain't got to put no seasoning in that bitch either.
