Yeah, I'm good, man. Can't complain. A little tight. Little running around all week. You know what I'm saying? Little changes we've been going through. But, hey, we here. [00:01:00] Speaker A: Yeah. Okay. Okay. Making money. [00:01:03] Speaker B: Yeah. Not this week. It was. We changed companies, so it was a whole lot of moving and shaking and all kind of stuff. So you know what I'm saying? I made a little bit, but not, you know, what I'm accustomed to. [00:01:15] Speaker A: Okay. I was about to come over there, too, last week. [00:01:18] Speaker B: What? [00:01:18] Speaker A: Day I went riding on Saturday. [00:01:22] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:01:23] Speaker A: Saturday. [00:01:23] Speaker B: Oh, look like yesterday. [00:01:24] Speaker A: Nah, last Saturday. [00:01:27] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. I think you hit me up. No, you did. Because we talked about it last week. [00:01:31] Speaker A: Oh, we did, yeah. [00:01:34] Speaker B: Yeah. Or how was your week? [00:01:35] Speaker A: It was cool, man. It was cool. [00:01:37] Speaker B: You had to do nothing for homecoming? [00:01:39] Speaker A: As in no. [00:01:41] Speaker B: No kind of extra stuff? [00:01:43] Speaker A: Nah, I dipped out of work. [00:01:45] Speaker B: You did? [00:01:45] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:01:46] Speaker B: You dipped out in the. And jumped into some festivities. [00:01:50] Speaker A: Now dip that in my own. I was like, nah, I ain't working tonight, so. Going to the house. [00:01:56] Speaker B: Oh, from. From, like a game or something? [00:01:57] Speaker A: Yeah, I was supposed to work a game Friday. Friday night. [00:02:00] Speaker B: Y' all were bad, too. [00:02:01] Speaker A: They did? [00:02:02] Speaker B: Yeah, they did. [00:02:03] Speaker A: Damn. [00:02:03] Speaker B: Yeah, y' all might have. Well, I don't know. [00:02:05] Speaker A: Their team is. [00:02:06] Speaker B: Y' all might have. I want to see y' all play South. [00:02:09] Speaker A: We did. And they got. [00:02:11] Speaker B: They got Molly walk. [00:02:12] Speaker A: They got their pants whooped off them. [00:02:13] Speaker B: Would be the number two team in the city is good, though. Yeah, but y' all ain't bad. But y'. All. I think y' all play. Y' all play the school who had the homecoming this week. [00:02:24] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, that's next week, I think. Yeah. [00:02:26] Speaker B: I think y' all about to. Y' all about to beat the brakes off them. [00:02:28] Speaker A: You think so? [00:02:29] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:02:30] Speaker A: Dang. [00:02:30] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. Cause they had trouble with us. [00:02:32] Speaker A: Oh, for real? [00:02:33] Speaker B: Yeah. They barely beat us, so. [00:02:36] Speaker A: Homecoming. That's crazy, man. [00:02:37] Speaker B: Homecoming was crazy. [00:02:38] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:02:40] Speaker B: Oh, y' all play them on. Y' all play them on y' all homecoming. [00:02:43] Speaker A: Yeah, next week. [00:02:43] Speaker B: Okay. Yeah. Yeah, that's gonna be it. It's gonna be a. A great time, I guess. Yeah. It's not gonna be. It ain't gonna be like these past few weeks with some of these other schools being a nice time. At least y' all are win, though. [00:02:59] Speaker A: Yeah, I guess. We'll see. Yeah, we'll see. I just. I don't even see the game anymore. But now, because you be. Yeah, now I'm on the field, I'll be on the field. And so I start to see a little bit more of the game, but I'm so focused on everything else. [00:03:12] Speaker B: Yeah. Making sure nothing don't jump off. [00:03:13] Speaker A: Just looking around. Just looking around. You know what? I'm going to tell you a crazy story. Last week. Last week, I'm getting dress. [00:03:21] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:03:21] Speaker A: Getting dressed for work. So, you know, I'm. Everybody mess with their phone in the morning, I think, like on some old. While you're in the bathroom or whatever. So I'm getting dressed. My friend hit me up. Amen. I'm going to Europe. You want to go? [00:03:40] Speaker B: What kind of question is that? [00:03:42] Speaker A: The tour starts. He didn't say. He said he'll hit me back with [00:03:46] Speaker B: the tour date when it start. [00:03:48] Speaker A: He didn't. I told him, man, I looked over at my clothes, thought about it. I was like, man, I'm in a. I got a terrible life. [00:03:58] Speaker B: It's subject. It's. Yeah. It's objective. [00:04:01] Speaker A: Do you want to go to Europe? [00:04:03] Speaker B: You gonna go? Hey, I don't know how long he gonna be in here. You gonna just be on tour? Doing what? Just going on tour. [00:04:10] Speaker A: Yeah. Just chilling. [00:04:12] Speaker B: You're not gonna work? [00:04:13] Speaker A: No, I ain't doing nothing. [00:04:14] Speaker B: How long. How long is you gonna be over there? [00:04:16] Speaker A: I don't even know if I'm going. Oh, if I. If I can go, then. [00:04:20] Speaker B: Well, I'm taking applications. This gonna be on tour for two months? [00:04:23] Speaker A: Nah, no, he just. If I go, it might be for like a couple shows or something like that. Maybe a weekend or something like that. [00:04:29] Speaker B: Oh, word. Word. [00:04:30] Speaker A: I ain't got no bread like that. [00:04:32] Speaker B: I ain't know, man. [00:04:35] Speaker A: Shout out to the Supreme Clientele Tour. [00:04:37] Speaker B: Oh, is that tour? Yeah, shout out to them. [00:04:40] Speaker A: That's a good one. If you have experience being on stage and stuff like that around Wu Tang and see how people freaking go crazy to, you know, all different ethnic X. Help me out with this one. [00:04:58] Speaker B: M not. There you go. You. [00:05:03] Speaker A: You're close enough. [00:05:05] Speaker B: We all here. [00:05:06] Speaker A: Yeah. Just to see that is. It's crazy, man. Yeah, it's Crazy. But I thought about that, and while we're working people out doing other kind of work that they don't consider work. [00:05:18] Speaker B: So I think they might do somebody consider that work. [00:05:21] Speaker A: Yeah, but at the same time, well, yeah, you right. You right. No matter what, to do photography, it was super work to me. But people was like, man, you ain't gotta do nothing but take pictures. [00:05:33] Speaker B: Yeah. All you. What you have to do to take. Do photography to get to a point where you don't have to work a regular job. It's a lot of work and basically like doing anything, even, like, unless you like a celebrity, even like doing podcasting and stuff like that, to make it the way you can sustain your life, you gotta do all the extra stuff. It's more than just sitting down, talking. Oh, you gotta do the promotion, you gotta do the prep, you gotta. You know what I'm saying? You gotta do a lot of stuff, man. With anything outside of a regular job. [00:06:06] Speaker A: You know, this is my first job in 14 years, this one. Yeah. [00:06:12] Speaker B: Really? [00:06:12] Speaker A: Yeah. I wasn't working anywhere else full time. Full time. [00:06:18] Speaker B: I thought you. Well, assurance. How about the hotel? [00:06:22] Speaker A: The hotel. That was right before this. That was. I worked at a hotel for four months. [00:06:26] Speaker B: Oh, okay, okay, okay, okay. Yeah, yeah, okay. But that's why I said full time, because I didn't know if you was full time. [00:06:31] Speaker A: Yeah, no, the hotel was full time. I was only there for four months. [00:06:35] Speaker B: So, you know, every day you was [00:06:36] Speaker A: doing photography stuff and it was work because you gotta. You gotta get that money. You gotta keep on chasing and keep on chasing. That's what made me go to a regular job. It's like, hey, I'm gonna go to a regular job. Clock in and clock out, and you. [00:06:49] Speaker B: And you'll know. [00:06:50] Speaker A: I know when that check hit. [00:06:51] Speaker B: Yep, yep. [00:06:52] Speaker A: That's the only thing. And that's. That's a load off. A load off your back. [00:06:58] Speaker B: When you work for yourself, you really don't work for yourself, for one. And you never off. [00:07:04] Speaker A: You never off. [00:07:05] Speaker B: You never off. And you don't work for yourself because you work for your customers. So if you like with us, we got a podcast network, we kind of work for ourselves, but we really gotta please everybody that come here to record and this, that, and the third, you know what I'm saying? Like, whatever you do. So, yeah, that entrepreneur life, it's tough, it's cool. It sound good. But you working every day. [00:07:31] Speaker A: Yeah. You working even in the middle of the night if somebody calls, hey, I need to come over here and do this for 300. [00:07:37] Speaker B: They don't care about your time. They don't care if you. When they get an idea, they gonna call you and text you and all of that. You never off. You can't turn that phone off. [00:07:44] Speaker A: You right? Yep, you're right. [00:07:47] Speaker B: I guess we get into some emails [00:07:48] Speaker A: while we got some emails. [00:07:50] Speaker B: Yeah, we got an email. See, we got an email from the homie DJ High Star. That ain't the one I want to see. There we go. [00:07:56] Speaker A: There we go. [00:07:57] Speaker B: He says you're shout out to High Star. You can email [email protected] he said you're. What up, fam Lee? How's everything? It was all a stream. So it seems to me these youngest are losing themselves in this content game. It feels like in the 90s and 2000s, the word content wasn't used, but niggas would say it's only entertainment. [00:08:20] Speaker A: Yeah, you're right. [00:08:21] Speaker B: But still, content, entertainment have these dudes doing the weirdest shit all for content. None of that sus behavior or acting gay is funny to me. Yeah, now that shit be funny sometimes. [00:08:31] Speaker A: He must be talking about that Ray J thing. [00:08:33] Speaker B: I don't know. Maybe all these online personalities and streamers have used that as the comedy thing. And now it ain't so funny if y' all have no idea what I'm talking about. I don't. I get it, but the whole Reggie Kai Rakai situation made me think about that. I don't know, man. They got some real, like, real accusations in that. [00:08:57] Speaker A: I don't know nothing about that one. [00:08:59] Speaker B: Yeah, one of the dudes is accusing Casa Nada grooming a young boy. I guess he like, 17. Grooming him and making him do stuff to him, and you know what I'm saying? And then Kai made a response saying, you know, showing how much money he gave them and all kind of stuff. And this is a whole. It's a whole bad situation. Like, it's. Even if it's a lie, the situation is bad even if it's a lie, if it's the truth, it's a worse situation. Like, it's like this dude is bad off. Like he's come back. Yeah, yeah. The accusations get against him. I think he's only, what, 24, 25, something like that? Maybe 26. But it is an article. I guess I'll get into that article later. Maybe it'll have all this stuff in it. I don't know if I saved it or you saved it, but I know I didn't, like, read It. Read it. Because I saw the clip, like all that stuff, man. This just. It's just like we was talking about this at work. So like a guy at my job, his cousin was grown and he was like. This was before text messages. He wrote a letter to a middle school person, got caught, did like 18 months. I don't think he ever. Yeah. And he like worked at the school or whatever. [00:10:19] Speaker A: You knew him? [00:10:20] Speaker B: I didn't know him. This is before. This is like back in the day. Like, this is like back. Listen, he wrote a letter. Yeah. This. How long ago it was. [00:10:27] Speaker A: Damn. [00:10:28] Speaker B: He wrote a letter to the student, to the girl or whatever. But we was just talking about that situation and they was talking about how, like, how can you like, make excuses for that dude or whatever? Like. Cause one of the guys at the job was like, man, I met him. [00:10:43] Speaker A: He. [00:10:44] Speaker B: I don't feel like. I don't think he'd do nothing like that. He was like, you just don't know like how you make excuses. But all this kind of stuff, like this, the Castle Knight thing, the thing with the, the guys at the, ah. What school was it? I think Princeton or something like that. One of them schools. One of those schools up north. Penn. I don't think it was Penn State. [00:11:01] Speaker A: What, the hazing? [00:11:02] Speaker B: No, it wasn't hazing. They. It was a. A guy. They met a girl. A couple guys met a girl at like a party or whatever. They was drinking. She was already drunk. She agreed to like. She said she agreed to have sex with like a couple of them, but they were in a fraternity and they was. They basically like, oh, she tried to [00:11:19] Speaker A: cut the line off. [00:11:20] Speaker B: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. She agreed to have sex with like two or three of the dudes while they was there. They messaged everybody in a group chat. It was like 50 something dudes in the group chat. And like I wanna. I saw where it said 50 people. Like it was seven people that didn't come to the. Where she was. Yeah, seven people didn't come. But the total number of people that was in the group chat was 57. [00:11:45] Speaker A: Like they, they said to everybody. [00:11:47] Speaker B: They said it to everybody in the group chat in that group chat for that fraternity. Yeah, from what I read. And basically all of them had sex with the girl. [00:11:54] Speaker A: All of them? [00:11:55] Speaker B: Yes. While she was drunk. Yeah. That's why you was laughing. I'm like, he don't. I don't think he get what I'm saying. [00:11:59] Speaker A: No, that's why I said she tried to cut the line off. [00:12:01] Speaker B: No, she didn't cut the line off. [00:12:02] Speaker A: She could. [00:12:03] Speaker B: She didn't know. She only agreed for three people. They put it in the group chat, and people just started showing up. But she was, like, super drunk. [00:12:10] Speaker A: Oh, wow. [00:12:11] Speaker B: Yeah, so that was something that was. You know, people was talking about that, like, just all them situations, and we was just at work, like, talking. Like, if you, like, really, like, talk to a woman or whatever about, like, some of her past experiences with dudes. [00:12:23] Speaker A: Oh, it don't especially. [00:12:24] Speaker B: Yeah, especially if you're not, like, a creep like that. It'll blow your mind. This one girl, she used to work at. At a department store, and she was like, a dude. Like, a dude. She would see stuff like that all the time. She was like. One time, dude came in there, and he was like, yeah, can you help me over here? I need some help. She was over there by the suits or something. [00:12:42] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:12:43] Speaker B: She go around the corner where the suit's at. This nigga got his dick out. [00:12:46] Speaker A: He got his dick. [00:12:47] Speaker B: Yeah. Like, they be going through stuff like that, and that ain't even, like, with them, like, being aggressive or touching. That's just some crazy, wild stuff that just happened. [00:12:55] Speaker A: Like. Yeah, yeah. [00:12:56] Speaker B: You think about. You go somewhere and the dude pull his thing out, like, hey, bro, can you help me over here? Buy these Camrys. And you go over there with a camera sneak. Got his thing out. What you gonna do? You gonna jump? You gonna. [00:13:05] Speaker A: What you gonna do? [00:13:07] Speaker B: Knock his. Peel his muffin cat back? No, you know what? I probably. I don't know, man. You. You'll get mad, but as a. You might just be like, bro. What? [00:13:15] Speaker A: Like, no, I might hit him. I think I might have to. [00:13:17] Speaker B: You gonna hit a man, his thing up. [00:13:19] Speaker A: I don't care. [00:13:19] Speaker B: What if it's a little big? It might touch you. [00:13:21] Speaker A: No, it ain't gonna be. [00:13:22] Speaker B: He's flailing. What if he flailing it? You go. You gonna still hit the man with the flailing penis? [00:13:29] Speaker A: No, I might. I might. [00:13:30] Speaker B: You might back you. Like, you just be mad and be fussing. [00:13:32] Speaker A: Put that away. Nah, I might. I might hit him. [00:13:36] Speaker B: Yeah, but as a woman, if a dude bigger than the woman, it ain't nothing she could do. She helpless. [00:13:41] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:13:41] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying? They have to go through that type of stuff. But it's a lot of weirdness going on in the world, man. [00:13:45] Speaker A: Yeah, you're right. [00:13:46] Speaker B: Yeah, you're right. [00:13:47] Speaker A: And a lot of the stuff is not even being talked about. [00:13:50] Speaker B: Yep. Cause people make excuses for somebody. Oh, I don't think he like that. You know what I'm saying? I hear that stuff, or I'll be around him. He don't do that well, you know, but then, you know what I'm saying, it's stuff like that. So like you said, people don't talk about it. The women don't talk about it or think about. If you a dude and a dude get aggressive with you, you can't do nothing, and he grab on you. Yeah, a big dude grab you, and he muscle you and grab your thing, and you can't do nothing. [00:14:18] Speaker A: You don't put mine. Don't put me in there. What would you do? [00:14:23] Speaker B: You gonna tell somebody? You gonna come to the show? [00:14:25] Speaker A: He overpowered me. [00:14:26] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. I'll be like, yo, El, how was your weekend? Yeah, son, you know what I mean? This dude, he kind of got aggressive with me, son. And he had manhandled me, but you know what I'm saying? I need to go to counseling about that. It was not. Felt helpless. [00:14:39] Speaker A: I'm gonna come in and be quiet. [00:14:41] Speaker B: You won't tell nobody? [00:14:42] Speaker A: Won't tell nobody. [00:14:43] Speaker B: Exactly. Yeah, exactly. Now you all mad at the lady at the house? Cause you can't. You don't want to tell nobody. Don't nobody know what going on in your mind, man. [00:14:51] Speaker A: Like, hey, next time, don't put me as an example, all right? [00:14:53] Speaker B: You use me as an example. Go ahead, tell the story as me. [00:14:56] Speaker A: Nah, you. We got. We got it. [00:14:57] Speaker B: Nah. You know what I'm gonna do? I'mma cry, and I'm gonna say his name and shame him. [00:15:03] Speaker A: Shut up, man. [00:15:04] Speaker B: Yeah, he judged me inappropriately. He grabbed my knee. [00:15:09] Speaker A: We're gone too far, man. We're gone too far. [00:15:15] Speaker B: He says Special Forces is really a must watch. LaShawn McCoy walked off because they were telling the troops they have to take a outside. I don't. I guess that's a. A reality show where they try to be Special forces because Lashamas McCoy used to be a NFL player, so I guess that's what that is. [00:15:33] Speaker A: Oh, word. Okay. Yeah. [00:15:34] Speaker B: I think it's like that show. I saw a clip of Cam Newton on one of them shows where he was, like, in a helicopter. He had to, like, jump on the helicopter and pull himself up. Oh, yeah, yeah. One of them. I think that's one of them shows. He said, Alicia Baumgartner. She's a boxer. Matt Barnes and a couple others are doing their thing. [00:15:50] Speaker A: Mac Barnes. That name sound familiar. [00:15:52] Speaker B: He a basketball player. He do the show with. [00:15:54] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [00:15:55] Speaker B: With Stephen Jackson. They got the podcast. [00:15:58] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. [00:15:58] Speaker B: He used to be a basketball player. [00:15:59] Speaker A: I know exactly you're talking about. [00:16:02] Speaker B: He says, al, have you seen Snowfall the Drop yet? [00:16:05] Speaker A: Yeah, I started it. [00:16:06] Speaker B: Okay. He said, all right, I'm out. What do you think about it so far? How many episodes you in? [00:16:12] Speaker A: I'm on two. Okay, two episodes. [00:16:14] Speaker B: Give it a. Give it a look. You ain't finished two, though. [00:16:16] Speaker A: Not in finish two? [00:16:17] Speaker B: Yeah, finish two. It's cool. [00:16:20] Speaker A: But I got my gripes about it. What's your gripes is it's too tvish. So that's the clean side. But they try to make it edgy at the same time. [00:16:33] Speaker B: Did you watch Snowfall? [00:16:34] Speaker A: Nah, I watched maybe the first season. [00:16:38] Speaker B: Maybe that's. Why you saying that? Cause you didn't finish Snowfall. [00:16:42] Speaker A: I don't really like it. I don't like the little kid character for one. I don't like his face. I'm just funny like that. [00:16:50] Speaker B: Okay. I think you. I think you too Americanized with tv. [00:16:56] Speaker A: Nah, nah. [00:16:56] Speaker B: Cause if he was a British. If on a British show, everybody looked funny like him. [00:17:01] Speaker A: That's what it is. He's the funniest looking one. [00:17:04] Speaker B: The funniest looking one on the show. Everybody look. You know what I'm saying? The record producer, dude, he looked regular Wanda. She got a look about her. Everybody, you know what I'm saying? Everybody else but him. Even the like the white lady record producer, has she been on there yet? [00:17:20] Speaker A: Not yet. [00:17:20] Speaker B: From the record label. [00:17:22] Speaker A: Not the lady? [00:17:22] Speaker B: No, not the lady. Okay. But everybody just got a look. So do you like it? Oh, I really like it. Yeah. [00:17:28] Speaker A: You do? Why? [00:17:29] Speaker B: What do you like about picks up from Snowfall? It's like. [00:17:35] Speaker A: So you going, all right, so look at it like you never seen Snowfall. [00:17:39] Speaker B: I can't. But it's. It's good. Cinematography is good. Writing, the acting is good. [00:17:46] Speaker A: Not writing is a little sketchy, man. It's too TV ish. Like. Like you almost know what's getting ready happen and it's. It's. I don't know. [00:17:55] Speaker B: I can't say that. You think you know what's going to happen, but you don't. [00:17:58] Speaker A: I don't like them breaking out and breaking out in the song in the middle of the show. Like when stuff going on don't break out into. You show. [00:18:05] Speaker B: You watching the right song? Yeah. [00:18:06] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:18:07] Speaker B: What part? [00:18:07] Speaker A: When Buddy came out when he was at the cops, beat him up [00:18:13] Speaker B: and he broke out into a song. [00:18:15] Speaker A: Yeah, like the little. Put the. [00:18:17] Speaker B: The tape in. [00:18:18] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:18:18] Speaker B: He just was freestyling to it. [00:18:20] Speaker A: Chill out. [00:18:21] Speaker B: But see, he, he, he, he, he. That was in the first episode. Yeah, he's an artist. He really an artist. [00:18:29] Speaker A: I told you that last week. [00:18:30] Speaker B: What? [00:18:31] Speaker A: That he really is artist. [00:18:32] Speaker B: No, no, no, no. I'm talking about on the show. He's really an artist. Like, you know, like the kid. He's like a. Oh, he's an artist. Like, he's an artist. Like, that's what he is. He might be a gangster, but he really an artist. [00:18:44] Speaker A: Yeah, he. [00:18:44] Speaker B: He just happened to be a gangster. [00:18:46] Speaker A: I got you. [00:18:46] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying? That's why I feel like it ain't like it's a musical. [00:18:52] Speaker A: Not that scene right there. Kind of was like, come on. But if the rap wasn't good, it'd have been trash. Yeah, the rap, the whole they bout to fight and just Gary go down and the little kid go put a tape on. Chill out, man. Don't do that. [00:19:06] Speaker B: Yeah, you gotta watch it. I like it. I like it. [00:19:08] Speaker A: But that is, buddy. [00:19:10] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah, it is. I didn't know who he was. [00:19:12] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:19:12] Speaker B: And I had listened. I was. After that, I listened to another podcast, and they were doing like a recap of it or whatever, and they talked about that or whatever. [00:19:20] Speaker A: I like him a lot already. I like him from when his first song I heard was him and Nipsey. [00:19:27] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:19:27] Speaker A: And it was. That's. That's what made me get on to him. [00:19:31] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:19:34] Speaker A: What do you want to get into what you watch? [00:19:36] Speaker B: Well, since we was doing some emails. [00:19:38] Speaker A: Okay. [00:19:39] Speaker B: We're getting into some of the comments from last week. [00:19:42] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, the comments on video on YouTube. So if you want to see us on YouTube, if you're listening. Still DJ Blaze radio show. [00:19:50] Speaker B: It's just DJ Blaze show on YouTube show. [00:19:53] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:19:53] Speaker B: Yeah. I want to say it's just DJ Blaze show on YouTube. [00:19:55] Speaker A: Yep, yep. [00:19:57] Speaker B: Yeah. So one from a way2436 ankle neck. Shout out to her. She always. She said, Tyler has some bad movies, but he has some really good ones, too. Yeah. Yeah. [00:20:10] Speaker A: That's what we was talking about. [00:20:11] Speaker B: Tyler Perry, how good his movies are. Yeah, he has some entertaining movies. Like, he just came out with a movie everybody was talking about, like, Friday. I haven't watched it yet, but people were saying it was good. [00:20:24] Speaker A: But it's all like. People like his style of movies, so they're gonna like him anyway. [00:20:30] Speaker B: Yeah, I think it was about. It's something about somebody getting out of jail. They like being. Which is a. [00:20:36] Speaker A: Did they have. He have kids that he was looking for, like, a mother for the kids. [00:20:41] Speaker B: Only thing I know is the person got. The man got outta jail and the woman was with him soon as he got outta jail and they got married or something. That's all I know, which is the dumbest thing anybody could do anyway. Said 1999, when cash money took over. Wow. Like, that's when I graduated high school. Somebody hit me up and was like, was that when you graduated college? How old are you? I was like, no. [00:21:05] Speaker A: High School, 1999. 99. I was. [00:21:10] Speaker B: Don't get mad, B, but you remind me of Warren. 99. How old were you? [00:21:14] Speaker A: How old I was? I was like, 19. [00:21:22] Speaker B: 19. [00:21:23] Speaker A: 20. No, I was 20. [00:21:25] Speaker B: You had to be older than that. [00:21:26] Speaker A: I was 20. [00:21:26] Speaker B: Well, yeah. Cause you. What, two. Two years old? [00:21:28] Speaker A: Yeah, I was 20. [00:21:29] Speaker B: 20 and 99. [00:21:31] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:21:32] Speaker B: Yeah, I was. When I graduated, I was 17, but I turned 18, like, a few months later. Don't get mad, B. But you. This must be ugly. Who she? Say I remind her of Warren Campbell. You gonna look him up? Yeah, I'm looking him up. [00:21:49] Speaker A: Let's be clear. [00:21:51] Speaker B: I gotta lose some weight. [00:21:54] Speaker A: She's watching. She's watching. [00:21:59] Speaker B: Let's see what I'm putting on the screen. I'm about to put him on the screen. [00:22:07] Speaker A: Kinda. Yeah, kinda. Is he a housewife? [00:22:10] Speaker B: I don't know who this is. It said he's a singer. I don't know that's what to say on. On Wikipedia. [00:22:17] Speaker A: Must be gospel. [00:22:19] Speaker B: Might be. [00:22:20] Speaker A: You do. [00:22:21] Speaker B: Damn. His birthday. His birthday is three days after mine, too. He's six years. Six years younger than me. Yeah, I mean, older than me. He from la? No, it's a. Oh, gospel. Yeah, it says production and songwriting credits for Mary. Mary, Kanye West, Alicia Keys. Exhibit. Yolanda Adams. Most deaf Missy here. She Brandy, Dave Hollister, Men of Standard, Mario, Kelly Price. [00:22:45] Speaker A: I'm good. You know, damn gospel. [00:22:47] Speaker B: But it's only one gospel person on here, though. He do everything. [00:22:52] Speaker A: Nah, Mary, he said. [00:22:53] Speaker B: Known for his. Yeah, well, Mary, Mary, Mary and. And the Yolanda Adams. Yeah, Hip hop, soul and gospel. So he do all of that. [00:23:03] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [00:23:03] Speaker B: You do kind of look like DJ Quick. [00:23:05] Speaker A: You know what it is? It's the Grayson. [00:23:08] Speaker B: Might be, but you can't really see the gray in the now. [00:23:11] Speaker A: Y' all got the same nose, too. [00:23:12] Speaker B: What? [00:23:13] Speaker A: Yeah, [00:23:15] Speaker B: he got more of it. I don't know. I mean, he ain't ugly. I'm glad it wasn't no ugly. [00:23:19] Speaker A: Bring up Flex. [00:23:20] Speaker B: He looked regular. You. You don't think Flex. Handsome. [00:23:24] Speaker A: Let's Be clear. I don't. I mean, I. I don't. [00:23:26] Speaker B: Yeah, exactly. [00:23:27] Speaker A: I don't look at him like that. [00:23:28] Speaker B: Then we got a hold up. Where we at? Damn. Oh, there we go. And then we got this one from Demetria 2000. This is from a couple weeks ago. [00:23:38] Speaker A: Okay. [00:23:38] Speaker B: And she said no pie for the drop. I think I got here through the snowfall. Pie. Thank you for listening to the snowfall pod. Shout out to the homie Kane, too. I had to call Kane. [00:23:49] Speaker A: Oh, so that's an old listener right there. [00:23:51] Speaker B: Well, I mean, a couple years. [00:23:53] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:23:54] Speaker B: Well, to us on this show, old listeners 12 years ago, 15 years ago. We've been doing it since 2011, so we got some of them too. If you a new listener, shout out to you. But yeah, we'll get back into snow. I had hit up after I saw this. I saw this comment last week, Demetrius. And I was like, man, I'm gonna hit up Kane. But Kane. So for one, Kane moved to. He moved to Charleston. He was living in Columbia, but he sold his house and moved to Charleston, which is. Well, really from where Kane live at, probably about. Cause I think Kane said it take him like an hour and 40 minutes to get here. [00:24:32] Speaker A: So it was only 30 minutes. 30 minutes away. [00:24:34] Speaker B: No, but he moved. He don't. I think he live in Mount Pleasant amongst corner or something. Oh, okay. He live out there still. So it still would be a little, you know what I'm saying, 2 hours and 15 minutes for him to get here, and then he don't come. And then on this show, we really didn't talk about it up here, but so the thing that really got came out of podcasting the first time was his nephew was, you know what I'm saying, killed in a car wreck. And they kind of, you know what I'm saying, took him out of it or whatever. Took his drive. He was like. He really didn't want to come here, you know, to the PD area, period. And that happened. And then like almost a year later, his other nephew, which is, you know what I'm saying, the first nephew's brother, he was. He lost his life, too. So that kind of, you know, messed up his drive, whatever. So Kane ain't podcasted in a couple years, for one, but I hit him up and he said he was thinking about it. So I think we on like, episode four now of the Drop. Yeah, that's out. [00:25:33] Speaker A: It is the four. [00:25:34] Speaker B: So we might do something to like, try to catch up. I talked to him a couple days ago, so we might do that. Try to do it remotely or something and put some video out for everybody. But like we talked about earlier, what did we talk about on the show right before we recorded? Like, just the time of like. Oh, yeah. Cause I was saying about I might have to get rid of the hotel job. Cause man, working more than two days at the hotel, that shit be killing my time. [00:25:59] Speaker A: It's your time off. [00:26:00] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:26:00] Speaker A: That you already working your main job, your time off, you working somewhere else. [00:26:05] Speaker B: Yep. And then I already worked like when I was doing it before. I might work 10 hours in a day or something like that. So when I get off, I have time to do all of that. But by the time I get off now and get home, get settled, it's already like 8 o' clock after 8. And people don't know. But when I was doing them, when I do those review shows, I watched the show. Like I watched the show at least two times, maybe three. And then the last time I watch it, I take notes of everything that happened. So I'm writing notes down. So a scene happened. Boom. I stop, I pause it, write down everything that happened in the scene. So the last time it take me like three hours to watch an hour episode of a show. So it's a lot of time they take to do it. But I might try to figure out a way to do it to where I. I don't have to take such intensive notes. And we can still do the show and make it entertaining or whatever. But, you know, we did Snowfall, I did Insecure with the Ladies, so I, I didn't even think about doing the job. I was trying to think of a show. But yeah, shout out to Demetri. We, we. We might bring the drop back next week. You know what I'm saying? The review show, whatever. [00:27:15] Speaker A: Cool. [00:27:16] Speaker B: But yeah, was that all the. Oh, and then we had one. Another comment on there from An. She said Nia Long has a range of different movies she's been in since. Oh, she was in some hood movies, but she also have been in Beaches, the Single Mom Club, Boiler Room, etc. Was she a big deal? Let me see how far down on the thing she was on Baller Room. [00:27:43] Speaker A: Well, on the credits. On the, on the. [00:27:45] Speaker B: Yeah, on the call sheet. [00:27:46] Speaker A: Main character. [00:27:47] Speaker B: Yeah. Baller Room. [00:27:49] Speaker A: I don't remember Balleroom. [00:27:51] Speaker B: It came out in 2000. It's five people on the picture. She's not one of them. [00:27:57] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:27:58] Speaker B: Boiler Room. Her Name is a 2000American crime drama film written and directed by Ben Younger and starring Giovanni Ribisi Vin Diesel. Oh, Neil Long. Her name is up here. Okay. Ben Affleck. Nikki. I might have to watch this. Jamie Kennedy is in this, too. [00:28:16] Speaker A: It's a. It's a what's called movie, though, ain't it? [00:28:18] Speaker B: What? [00:28:19] Speaker A: It's a spooky. A spooky movie? [00:28:21] Speaker B: No, I don't think so. [00:28:22] Speaker A: Yeah. Boiler Room. [00:28:24] Speaker B: Nah. [00:28:25] Speaker A: Somebody getting killed in that. [00:28:27] Speaker B: Yeah, somebody getting killed, but I don't think it's spooky. [00:28:29] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [00:28:31] Speaker B: It's about a guy running a casino from his apartment. Blah, blah, blah. Yeah, I don't think it's spooky. I think he's just some killing. [00:28:42] Speaker A: Yeah, okay. [00:28:43] Speaker B: A little crime. I think it's just a crime movie. Bought some college keys. It came out in. [00:28:51] Speaker A: You said 2000. [00:28:53] Speaker B: 2000. Yeah. [00:28:54] Speaker A: I used to watch so many movies back then. [00:28:57] Speaker B: Yeah, I used to watch a lot of, like, different. Like, I probably would have watched Boiler Room back then. [00:29:00] Speaker A: I got a job at a video store because I was copying movies. So I would get the job there. Take like three home, copy them, bring them back, Take another three, copy them, bring them back. [00:29:14] Speaker B: You was doing that for the video store? [00:29:16] Speaker A: No, I was doing that for my pocket. [00:29:20] Speaker B: Hold on. But you said you got a job because you. [00:29:23] Speaker A: Because I was. So I could get the movies for free. [00:29:26] Speaker B: Oh, you got it so that you could. I thought you got the job. Like, they saw you doing the copying and they was like, hey, yeah. Give you a job? [00:29:32] Speaker A: Hell, no. [00:29:32] Speaker B: Okay, I got you. I got you. [00:29:34] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:29:35] Speaker B: Oh, so you got the job so that. So you could copy movies? [00:29:38] Speaker A: Yes, I could. [00:29:38] Speaker B: I got. So you could bootleg. I got you. I got you. All right, all right, all right. Yeah, I totally understood it. Yeah. Anyway, I guess we get to some stories. [00:29:47] Speaker A: We ain't getting what we watch. [00:29:49] Speaker B: Oh, yeah? What you watch this week? [00:29:50] Speaker A: I got a handful. You want to start? Okay. [00:29:52] Speaker B: No, go ahead, you start. [00:29:53] Speaker A: All right, so I did the drop. [00:29:55] Speaker B: Okay. And you hate it anyway. [00:29:57] Speaker A: I don't really hate it. [00:29:58] Speaker B: No, go ahead. Don't. But it was like, this is a joke now. Don't, don't, don't, don't. Don't follow me up. [00:30:02] Speaker A: I could have got up and. And went upstairs and, like, been good. Like, I. I didn't have to watch any more of it, but. [00:30:09] Speaker B: But see, you didn't watch Snowfall, so you don't got no kind of emotional connection to the characters or nothing. [00:30:14] Speaker A: No, I don't definitely. [00:30:15] Speaker B: You don't know what happened with Wanda and Leon and none of that. [00:30:19] Speaker A: I'm slowly getting it because like I said, I've seen the first season. [00:30:22] Speaker B: Do you know what Wanda was on? Snowfall? [00:30:25] Speaker A: Yeah. They trying to say she was a crackhead. [00:30:27] Speaker B: Okay. [00:30:27] Speaker A: All right. [00:30:27] Speaker B: You did pick that up. [00:30:29] Speaker A: So I went into mob land again since the new seasons coming out, so I. So where you at season one? Oh, I'm like six episode in. [00:30:42] Speaker B: These People are crazy. [00:30:44] Speaker A: Oh, what, on Mobland? [00:30:45] Speaker B: Yes. [00:30:46] Speaker A: Where you at? You watching new one? [00:30:48] Speaker B: Yeah, I'm on the new one, but I'm just saying they crazy. The mom and the dad, they are insane. [00:30:52] Speaker A: Yeah, the mom and dad was. [00:30:53] Speaker B: They are insane. [00:30:54] Speaker A: So they get crazier. [00:30:56] Speaker B: Yeah, I ain't. Yeah, go. Continue watching. [00:31:00] Speaker A: I watched a movie called Mayday with Ryan Reynolds. He was like a. A flight pilot. His plane crashes. [00:31:09] Speaker B: I got a question. [00:31:10] Speaker A: What? [00:31:11] Speaker B: I ain't gonna say it. Go ahead. [00:31:12] Speaker A: Not good. [00:31:13] Speaker B: What other kind of pilot would you be? [00:31:18] Speaker A: Will you be. What other kind of pilot? [00:31:20] Speaker B: Now they are pilot cars, though, but go ahead. [00:31:23] Speaker A: They pilot cars, but that was okay. He Mayday. [00:31:27] Speaker B: I think I heard of that. That's new. [00:31:28] Speaker A: Yeah, you've probably seen it on. He's in the movies, probably. [00:31:31] Speaker B: Okay, okay. [00:31:32] Speaker A: Probably. I watched that. It was a little comedy and action. Basically, his. His plane got shot down and somebody took him in, but he was across enemy lines, so they was fighting to help him get him back and all that. You know, there's a new series on Apple TV called Brothers. [00:31:55] Speaker B: Yeah. Every time I go to watch slow horses that pop up, that pop up. I don't know if I'm. Because they playing themselves, right? Are they playing. They playing famous brothers. [00:32:05] Speaker A: They're playing themselves. Like their names and stuff. [00:32:07] Speaker B: But they supposed to be brothers. [00:32:10] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:32:11] Speaker B: Okay. [00:32:11] Speaker A: Matthew McConaughey and Wood Harrison. [00:32:15] Speaker B: Woody Harrelson. Harrelson Haroldson. [00:32:19] Speaker A: Harrelson. Yeah. Yeah. So it's all right. I'm on the first episode and because [00:32:25] Speaker B: the trailer they keep playing, they'd be like. He was like, you got a. A grand Emmy Award winning, Oscar award winning family member. And then what's it called when you don't win or whatever? And he was like, nominated. Yeah, they say that on it. Like that keeps playing every time I turn on Apple tv. Yeah, that one clip. Yeah. [00:32:47] Speaker A: It's not bad, though. Three episodes out now. I watched this episode of Last Scene. I talked about that a couple weeks ago. [00:32:56] Speaker B: Last scene. [00:32:57] Speaker A: Yeah. Where. [00:32:59] Speaker B: Oh, with the guy. Yeah, I saw. I saw the family thumbnail for that. [00:33:02] Speaker A: The family kind of. I don't want to give too much out, but family loses their daughter. [00:33:09] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:33:10] Speaker A: Kind of gets killed or whatever happens. I'm not saying she got killed, but watch that. Jo Koy stand up. Yeah, a new stand up. Netflix. Blue in the Face is the name of it. [00:33:24] Speaker B: Is it good? [00:33:25] Speaker A: Joycoy Joe Corey used to be so much funnier, but I mean, it's. You have a little chuckles in there. And the new thing is to like really involve your family into the thing. So the last 20 minutes was about his father that passed, stepfather that passed or whatever. And it was cool. It was clever at the end. [00:33:48] Speaker B: What's that on? Oh, you don't know? [00:33:50] Speaker A: Netflix. [00:33:50] Speaker B: Okay. [00:33:51] Speaker A: Yeah, it was Netflix. And that might be it. [00:33:54] Speaker B: When you say that, that reminded me of Mojo. Mojo stole Amy. Amy catchphrase. [00:34:02] Speaker A: Amy loves that catchphrase. [00:34:03] Speaker B: She. She been saying it for like seven years. [00:34:07] Speaker A: Hey, but I'm not the only person that said it. [00:34:09] Speaker B: What? [00:34:10] Speaker A: That he stole it. [00:34:11] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:34:13] Speaker A: Who? I sent you. [00:34:14] Speaker B: No, it was. [00:34:15] Speaker A: I sent you a video of somebody talk about him. [00:34:19] Speaker B: It was another. [00:34:20] Speaker A: Another comedian, right? [00:34:22] Speaker B: Because somebody said. And there's like something Moses, like he didn't start that or something. Yeah, I can't remember who it was though. It was like a few weeks ago. [00:34:29] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean, I'm not saying he stole it, but he. [00:34:33] Speaker B: He just said. And people attributed that to him. Like, that's like he came up with it, but he didn't. [00:34:39] Speaker A: He's saying it the most right now. I think that's the reason. [00:34:42] Speaker B: Yeah, like he ain't got nothing else to say. I don't how you think he is. [00:34:49] Speaker A: He's funny. His crowd work is funny. I've never seen just a straight set of his. [00:34:55] Speaker B: That's the thing I want to see and I meant to like start it and watch it, like have it playing in the background or something. But a lot of. So you know the big dude that wear the jerseys and stuff? Yeah, he do real good crowd work. [00:35:07] Speaker A: He's better than him. [00:35:08] Speaker B: You think he better than him? [00:35:10] Speaker A: Yeah, he is because he's good. But you find him laughing at his own jokes too much where he's trying to pull the people in to laugh with him. Now Mojo, his. His shit be him and Erik Aries get too. [00:35:29] Speaker B: He get a little bit too, like personal, too vulgar. It ain't. Sometimes it ain't fun with Aries. Like, it feel like he really trying to hurt these people feelings. Like one time he was. It was a woman, she was kind of a little bit belligerent or whatever. He was like, he was just going extra hard, calling Her a. With like that. Oh, oh, oh. [00:35:48] Speaker A: When she was talking out of place. Not talking out of place, but, yeah, talking out loud. And he was like, yeah, shut up. Just, you know. Yeah, I know you're talking about it. [00:35:56] Speaker B: It's a little bit like some of them do that. [00:35:58] Speaker A: He know the right person to do it to, though. [00:36:00] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's Aries. [00:36:04] Speaker A: Mojo, bro. [00:36:05] Speaker B: Do a lot of crowd work. Yeah, the guy I'm thinking about, I can't because he got a special on prime or Netflix, too. [00:36:11] Speaker A: Yeah, I didn't like it. [00:36:13] Speaker B: Yeah, it was all right. I. I don't think. I. I don't know if I finished it or not. Cause he don't really tell no jokes. He just be doing crowd work. [00:36:22] Speaker A: Sitting on. Sitting on a. On the. On the bar stool. [00:36:24] Speaker B: Somebody else would do crowd work that. I don't like this guy because I think he's imitating either a black woman or imitating a gay black man. [00:36:33] Speaker A: He good, though. He's good. [00:36:35] Speaker B: Nah, I don't like the act. Like, he's trying to be ghetto. [00:36:40] Speaker A: You know his name? I don't know his name. [00:36:42] Speaker B: I can't think his name. Y' all know who we talking about? It's that white dude. He. And all his clips. He doing crowd work. [00:36:47] Speaker A: Oh, his. [00:36:49] Speaker B: Oh, where you get that chain at? Like we talked about Mojo. Mojo went to his. Mojo went to his farm. [00:37:06] Speaker A: Yeah, he got a. He got a YouTube show, and he brings communities out there. [00:37:10] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. He put like. What's my man name? The Chrisley dude. You know, the dude that they had the. They had a reality show and they went to jail for taxes or something like that. Ah. What's Crystal is. The name of the show is Chrisley Knows Best. Oh. [00:37:27] Speaker A: Oh, I know what you're talking about. [00:37:28] Speaker B: So you know how hot the way he is. I don't think he putting on an act. Like, he talked. He real Southern. [00:37:34] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:37:35] Speaker B: The other dude is real Southern like that, but it's like he putting on, like, a little hood black woman talk. Like, he trying to do that with it, and I don't like it, man. It's like he a caricature of a black woman. What? He's trying to. A hood. Hood? [00:37:48] Speaker A: Nah, it's just a flare. He's just. No, you know, some gay people are more flamboyant, and he Is that one. He. Is that over the top one, so I know you didn't. That's him. He's like a. [00:38:00] Speaker B: It's. It's flamboyant gay dudes that don't try to talk like black people. That's the thing I'm talking about. [00:38:08] Speaker A: What if he grew up in the hood? [00:38:09] Speaker B: He didn't know he grew up on a farm. We see the. [00:38:13] Speaker A: Wait. Just because he live on the farm now that he grew up. Up on the. [00:38:17] Speaker B: So that's all you watch. [00:38:21] Speaker A: I watch Front Porch Renaissance. [00:38:26] Speaker B: Some of the Front Porch concert. [00:38:28] Speaker A: Yeah, the concert thing. [00:38:29] Speaker B: Who. Somebody put a new one out. [00:38:31] Speaker A: Yeah, I think it just came out. The Renaissance Orchestra. [00:38:36] Speaker B: Who is that? [00:38:37] Speaker A: They. They got one of those drop mic videos where they all got ski masks on and they doing the Trumpets and. [00:38:44] Speaker B: Oh, one of them dudes from. He went to Benedict. [00:38:47] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [00:38:48] Speaker B: One of them. One of them trombone dudes. [00:38:49] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:38:50] Speaker B: Dude name hit. One of his videos went viral. [00:38:53] Speaker A: Is he the main one? [00:38:54] Speaker B: That might be. Probably is. His name is William Bilal. If I ain't. If I ain't mistaken. Oh, yeah. [00:38:58] Speaker A: They talk about him all the time on there. But he kept on saying his name. [00:39:02] Speaker B: Yeah, he. He. So he went. He went viral. And I want to say he went to like, King Street High. And the song they played. He did the song in high school. I saw that video one time. It was like at a basketball game and they played this song. But then at Benedict, he did it again. He did like a solo while they was in the stands. Yeah, and he went viral. He went super viral. [00:39:22] Speaker A: That. Damn. [00:39:23] Speaker B: And that dude, nice, man. He be making that same, though. [00:39:26] Speaker A: He do, man. [00:39:27] Speaker B: He did one. One time. They was like in Atlanta, like Battle of the Bands or some. [00:39:31] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:39:31] Speaker B: And they was playing and he was playing this, man. Bro, some people can do stuff like you can make your own voice do, go up and down, but to do it with an instrument, that shit crazy. [00:39:42] Speaker A: He was. They were doing pony. [00:39:44] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:39:44] Speaker A: Or genuine song. That. Yeah, he. I'm telling you, them dudes. [00:39:49] Speaker B: Nice. But I saw. I saw that groups on something, but they, like, go around touring and stuff, so they did that. [00:39:57] Speaker A: You remember that black tie affair that I think Jeezy had? Yeah, they did like, one of those rooms, too. [00:40:02] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:40:04] Speaker A: That was dope. [00:40:05] Speaker B: It was a group that came around here. They went to the Francis Mann, like, auditorium, the one downtown. The, like, with the orchestra place downtown. Oh, yeah. It was. It was a group that came that. That do that type of stuff. It'd be like, yeah, shout out to Troy. [00:40:19] Speaker A: Troy Murray over there on West Florence High School. He's a teacher over there. I know. Matter of fact, all of them. All of them either went to the school or go to the school. [00:40:30] Speaker B: Talking about the one orchestra. Yeah, that orchestra that came that time. Yeah, it's like a couple years ago. [00:40:36] Speaker A: They got a video that came out probably a couple months ago and it [00:40:39] Speaker B: was doing like hip hop type. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm. Check that one out. [00:40:45] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:40:46] Speaker B: Because I. I was. It was one. It, man. It was late one night. I started watching it. I was cleaning up in the house, man. I had put on P Funk. [00:40:53] Speaker A: Who's that? [00:40:54] Speaker B: You don't know who P Funk is? George Clinton. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, man. They was on that, man. Funkadelic Parliament. That was rocking. [00:41:02] Speaker A: Yeah. I like all the live. [00:41:04] Speaker B: That was rocking. [00:41:05] Speaker A: I like all the live instruments. I wish I could play instruments. Really. [00:41:08] Speaker B: I should have kept playing. I knew how to play the piano and the trumpet. [00:41:11] Speaker A: For real. [00:41:12] Speaker B: Yeah. Snoop was up there. Jill Scott had one. It was somebody else that Wale did one. The Wale's was pretty good. They be having a lot of different people up there. [00:41:24] Speaker A: Would you like to see Keith Murray on there? [00:41:28] Speaker B: Unbiasedly, it's only like two songs. Keith Murray songs that I know. [00:41:33] Speaker A: Okay. [00:41:33] Speaker B: So it wouldn't like. It wouldn't do me. No. [00:41:37] Speaker A: Okay. I'm supposed to reach out to them this week for that. [00:41:39] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. Cool. That's like. In order to do something like that for me, you gotta have at least five songs. [00:41:47] Speaker A: But do they do. I've seen a couple people that only did maybe one or two songs on Tiny. [00:41:53] Speaker B: Discipline. [00:41:53] Speaker A: No, in there too. Who was it? Eight ball. MJG. [00:41:56] Speaker B: No, I said eight ball. MJG Jones. Like 30 minutes. I had watched this too. [00:42:00] Speaker A: For real? [00:42:00] Speaker B: Yeah. That Jones was like 30 minutes too. [00:42:02] Speaker A: Okay. [00:42:03] Speaker B: Yeah, but like, them. I only really like maybe like three or four of their songs. [00:42:11] Speaker A: Yeah. Too. [00:42:11] Speaker B: So. But that's just me, like, you know what I'm saying? Certain. Certain artists I get that from. [00:42:17] Speaker A: Cool. Well, what you watch, man. [00:42:19] Speaker B: President Curtis, we talked about the drop. [00:42:21] Speaker A: Okay. [00:42:22] Speaker B: Love it. Love the drop. [00:42:24] Speaker A: You do? [00:42:25] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:42:25] Speaker A: I don't know why, though. [00:42:26] Speaker B: Because I could tell they gonna slowly bring in stuff from Snowfall. Like Big D is in it. They said the brother was in Snowfall too. Like he was in one of the gangs too. Somebody said that. I don't know how true it is. I didn't pay. Pick it up or whatever. But they say the brother. That's a Crip. [00:42:43] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:42:44] Speaker B: Say he's in it. [00:42:45] Speaker A: The lights can do. [00:42:46] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, he was in Snowfall in one of the gangs or whatever. Oh, okay. But yeah, I like to drop lanterns. [00:42:53] Speaker A: Yeah, I watched that too. [00:42:54] Speaker B: It's the last episode, come out tonight. So by the time this is out, y' all will see the last episode of Lanterns. [00:43:01] Speaker A: I'm two behind, probably, or three behind. [00:43:04] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, that show was good, though. Me and my cousin was talking about it last night. He was like, he just put it on just to like catch it, but he, he didn't, you know, saying he's like, man, that show real good. [00:43:13] Speaker A: Yeah, it is good. It is good. [00:43:14] Speaker B: That's dope. That's one of the best DC shows because it don't look like cartoony, like. Like how the Flash was the Flash and all. The Green Lantern and all that. Not Green Lantern. [00:43:25] Speaker A: Arrow. [00:43:26] Speaker B: Arrow, yeah, Arrow and all of that. Those show. A lot of those shows seem like teenage shows, like high school shows. [00:43:32] Speaker A: Those were coming on cw. Cw? This ain't a CW, though. [00:43:36] Speaker B: Nah, this is like big, big. No, this. Hbo. [00:43:39] Speaker A: Hbo. Yeah. [00:43:41] Speaker B: Slow Horses. [00:43:45] Speaker A: What season you want? [00:43:48] Speaker B: So I'm just watching and last night I was like, well, damn, let me see where I am. And I looked and I'm on season six. [00:43:58] Speaker A: Are you serious? [00:43:58] Speaker B: And it's only four episodes in the season, so I done caught up almost. [00:44:02] Speaker A: Are you serious? [00:44:03] Speaker B: Yeah. So matter of fact, when I got to the studio early to put some stuff together, whatever, I was in there watching it, whatever. So I think I'm on episode three. [00:44:11] Speaker A: Ain't no way, son. [00:44:12] Speaker B: I'm like, bro, you watch this and fast forward. I don't, I don't, I don't. I just. [00:44:17] Speaker A: I want season two. [00:44:18] Speaker B: You don't watch it. You probably watch an episode a day. Maybe. [00:44:21] Speaker A: I might. Yeah, I might catch an episode a [00:44:23] Speaker B: day if, if, if that. I'm gonna watch it probably three episodes at a time. [00:44:27] Speaker A: A day. [00:44:28] Speaker B: A day? Three episodes? Yeah. [00:44:30] Speaker A: I told you about the damn show and you done. [00:44:34] Speaker B: I don't flew past you because you like, you done told me. Yeah, slow horses. Slow horses. I'm like, yeah, I don't know the name. Just sound and finalize. It's like, man, let me. Slow horses. [00:44:42] Speaker A: Nah, it's pretty good. [00:44:43] Speaker B: Slow. Is this bad? Pretty good. [00:44:44] Speaker A: It's pretty good. [00:44:45] Speaker B: It's, it's. It remind me of Luther. [00:44:48] Speaker A: Yeah, exactly. [00:44:49] Speaker B: It remind me of Luther, but just a little bit. Cuz Luther just used to look a little gritty, more dusty, this a little, little bit more cleaned up. But this is. This is Luther. This is Luther. White Luther. This. White Luther. That's all it is, is White Luther. [00:45:03] Speaker A: That's the new. That's the name. [00:45:04] Speaker B: This is White Luther. This is White Luther. That's all it is. [00:45:08] Speaker A: That's the name of the episode. [00:45:10] Speaker B: One thing about, like, Luther, Luther ain't gonna die. Slow horses ain't gonna die. But, man, who. Here's the thing. I don't really know nobody name. I know. I don't know. [00:45:23] Speaker A: Wait, so you watched all these seasons and you still don't know the names? You watch it. [00:45:28] Speaker B: I know Cartwright. [00:45:29] Speaker A: You watch it and fast forward. [00:45:30] Speaker B: I don't watch it and fast forward. I know Cartwright. What's the. What's the guy's name, the main character? [00:45:40] Speaker A: I'm just getting a second. [00:45:41] Speaker B: If they say. If they say his name on the show, I know who they talking about, but I know Cartwright. Cause he. [00:45:46] Speaker A: He. [00:45:46] Speaker B: I thought he was supposed to be like the main character. Cause his granddad on the show too. [00:45:50] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, yeah. [00:45:51] Speaker B: That kid, the young kid. [00:45:53] Speaker A: Yeah, he started the whole thing out, like. [00:45:55] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he did. He did. With the dumb thing. He did. [00:45:58] Speaker A: What do you mean? That wasn't dumb. [00:46:00] Speaker B: That was dumb. He thought he. He messed up the training exercise, and it basically. You know what I'm saying? It basically ruined his career. [00:46:07] Speaker A: How long did it take you to get that it was a training exercise? [00:46:10] Speaker B: Until when they said it. When they said it, I was like, oh, no. A terrorist attack. [00:46:14] Speaker A: I was like, dang, it's going down already. [00:46:16] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I thought it was real. Like, I thought it was real because they kept telling him to stand down, stand down, and he didn't listen. So. Yeah, and he was like. He thought he was being a damn [00:46:25] Speaker A: possible white man running through the house. [00:46:28] Speaker B: I was like, oh, shoot, he about to save the day. He gonna disobey the orders and get it done. And he didn't. How far are you? [00:46:37] Speaker A: Season two. Probably like episode two. [00:46:41] Speaker B: Okay. That gonna come back. That gonna come back? [00:46:44] Speaker A: Oh, it's gonna come back. [00:46:45] Speaker B: They're gonna come back. Yep. [00:46:46] Speaker A: Okay. [00:46:47] Speaker B: But every. Every season is something that. This is why I like it. Because it's not like every episode they figure something out. Every episode. [00:46:56] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:46:57] Speaker B: It's the whole season. They trying to figure out one thing, One thing, one thing. That. So that's why I like that show. But that show is good. If you like British shows where people don't look that good. [00:47:04] Speaker A: But you know what? I'm not going to put it on the British show because if you told me it was a British show, I wouldn't watch it. [00:47:10] Speaker B: But if you tell me it's a British show, I'm probably going to watch it. [00:47:12] Speaker A: See, that's. I'm the opposite. It's like, oh, British. [00:47:15] Speaker B: Because to me, British show, to me tells me that the acting is going to be great. You're not going to have some dumb ass nigga on there like Da Vinci who can't. Who can barely act, who should be happy to be in this country. Yeah. You heard what he said. [00:47:32] Speaker A: Yeah, you. [00:47:36] Speaker B: You. I hope you never get a hair, man. [00:47:38] Speaker A: We ain't cursing on there. [00:47:39] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:47:39] Speaker A: F you, Frank you [00:47:43] Speaker B: fudge you. [00:47:45] Speaker A: Fudge you. [00:47:46] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:47:47] Speaker A: Frank you. Frank you. [00:47:48] Speaker B: You fudge your mother, Franker. Fudge you. Yeah. Fudge you. Yeah. Fudge you, yeah. He pissed me off, man. It's just a whole bunch of little stuff that just been pissing me off all week. And that was part of it. Like, I hope you. Y' all better not hire him. Tyler Perry. You better not hire him. [00:48:12] Speaker A: Oh, she is. [00:48:13] Speaker B: Did you just call Tyler Perry a she? You Da Vinci. Oh, boy. Yeah, but that, like you said, Mobland. Yeah, I caught up on Mobland. I'm. [00:48:31] Speaker A: I'm way behind. I. I've started back on season one. [00:48:34] Speaker B: Okay. It's fair, because they take so long to come out with those. And I don't think. I think this might be the last season of this show. Cause they were saying, like, Tom Holland. [00:48:45] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:48:46] Speaker B: That he was having some kind of contract dispute or whatever, and he really wasn't gonna be on this season. [00:48:51] Speaker A: Oh, for real? [00:48:52] Speaker B: Yeah. So I don't know if this is gonna. They're gonna do another season of this. This show. [00:48:57] Speaker A: Did you listen to his. His songs, his video? [00:49:00] Speaker B: I saw a little clip of it. [00:49:01] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:49:02] Speaker B: Shout out to Keith from. She was like. She was like. What did she say? Tom Holland having a rap album that was not on my 2026. Bingo car. Like. Yeah. Nobody came out of nowhere. He. And he got on the Pooh Heisty mask with Method Man. [00:49:20] Speaker A: Yeah. He had to wear that, though. [00:49:21] Speaker B: Why? [00:49:21] Speaker A: Because you. You wouldn't. You would definitely wouldn't take it as serious if he didn't have the mask on. Like, either way, you're not gonna take it serious, but you kind of listen to it. The fact that he got the mask on. [00:49:35] Speaker B: I did. [00:49:35] Speaker A: If he. [00:49:36] Speaker B: No, no, I saw. I ain't even got to Met the Man verse. [00:49:39] Speaker A: He's rapping, though. Yeah. [00:49:40] Speaker B: Good for him. Good for him. And I know you ain't Started this yet? What, jay Z and 8? [00:49:47] Speaker A: Yes, I did. [00:49:47] Speaker B: Oh, you did? Yeah. How far are you at episode two? Oh, my God. [00:49:52] Speaker A: All of my shits were like. I. I watched one episode of this, then one episode of that, one episode of this per week. Hey, man, I only. [00:50:00] Speaker B: That good, man. [00:50:02] Speaker A: It is good. Like, the stuff. I'm like, ain't no way. How is. How is his brain doing that? But I'm glad he did this to show people how advanced he is. Yeah, he moved up in my little ranking. Yeah, he might hit top 10 now. [00:50:19] Speaker B: He wasn't in the top 10? [00:50:20] Speaker A: Not at all. [00:50:21] Speaker B: Jesus. [00:50:21] Speaker A: He wasn't in 20. Really? He might be like. [00:50:24] Speaker B: Yeah, you weren't listening. You ain't listening to him? [00:50:26] Speaker A: No, I mean, I listened to him. I went back and started listening to him. [00:50:29] Speaker B: So where's Nas in your top 10? [00:50:31] Speaker A: Oh, he ain't. He ain't in the 10. I don't think he could hit the 10. [00:50:35] Speaker B: What? [00:50:35] Speaker A: Yeah, I don't think Nas could hit the 10. I know. I'm from New York. [00:50:38] Speaker B: I know I make. I make jokes about Nas, but Nas gotta be at least. Okay, good. Your personal. Like, my personal top five Is my personal top five just by what I like. Okay, but, like, I don't think overall, like, Scarface. [00:50:56] Speaker A: He's on your top five. [00:50:57] Speaker B: Yeah. Our Scarface in my top five. Red man in my top five. I don't think Red man or Scarface would be in an overall top 10 of yours. A 20. No, I'm saying overall, like, as far as. Like, if they came out with a list of top 10 rappers, Red man and Scarface probably wouldn't be on that. And I wouldn't. I wouldn't argue that because that would be based off of whatever. Whatever. But nyes. [00:51:22] Speaker A: Nah, but you know what? A lot of rappers, Scarface and Redman are their best rapper. All their favorite. [00:51:28] Speaker B: Some people. [00:51:28] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:51:28] Speaker B: Yeah. But I'm saying. Yeah, favorite rapper. Favorite rapper is different than what would. Like. I said, than a top. Than a overall list of top 10. Because it based on a whole bunch of other stuff. [00:51:38] Speaker A: All right, give me a quick top five. [00:51:42] Speaker B: My favorite five. [00:51:43] Speaker A: It don't have to be in order. Just name them out. [00:51:45] Speaker B: Andre 3000, Red Man, Scarface right now, Jeezy, and Jay Z. [00:51:51] Speaker A: Okay. Jay Z number one. [00:51:54] Speaker B: Come on, man. [00:51:58] Speaker A: I know he number one. [00:52:00] Speaker B: He just. [00:52:00] Speaker A: You got paper plane drawers on right now. Ain't no way. So watching that. Is that a documentary? [00:52:09] Speaker B: Yeah, it's a documentary. [00:52:10] Speaker A: So watching that documentary, Is this something on there that you missed. It was like, oh. [00:52:15] Speaker B: Like I said it last week. Like, one of the things where he was like, when I. On. On Can I Live? When he was like, when I keep one eye open, like cbs. I always knew. You know what I'm saying? Like, the CBS logo. One eye open. [00:52:30] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:52:31] Speaker B: But then he was like. And then he was like, you know, And I see bs Like, I see the. [00:52:35] Speaker A: I see the. [00:52:35] Speaker B: I was like, oh, shit, Nigga. That was 96. [00:52:39] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:52:39] Speaker B: He was doing that in 96. [00:52:42] Speaker A: So when did he really start with the metaphors? I was. [00:52:45] Speaker B: What you mean from the beginning? [00:52:48] Speaker A: Not from the beginning. [00:52:48] Speaker B: Yes. [00:52:49] Speaker A: Not that first album. [00:52:50] Speaker B: Yeah, that's the first album. That was on the first album. Yeah, but that was on the first album. [00:52:56] Speaker A: I listened to it again. A lot of those little metaphors are not in there. [00:53:01] Speaker B: What do you mean it's not in there? [00:53:03] Speaker A: Like, he didn't do that as much in the whole album. [00:53:07] Speaker B: No, but you saying. When did he start that one line I just said was in the. On that album. So he started on that album. It might not be as much. [00:53:17] Speaker A: Yeah, I guess. [00:53:18] Speaker B: But if he got one, that's a start. [00:53:20] Speaker A: I guess so.
