[00:01:05] Speaker A: You right about that, you know what I'm saying? You might be right about that. I'm hungry though. [00:01:09] Speaker B: Really? You ain't had any? [00:01:11] Speaker A: I had a bag of chips out of that machine. [00:01:12] Speaker B: I saw you. Did you look in the chips to make sure they was. They had no mold on them. [00:01:19] Speaker A: Nah, but I see they put them brownies back in there, though. [00:01:21] Speaker B: I see the brownies. I was tempted. [00:01:23] Speaker A: No, I don't do it. [00:01:24] Speaker B: I went safe. I got Eminem's, bro. [00:01:26] Speaker A: No, I talked to one of the guys and he said there's no way for them to really know if they. Because you can't see them. [00:01:32] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, you can't. But I mean, you can look at the date. [00:01:34] Speaker A: You don't. Yeah, I guess so. [00:01:35] Speaker B: But, but you know, some of them type of stuff in those packages, they do like have like. If you get the good ones, like, they, they have like moisture taste or whatever to it. So. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Maybe that's it. But you know, texture, but. Yeah. [00:01:49] Speaker A: I thought it was frosting. [00:01:51] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You gotta be. Yeah, man, that room, man. I lost 250 out of $3 out of my house. [00:01:59] Speaker A: I wanted them shits too. [00:02:00] Speaker B: I was like, don't, don't do it. [00:02:01] Speaker A: I keep on looking at them, keep on looking at them. [00:02:03] Speaker B: Don't do it. [00:02:05] Speaker A: Yeah, that's work, man. [00:02:06] Speaker B: Hey, man, hey, let me tell you something, you know, the end of the money in my business is all, you know, it make a lot of difference to you, you know what I'm saying? [00:02:13] Speaker A: Dog eat World. Dog eat dog World over there in [00:02:16] Speaker B: the end of the month, you kind of scrambling, man. That last day, I knock it out the park. So three of them things. Hell yeah. So, you know, I was happy about that. Then the following day, Friday, I sold one. [00:02:27] Speaker A: So, so angry chicken on you today. [00:02:30] Speaker B: I get paid on. We get paid once a month. [00:02:32] Speaker A: Damn. [00:02:34] Speaker B: It ain't this weekend. So, you know, God ain't angry chicken on me yet. When I do Buy angry chicken. Just know that boy. That boy really eating. You know what I'm saying? Hey, L. What you want? You remember that? [00:02:49] Speaker A: Not that. [00:02:52] Speaker B: My man. [00:02:54] Speaker A: You got me this time. [00:02:55] Speaker B: Yeah, I got you. Yeah, that was a good thing. But if it so happened to where you low on bread and it's your time, you gotta hit em. You just gotta do it or you out. [00:03:06] Speaker A: And they would only do it when you at the restaurant already. [00:03:09] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. You don't know. Don't do it before you get just. You hear that dance? [00:03:13] Speaker A: Why the check come in? Yeah, that's when the dance happen. When the check. [00:03:17] Speaker B: Yeah, that's the. What do you mean, it's not my turn? So what we referred to. Should I explain it? [00:03:22] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:03:24] Speaker B: Group of us. If you go out to eat, let's say like me and El go out to eat somewhere. We at Zaxby's or something. No, I got you. The next time we go somewhere to eat, you got to get your man's. [00:03:36] Speaker A: Yep. [00:03:37] Speaker B: You gotta get your man's and then what we call it? It's my man's. No, it ain't my man's. Now. I got you last time. [00:03:43] Speaker A: Yeah, we must have had some money back then. [00:03:45] Speaker B: Hey, man, that's just how it is. [00:03:47] Speaker A: Cause it would be like the whole table. [00:03:49] Speaker B: The whole table sometimes, but it wouldn't be the whole table because everybody didn't particip. So it'll be only a few. [00:03:55] Speaker A: It'd be at least three, though. [00:03:56] Speaker B: It'll be at least three. So like Blazewood, dez, you. [00:04:01] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:04:02] Speaker B: See, I don't know if BMAC now would. But it mostly people that live here and was here all the time and would, you know, go out after the club or y' all together during the day doing something. Y' all going to get something to eat or whatever. [00:04:16] Speaker A: That's why me and Deza. Me and Deza always fall on it. Cause we would be out in the afternoon getting stuff ready for the club. And then next thing you know, at night after the club. [00:04:25] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:04:25] Speaker A: It's like, yo, I had lunch. [00:04:27] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then. And it don't matter. Like, you might. Y' all might have just happened to go to McDonald's the first time. The next time y' all might just happen to go to Outback or something like that. And it don't matter. It's just. You just get lucky. Something don't add up. Something. Yeah, but either way, you got to do it. You either got to do it then or. Or you just out of the whole coalition, so. Yeah, but, you know, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But anyway. Yeah, I get you. I get you. When I get you. That mean I got it. Yeah. Guess we jump right into it. Get into what We've been watching this week. We said we're gonna do TV first or emails first. [00:05:05] Speaker A: Yeah, we do TVs first. [00:05:06] Speaker B: Do TV first. What you been watching this week? [00:05:10] Speaker A: I watch a movie called Apex. [00:05:12] Speaker B: I saw that on Netflix, but I didn't watch it, though. [00:05:15] Speaker A: Yeah, don't waste your time. [00:05:16] Speaker B: Oh, it's not like that. [00:05:18] Speaker A: Yeah, it's tr. It's about a girl. She was like, a rock climber, and she. [00:05:25] Speaker B: Oh, she got to the top of the. [00:05:27] Speaker A: Nah. One of her partners ended up dying during one of the rock climbers. So she went to a. You know, after that, a couple years later, to mourn him. Oh, she wanted to do something, but it was a guy hunting people in the. In the. I guess the forest or whatever. [00:05:42] Speaker B: Oh, it's another movie, kind of. Well, not like that, but it's a movie. I don't know the name of it, but I think two people get stuck on one of those antennas, like, way, way up in the sky. [00:05:53] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I think I saw that. That was good. [00:05:56] Speaker B: Did you see it on the app? [00:05:58] Speaker A: Yeah, I saw it on the app. [00:05:59] Speaker B: Okay. [00:05:59] Speaker A: And that was a while ago. That was like, probably a year ago. [00:06:02] Speaker B: Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. [00:06:04] Speaker A: All right. Yeah, that was all right. [00:06:05] Speaker B: Other than Apex, what you been watching? [00:06:07] Speaker A: There's a new documentary out on Hulu called the Cult. [00:06:11] Speaker B: Yes, let's say that. Let's say that. [00:06:14] Speaker A: You watch it? [00:06:15] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, Yeah, I watched it. Yeah. You watched all four episodes? [00:06:17] Speaker A: Nah, I just did one. [00:06:18] Speaker B: Oh, I can't. We can't get into it then. [00:06:21] Speaker A: Nah, I don't mind because I might not even go back. It's cool. But. [00:06:23] Speaker B: Okay. Okay. All right. But, yeah, we'll save it for. Because I want to talk about it. Both of us. [00:06:28] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:06:28] Speaker B: At the end of what I watched. What else you watched? [00:06:31] Speaker A: I think what else I watch after that, I watched an episode of. I'm on. I'm finally on the last episode of Paradise. [00:06:40] Speaker B: Okay. [00:06:41] Speaker A: Of the first season. [00:06:42] Speaker B: Oh, the first season. Yeah. Okay. [00:06:44] Speaker A: Cause I had stopped and came back to it. So I'm on the last episode. [00:06:49] Speaker B: How is it good enough for you to go to? [00:06:51] Speaker A: Oh, the second. Yeah, yeah, definitely. [00:06:53] Speaker B: Okay. [00:06:54] Speaker A: All right. [00:06:54] Speaker B: That's good. That's what I want to hear. [00:06:55] Speaker A: I kind of see what they're gonna. What's gonna happen in a second. I Think they're gonna end up in the other world or whatever they talking about. [00:07:01] Speaker B: When you say the other world, you mean like the world outside of the camp? Okay, yeah, all right, I like that. Yeah. [00:07:06] Speaker A: But that's all. That's all, really. [00:07:09] Speaker B: So I'm, of course, invincible. I don't know if I talked about that last week, but that was like the season finale of Invincible. [00:07:15] Speaker A: Oh, it was? [00:07:16] Speaker B: Yeah. You watch Invincible? [00:07:17] Speaker A: Nah, I was about to do it the other night. I was like, ah, I'mma wait. [00:07:20] Speaker B: Did you watch any of it? [00:07:22] Speaker A: Not. I didn't even click on it. [00:07:24] Speaker B: Oh, okay. Okay. Do you like cartoon comic book type shit? Yeah. I know you into like DC Marvel type stuff, but. [00:07:31] Speaker A: Yeah, it depends. I think it depends on the time of day. Like if I'm set to, hey, I want to see a comedy. Hey, I want to see an action movie. Sometimes I get those kind of ways. So I can't just put anything on. [00:07:45] Speaker B: I think you might like it. I think you might like it. [00:07:48] Speaker A: Especially after you told me something happens at the first. First episode. Somebody dies. [00:07:54] Speaker B: Invincible or the boys? [00:07:56] Speaker A: Invincible. [00:07:56] Speaker B: You watched the Boys? [00:07:58] Speaker A: Yeah, I finally got back onto the second season. [00:08:01] Speaker B: Okay, okay. [00:08:02] Speaker A: I didn't know it was then five seasons. [00:08:03] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. But it's the last season of that too. Oh, yeah, yeah. I watched the Boys this week. Good episodes. It's a new show. Somebody told me to watch. I can't remember who it was. I think it was Aunt Gwenette. Shout out to her. I'm gonna read some of her comments too. She. I think she suggested Imperfect Women on Apple tv. It's with the lady with the face. What's it? Kerry Washington. Kerry Washington. [00:08:32] Speaker A: You talk about the lady with the face. [00:08:33] Speaker B: You know she be making her face sometimes when she be crying, she be [00:08:35] Speaker A: like, oh, yeah, that one. She does that all the time. [00:08:40] Speaker B: It's on a lot of shows and movies and stuff. She does it. [00:08:42] Speaker A: I thought it was just that one movie. [00:08:44] Speaker B: That one meme on that movie. [00:08:45] Speaker A: That meme was. [00:08:45] Speaker B: Nah, she do that face sometimes. Frequently. [00:08:48] Speaker A: For real? [00:08:49] Speaker B: Yeah, but. Yeah, but you know, we love her. You know what I'm saying? She's in it. The lady from the Handmaid's Tale. Yeah, she's in it. And then it's the other lady. I forgot I got to see her face, but it's pretty good. I'm on like episode four of that. That's a good show. Your friends and neighbors. [00:09:11] Speaker A: Where you at on that? What episode? [00:09:13] Speaker B: I'm on the latest episode, but I'm like, halfway through It. I got. I was watching it, then I stopped and I started watching the Devilweb Prada Part 2. [00:09:21] Speaker A: Okay. [00:09:21] Speaker B: So I was on. And I fell asleep on Devilweb Prada Part 2. So I gotta finish that. [00:09:25] Speaker A: Oh, so you on the app? [00:09:27] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, I'm on the app. [00:09:28] Speaker A: Strongly on the app. [00:09:29] Speaker B: Well, I'm halfway on the app. I really need to be on the app. I probably save, like, $100 a month if I get rid of Hulu Netflix. Cause I got the Hulu that. You don't got. No commercials. Damn. I got the Netflix. No commercials. [00:09:43] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, you paying? [00:09:44] Speaker B: I got well, Prime. Cause you know what I'm saying? For the. What else? I got Hulu, Netflix, Flix Prime, Apple tv. [00:09:54] Speaker A: Damn. [00:09:56] Speaker B: So I really do all of those. Yeah. [00:09:59] Speaker A: If you don't have a cable bill. Nah. [00:10:02] Speaker B: But I got the app, and I just got the Verizon Internet. I'm about to try that out. I got it free for 30 days, so I'm gonna try that out. [00:10:10] Speaker A: Where do they. Where did that go through? They sent a box to your house? [00:10:13] Speaker B: Yeah. They sent a box to your house? Yeah. [00:10:15] Speaker A: So really, it's pulling off the same tower towers. [00:10:18] Speaker B: Yeah. But, like, sometimes when I do 5G, like, you know, Spectrum go out or whatever, I do 5G. [00:10:24] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:10:25] Speaker B: It still is strong. Like, I stream through my phone to the TV or whatever, and it still worked good. So. Only thing I'm iffy about is, like, streaming for video games. But I'm gonna try that out, though. [00:10:38] Speaker A: We just got it. [00:10:40] Speaker B: Yeah, I got it yesterday. I ain't hooked it up yet. [00:10:41] Speaker A: Oh, word. [00:10:42] Speaker B: So you know what else? Euphoria and then something you doing. You ain't really talked about it on here, but you shooting a new show. Y' all gonna do. They what they call it? Vertical television. [00:10:57] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:10:58] Speaker B: What's the name of it? [00:11:00] Speaker A: The new one is. It's gonna be. Oh, shit. It threw me off. [00:11:06] Speaker B: Well, it's about an Office. [00:11:08] Speaker A: Yes, it's Office Chronicles. [00:11:11] Speaker B: Office Chronicles. [00:11:12] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:11:12] Speaker B: So y' all doing a vertical one, and y' all getting that ready to come out. But Issa Rae, she did a vertical show that's on TikTok, and I watched the first part of that. I don't know how frequent they come out. I just heard about it, like, a couple days ago, and I started watching it. It's like, 27 episodes, but all of the episodes are a minute, so I just watched all of them. So it was like, basically watching the episode of a show. [00:11:35] Speaker A: Is it good? [00:11:36] Speaker B: It's interesting. [00:11:38] Speaker A: Is it funny or what is it about? [00:11:40] Speaker B: It's suspenseful. It's kind of funny, but it's suspenseful. Well, no, it's more suspenseful. So it's about a group of people, they having, like, a game night, a TV night or something like that. Somebody hacks the tv, and it's like, yo, I know all your secrets. You know what I'm saying? I'm gonna tell. I'm gonna expose these secrets, and you gonna have to come back tomorrow. Whatever, whatever. And slowly they start exposing secrets. Like, tell the truth. I'm exposing. I got access to all your devices. Blah, blah, blah. They show a picture, and it's a picture, you know, Tell your husband who this is. Whatever, whatever. It's like that type of stuff. And slowly, like, more stuff start coming out. More stuff start coming out. [00:12:13] Speaker A: So it's a real show? [00:12:14] Speaker B: Yeah, it's a real show. [00:12:15] Speaker A: Oh, wow. [00:12:16] Speaker B: Yeah. But it's one episode. One episode is a minute. But I called it, you know, Saturday or Friday or whatever. I think Friday. And it was. All of that first part was out. [00:12:29] Speaker A: Oh, word. [00:12:30] Speaker B: So I don't know how often she put them out or they put them out on TikTok, but I just saw all of them, so. And I'm kind of messing around on TikTok now. Like, I ain't really up on it like that. [00:12:42] Speaker A: Yeah, welcome to the dark side. [00:12:45] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:12:45] Speaker A: Cause you really, really didn't want to come. [00:12:48] Speaker B: Nah, I didn't want to put my. Cause it's too many social media stuff with threads, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. But like, I put. I was gonna just put, like, foods that I be eating, the restaurants I go to. I was gonna put that on TikTok as foods I cook or whatever. [00:13:06] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:13:06] Speaker B: And I just kind of. I was like, man, I don't feel like when I cook, I'm gonna cook, eat, and I don't feel like recording all the steps and all of that, man. So I kind of stopped messing with it. But I was like, man, we had a video clip that, you know, people was liking or whatever, so I'm gonna put on TikTok, see what they do on TikTok, you know what I'm saying? So I might have to keep doing on TikTok. [00:13:23] Speaker A: Oh, shit. Yeah, but you done fell down a rabbit hole now. [00:13:27] Speaker B: Yeah, man. Yeah, but that Soulja Boy doc. Do you remember hearing about it? [00:13:34] Speaker A: No, I ain't heard about that. [00:13:36] Speaker B: You didn't? [00:13:37] Speaker A: Soulja Boy? [00:13:37] Speaker B: Not Soulja Boy. Nature boy. Yeah. I'm like, what? I ain't Heard about that Nature boy. The code of nature boy. [00:13:44] Speaker A: That's the code of nature boy. [00:13:45] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:13:48] Speaker A: It's interesting. The first. I'm waiting for the dark side to come. The first episode. Oh, the first episode. They talking about going and stuff like that. He is. [00:14:00] Speaker B: Yes, Lord, he is sick. I ain't seen that lady fine, right? Ain't no. He had some bad ones on come through. You don't. So you on the first episode. Her part didn't come up yet. I think. I think you might finish it. I think you might finish it. But I don't remember hearing about these niggas during COVID I don't think the only nature boy I remember hearing about was a dude he used to like. He would have the deer come to him all the time and the deer would like eat out the palm of his hand or whatever. [00:14:27] Speaker A: Oh, you remember that? [00:14:28] Speaker B: Yeah, that's the only one. But I don't think that's the same dude. But this dude. The Code of Nature Boy song Hulu is a four part documentary and he was on. During COVID He got all these people to come to this. I wanna say Costa Rica. [00:14:43] Speaker A: They used to go all over this. [00:14:45] Speaker B: Yeah. Well, at first, at first they came to Costa Rica, but then they started going to these different countries. Cause they got kicked out and all kind of stuff. And he was making the people do wild culty stuff. [00:14:58] Speaker A: Were they having babies? [00:15:00] Speaker B: They only talked about one girl. His wife got pregnant. [00:15:05] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:15:05] Speaker B: Other than that they didn't. I don't remember them saying anything about other babies. But she did have a baby. And he was just increasingly getting more violent and more outrageous and wild during the. On social media. [00:15:20] Speaker A: And his vibe is different. Like watching him. On the social media. [00:15:24] Speaker B: Yeah. Real. [00:15:25] Speaker A: In your face. [00:15:26] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:15:27] Speaker A: Aggressive kind of. So I can imagine on wherever they were. I can imagine how he was there. [00:15:34] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. And I mean like all these people was like giving up all they stuff and going to where he was and going like. It's very interesting. Yeah, it's very interesting. [00:15:48] Speaker A: The funny part, I seen where the guy was like, yeah, you know, we all gave money. I think he said he might have had $3,200 or something. [00:15:55] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:15:56] Speaker A: He said they all went shopping and they brought a ping pong table off with his card. [00:16:01] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:16:04] Speaker A: I was kind of upset about it, but he stayed. I didn't know why we were getting a ping pong table. [00:16:10] Speaker B: Because nature boy wanted. I keep wanting to say Soulja Boy. [00:16:13] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:16:13] Speaker B: Don't say yeah. Cause nature boy wanted it. Yeah. But it's crazy how people can be that charismatic to get a group of people to follow them, to do any damn thing. [00:16:25] Speaker A: What was that killer? [00:16:28] Speaker B: Charles Manson. [00:16:28] Speaker A: Charles Manson, yeah, yeah, him. [00:16:31] Speaker B: Jim Jones. [00:16:32] Speaker A: Yep, the real Jim Jones. [00:16:34] Speaker B: The real Jim Jones. Well, I mean, the other is. That's Jim Jones real name though, right? [00:16:38] Speaker A: No, I think his name is Joseph. [00:16:41] Speaker B: Oh, really? [00:16:41] Speaker A: Yeah, Joseph Jones or something like that. [00:16:43] Speaker B: Oh, that's crazy. [00:16:45] Speaker A: They call him Jomo. [00:16:46] Speaker B: So. [00:16:47] Speaker A: Yeah, Joseph. [00:16:48] Speaker B: Oh, okay. All right. But yeah, so it's a good. If you like documentaries, that's a good quick watch. Somebody said that there's a. Somebody did a YouTube thing on him and they say the YouTube one is better. [00:17:00] Speaker A: Oh, for real. [00:17:01] Speaker B: Than the Hulu documentary. [00:17:04] Speaker A: I know what I'll be watching after we get out of here. [00:17:06] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. So yeah, that's all I watched this week that I did. I say Euphoria. [00:17:11] Speaker A: Yep. [00:17:12] Speaker B: Euphoria getting good too. If you a Euphoria fan, get into that second season, second season. No, this ain't the second season. Like I think it's the third season. [00:17:21] Speaker A: It's been going on that long. [00:17:22] Speaker B: Yeah, I mean it's been four years in between seasons. [00:17:26] Speaker A: That's crazy. [00:17:27] Speaker B: Yeah, Yeah. I think this is the third season. Okay. Yeah, I guess we'll get into some of these emails. We got two. We'll do High Stars Shout out to High Star from mandatory overtime and Carolina Sports Talk. Shout out to you, homie. [00:17:43] Speaker A: Carolina Sports Talk is back. [00:17:45] Speaker B: Nah, nah, but you know. [00:17:46] Speaker A: Oh, okay. [00:17:47] Speaker B: He said yer. What up, fam? How's everybody doing? I'm chilling. Been putting in a lot of overtime lately. Literally and figuratively. Yeah, TV gotta catch up on Abbott, Euphoria, Paradise. Everything said NBA playoffs have had my attention. Shout out to Carolina Sports Talk. Keep the brand alive. Yeah, the NBA is playoffs. I watched a couple little bit of that at my second job. Bron and Bronnie on the floor at the same time. And the playoffs is fire. I can't even front. Yeah, that is dope. [00:18:19] Speaker A: Yeah, that's cool. [00:18:19] Speaker B: That is dope. I think more people gonna do it like moving forward. They see that it can be done and I think more people gonna try to do it, at least play until they late 30s, 40s and still play at a high level. Cause you might lose a step when you get older, but if you keep yourself in shape, you can pretty much play the same. If you keep yourself in shape and you stay healthy. [00:18:44] Speaker A: I wonder how much his son is making. [00:18:48] Speaker B: I mean, we can Google it. [00:18:50] Speaker A: Yeah, go ahead. [00:18:53] Speaker B: Yeah, I think I'll look it up. His contract should be out there. He said AJ and Bronner need to get off camera. [00:19:03] Speaker A: I don't. [00:19:04] Speaker B: Yeah. He said. [00:19:05] Speaker A: Did you see that? [00:19:06] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, yeah, I did. [00:19:07] Speaker A: I did the streaming. [00:19:09] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, I saw. I saw it. Yeah, I saw the. I didn't listen to it. Cause, like, the thing that happened when he was on cam show, he was super drunk. On cam show? [00:19:18] Speaker A: Yep. [00:19:18] Speaker B: And you know when people get drunk and they get real slurry speech. He was that. And then on the streaming thing, the one thing, he was, like, trying to get the girl to kiss him. Oh, yeah. [00:19:28] Speaker A: She curved him. [00:19:29] Speaker B: Yeah. And then the thing where he was trying to get the camera guy to pay for the Uber. Yeah. And the guy was like, he ain't had no money. The dude had money. [00:19:38] Speaker A: But listen, man, [00:19:41] Speaker B: he. [00:19:42] Speaker A: They paid him a thousand dollars to shut it. To shave his beard off. [00:19:47] Speaker B: What? [00:19:48] Speaker A: Yeah, right there on the. [00:19:49] Speaker B: On the same thing. [00:19:51] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:19:52] Speaker B: Oh, see, I missed that part. [00:19:54] Speaker A: You remember a couple. It might have been, like, a couple months ago, where it was, like, a guy had, like, no shoes on, had, like, jeans and a T shirt, and he was dancing around like a monkey, and they were saying, this is Adrien Broner. [00:20:10] Speaker B: Nah, I don't remember that. [00:20:11] Speaker A: It looked like him in the video, but it is him. [00:20:14] Speaker B: Really? Yeah. [00:20:15] Speaker A: He shaved his beard off for a thousand dollars right there on, like. He looked crazy. [00:20:19] Speaker B: This was a long time ago. [00:20:21] Speaker A: No, this is now. Now. [00:20:22] Speaker B: No, I mean, like. I mean, this. This video with him with the beard just happened this week. [00:20:28] Speaker A: It just happened. But I'm just talking about the dancing thing. [00:20:30] Speaker B: Oh, the dancing. But how long ago was the dancing thing? [00:20:33] Speaker A: It had to be a couple months ago. [00:20:34] Speaker B: Oh, okay. Okay, okay. [00:20:35] Speaker A: All right. That's crazy. [00:20:36] Speaker B: Yeah. He losing it. He losing it. [00:20:38] Speaker A: Oh, you gotta hear him. He's, like, doing, like, you know, suspect stuff, like trying to get a guy kiss. Just weird stuff. He's. The guy's in the bed with a girl, and the girl's, you know, kissing on him, and he gets in the bed, too, and he's trying to rub on the girl and. [00:20:54] Speaker B: Oh, and he in there with another guy. [00:20:56] Speaker A: Yeah. He's like, hey, man. He's like, hey, man, this is my girl. So he's still. It's kind of weird, though. I don't know if they, you know, playing it out. I know the guy's doing the streaming is probably playing it out, but this is him. I think it's Adrian Broner. Like, he's out. [00:21:13] Speaker B: He was. He was in Contention to be like the next Floyd. [00:21:17] Speaker A: Floyd Mayweather. They were saying that over and over. Yeah, that's crazy. That's crazy. But anything for likes now, man. [00:21:25] Speaker B: They do it all for the likes. Yeah. He said, I don't feel bad for him because he craves the attention. It's fuel. I think he just out of control. He's an addict. Alcohol or whatever pills he on, I think that's what it is. I think he just need to go into counseling or something. [00:21:43] Speaker A: I seen a side by side picture of him today when he was in shape for fighting and compared to now. Damn. [00:21:51] Speaker B: Yeah. He said n like him or Ray J don't know how to stay out the way they have to be talked about. You see what Ray J said recently? [00:22:03] Speaker A: Which one? About them stealing the money. [00:22:05] Speaker B: No, well, not that one. I haven't seen that one. But Ray J was like, he slept with 12,5. 12,500 women. [00:22:12] Speaker A: Oh, no, I didn't see that. Yeah, I saw where he was talking about the Kardashians stealing from his sister and his mother. They gave him a card. They gave. They were swiping their cards and they gave him a. They had to pay it back also. Cause I think Chloe was a stylist or something like that. For Brandi? [00:22:33] Speaker B: No, Kim. [00:22:35] Speaker A: Kim. [00:22:36] Speaker B: Yeah, Kim used to be a stylist. [00:22:37] Speaker A: Yeah, for Brandi. And she gave him a card to use while she would get one or two pairs for Brandy and get one or two pairs for herself later and [00:22:49] Speaker B: all sorts of crazy stuff. [00:22:50] Speaker A: And they ran it up. Same thing with. They had the mother's card and they ran that one up too. [00:22:54] Speaker B: Oh, she used to be. She used to. That's how she got on, though. She was like a stylist. Cause she used to be with Paris Hilton and them too. [00:23:03] Speaker A: Oh, word. [00:23:03] Speaker B: And that's how she got on. But she wasn't like with him. With him. She was like a stylist or whatever. But you know, when they styling, they go to the red carpet too to make sure the shirt's straight and all of that. And people was like, who's that pretty girl there? And that's how she kind of got. Got on or whatever. But she was already. Her dad was already had paper, though. [00:23:22] Speaker A: Yeah, they all had the money. [00:23:23] Speaker B: They already had paper. He said, while we on sports, I missed the days of Stuart Scott. He could be cool and still be unbiased and objective when it came to reporting on the games. Nowadays it's a bunch of color commentators or game analysts to talk about the game and they come in with a pom pom, a clear bias for their team. I can't stand that shit. Are you talking about like the people on ESPN too? Like that do Sports Center? Cause I only remember Stuart Scott from Sports center, so all he did was do the clips or whatever. But are you talking about the clip niggas or you talking about the Stephen A. Smith type people? Like you know what I'm saying? Let me know. Cause I don't see the espn, the Sports center people, the clip people having. You know what I'm saying? Whatever way you could tell they don't make it too obvious. I can't stand that shit. He said, do I sound too old school with that gripe? Wearing favorites on your sleeve taints the game and the reporting for me, yeah, if they are a reporter, I look at it. Cause most of the reporters, they report on certain teams all the time. Like they from Cleveland, so they follow the Cleveland team all the time. Or like a lot of those, you know, they follow one team. So I could see them being biased toward one team because they see that team all the time. But the Sports center people, I don't see them being too biased. But let me know, let me know. He said. Also notice the terminology used to pacify and soften gambling nowadays. I did an episode recently where we talked about prediction markets and I've noticed that they're using the term trading when it's gambling related stuff. Outside of sports, Kashi, Poly market, et cetera, all these are gambling sites but they corner prediction markets and trading, just FYI. I mean that's cool and all, but I don't get into none of that shit because I'm scared I might get addicted to it. Cause I see niggas at work every day, niggas that don't even watch hockey, they betting on hockey and shit like that. I don't get into that. Only gambling I do is on myself, on the poker table, maybe talk every now and then. He said. I was at a funeral for a frat brother yesterday in Bennettville. Shout out. Marlboro county, first time out there and was considering trying to ride through Florence and stop at every Toyota dealer to see if my guy was working. Lol. There's only one Toyota dealership and yes, your boy was working. Gotta holler at y' all later. Gotta go. I'll holler at y' all later. Have a great show. DJ Highstop. Shout out to you Hostop. [00:25:47] Speaker A: Shout out to high stuff. [00:25:48] Speaker B: Yeah, and if you want to email us, email us at DJ Blazeshow Then we got another email from the Homie Yoshi had relationship status podcast. He said, what's up? What's up, fellas? Good episode last week. I hope y' all had a good week. Just got off the rolls. I don't know when you typed this email, I was looking at you. This nigga thought it. He thought the email up. Just got off the road, so I'm gonna make this quick and try to get it done before you record last week was a layup. And y' all didn't disappoint. Montgomery Brewster. Brewster's place. I'm sorry, Brewster's Millions? [00:26:24] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:26:24] Speaker B: None of the above. Is that a line from the movie? [00:26:27] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:26:27] Speaker B: Yeah. Okay, here's this week's scenario. I was never really the smoothest guy growing up. In fact, one night that was supposed to be perfect turned into something I still can't live down. I had finally worked up the courage to take this amazing girl to prom. Everything was going right until I got caught in a situation in the bathroom that no man should ever have to explain. I. I think I know what this is. This is. [00:26:49] Speaker A: Wait, wait. Go ahead. Keep on going. [00:26:51] Speaker B: You don't know it yet. Next thing I know, I'm in pain, there's sirens outside. And somehow the police and paramedics have involved. Are involved in what should have been the best night of my life. Instead of dancing, I've been wheeled out of a stretcher while everyone watches. Years later, I still can't shake her. She's perfect. Kind of funny. No kind. Funny. Beautiful. And I've never stopped thinking about her. So I decided to track her down. Even if it means stepping way outside of my comfort zone. But when I finally do, it feels like every guy in the world is somehow competing for her. And I'm just trying to. Trying not to mess things up again. Can't wait to hear the episode, y'. All. Keep it up, Yosh. [00:27:32] Speaker A: Yeah, I didn't see this one. [00:27:32] Speaker B: Thank you for doing a white movie, Yoshi. [00:27:34] Speaker A: Yeah, I didn't see that one. [00:27:35] Speaker B: And here's the thing. [00:27:36] Speaker A: Is it something about Mary? [00:27:37] Speaker B: Yes. Yes. You wanna know what's crazy? I've never watched that movie all the way through. [00:27:43] Speaker A: Me neither. [00:27:43] Speaker B: But I remember that scene. Cause he get his ball stuck in his zipper. [00:27:46] Speaker A: In the zipper. Yeah, that's what I. Okay. Okay. [00:27:49] Speaker B: Oh, yup. [00:27:50] Speaker A: Yeah, we in there. [00:27:51] Speaker B: But you know what? That's something that's like, what I say. Like, that lets you know, like, how big a movie really is when, you know, characters and stuff from the movie. And you never really watched the movie. Like, some people know stuff about Star wars and never watched Star Wars. [00:28:06] Speaker A: Yeah, you're right about that. [00:28:07] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying? [00:28:08] Speaker A: They know who R2D2 is. [00:28:10] Speaker B: And Yoda. Yeah, Yoda. You know what I'm saying? Speaking of Star wars, you know what tomorrow is or the day this come out? [00:28:17] Speaker A: Oh, it's the fourth. [00:28:19] Speaker B: May the fourth be with you, Beloved. Yeah, it's the fourth. Yeah. Yeah. That's some nerd shit. [00:28:28] Speaker A: May the fourth be with you. [00:28:30] Speaker B: May the fourth be with you. Yeah. But. Yeah, I guess we get into some of these stories, y'. All. [00:28:36] Speaker A: Okay. [00:28:37] Speaker B: One of the biggest stories of the week. [00:28:40] Speaker A: It's over. [00:28:41] Speaker B: Yep. [00:28:41] Speaker A: It's over, son. [00:28:43] Speaker B: I don't hear no sound. [00:28:44] Speaker A: We need the music. It's so hard. [00:28:46] Speaker B: Yeah, man. [00:28:47] Speaker A: To say goodbye. [00:28:48] Speaker B: Let me know sound on this. Spirit Airlines, you see it? Spirit Airlines is shut down, man. What the. This shouldn't be on camera. There we go. Spirit online shut down, y', all. After 34 years. [00:29:08] Speaker A: Yeah. It wasn't even that long, man. Yeah, that's not a long time. [00:29:12] Speaker B: You don't think so? [00:29:13] Speaker A: No, man, not for a company. How long has American Airline been a long time, ever? They were smoking cigarettes on it back in the day. [00:29:21] Speaker B: Back in the day. Yeah. But, yeah, 34 years is. Yeah, yeah. It's not long for it. Yeah, true. They say they kept losing money. I know one thing I heard was, like, they tried to get bailouts from the government, then the government denied. Then lately, recently, the Trump administration offered to give. Bail them out with $500 million. [00:29:44] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:29:45] Speaker B: But the shareholders didn't want to take the money because they wanted. The government would want 90% ownership of the. Of the company. And then I was with the guys from the Scumbag Lounge, and they said that Trump wanted to put Trump on the planes. [00:30:06] Speaker A: Oh, for real? [00:30:07] Speaker B: Yeah. And that was one reason why they [00:30:09] Speaker A: would have lost a lot of money, probably. [00:30:11] Speaker B: So [00:30:13] Speaker A: I'm telling you, I don't care how cheap the flights are, but a lot of black people wouldn't have been getting on them. [00:30:18] Speaker B: I don't think so. You're right. [00:30:19] Speaker A: Dang. [00:30:22] Speaker B: Yeah, you right. What's up with this audio? [00:30:24] Speaker A: What you got going on over there? [00:30:26] Speaker B: Trying to get this audio straight. [00:30:29] Speaker A: Well, don't forget, every Monday. [00:30:35] Speaker B: I don't know. Did you ever fly Spirit? [00:30:37] Speaker A: Yeah, one time. [00:30:38] Speaker B: Only once? [00:30:39] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:30:40] Speaker B: Why only once? [00:30:41] Speaker A: I don't know. I think that was just happened to be the cheapest flight that you could get. The cheapest flight at the time that I was looking for or something. [00:30:48] Speaker B: Yeah, I've flown Spirit a few times, man. One time I went from Atlanta to Houston for like $65. You can't beat that. [00:30:55] Speaker A: Cuz Spirit used to have the dollar. The dollar days. Remember that? [00:31:00] Speaker B: They did. But wouldn't you have to like go to the spirit counter and do it or whatever? [00:31:05] Speaker A: Nah, you, it was online. Like they showed a calendar and then they had the dollar days and then you know, a certain day would be 35, $35 and your return might only be a dollar. [00:31:17] Speaker B: Oh wow. [00:31:17] Speaker A: Yeah, it was crazy back. That was in say, 2010, 2009. [00:31:23] Speaker B: I flew to Chicago for like a hundred dollars. I ain't mind flying on spirit dog. [00:31:29] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:31:30] Speaker B: And if you fly and you, you know what I'm saying, you want to upgrade your seat, sometimes you can upgrade to the big seat for 40, $50. Yeah, now you more comfortable. People complained about like having to purchase every bag or whatever. [00:31:41] Speaker A: But yeah, that's why, that's why people. Because they didn't tell you until you get to the damn well they. [00:31:47] Speaker B: It's in. No, it's online. No, it's online. [00:31:49] Speaker A: It's online. But when you get there, a lot of the. Hey, this one don't fit. Or you gotta, this can't be a carry on. You only allow one carry on. [00:32:01] Speaker B: You are. But all of that, like when you pay for your ticket, all that is online, they tell you the dimensions of your bag need to be all of that, everything. Like I've seen people like. And then when you get to the airport, they give you different places that you can check to see your size, the size of your bag. They got the little things. So you, you can check here. So you check here. If your bag too big, it's gonna be $50. Then you go to the next point, that shit gonna be $100. Like online it might be $50 at the first check or whatever. Like when you get your boarding pass or whatever, that's like 75. But when you get to the gate, if you wait to the gate and your bag too big, then that shit gonna be like $100 or whatever. Like they give you all these opportunities to check the dimensions and stuff like that. [00:32:45] Speaker A: Like they helped me out one time, that one time I did fly it. I was, I was coming from New York and I had boxes of sneakers. Like I was moving back down south and it was pampa. It was regular empty pamper boxes and I had my sneakers in the pampa boxes. So I had like four of Those and then my regular bags, well, they let me tape the bags together, make two bag. Make two boxes instead of. [00:33:14] Speaker B: Oh, instead of four. Yeah. So you only paid for two boxes instead of four? [00:33:17] Speaker A: Yeah, instead of four. And that was nice of them. Cause they could have been like, nah, well, you gotta pay for each one. [00:33:23] Speaker B: But spirit get a bad rap about fighting and stuff, but you know what I'm saying? I like it, I liked it. You know what I'm saying? When they're in the clutch, if you wanna go a little quick getaway or something, like you would go online, you'll see like a flight from Myrtle beach to New york for like $70. [00:33:40] Speaker A: And then round trip. [00:33:41] Speaker B: Yeah, round trip. And then if you had to hook up on the room. [00:33:45] Speaker A: Oh man, we just going to eat. [00:33:48] Speaker B: Yeah, people will do it. [00:33:49] Speaker A: We going to Times Square to eat. [00:33:50] Speaker B: Go to eat, come right back. I could touch down and take off the same night. Damn. Like that type shit. [00:33:56] Speaker A: Yeah, you're right. [00:33:57] Speaker B: Y' all better hit up Breeze, Breeze. Trying to get that little bit, you know what I'm saying? Then there was like, people got notified like while they were in the air. They at the airport. I saw one lady this morning on Thread, she was like, her flight got canceled while she was on the way to the airport and she had to get another flight. And her other flight was $300. She was like, if it was her and her family, she would've had to pay like $1,500, you know what I'm saying? To her. I think she said with her and her kids, she would have had to pay 900 or whatever on top of that, you know what I'm saying? And like, then people's like, they noticed that the airlines were raising their prices once that announcement came or whatever. So this is bad for the economy all the way around. [00:34:42] Speaker A: Like there's a lot of jobs lost. [00:34:43] Speaker B: 17,000 jobs. I'm glad you mentioned that. 17,000 jobs lost. [00:34:47] Speaker A: I seen that today too. [00:34:48] Speaker B: Yeah. That's crazy, man. [00:34:50] Speaker A: That's a lot of jobs. [00:34:51] Speaker B: Shout out to all the spirit people. I ain't had nothing but love for spirit. Cause they came through in the clutch for me. I ain't never had a. I had a bad experience on front. Well, I really didn't like flying Frontier for some reason. Frontier is another one that you can get some good rates. [00:35:03] Speaker A: That's like spirit. That's like a spirit, ain't it? [00:35:05] Speaker B: Uh huh. You gonna connect every goddamn widow. I flew to Dallas outta Charlotte. Them sent me all the way to Denver. I Went to Denver, then flew to damn Dallas. [00:35:20] Speaker A: It was three stops or two. [00:35:21] Speaker B: Two stops. Two stops. [00:35:23] Speaker A: How long was your layover? [00:35:24] Speaker B: The layover in that in Denver was like two hours. [00:35:27] Speaker A: Oh, my God. [00:35:27] Speaker B: It wasn't long enough for me to leave the airport. [00:35:29] Speaker A: Yeah, you can't even leave. [00:35:31] Speaker B: Yeah, it was. It was long enough to piss you off, but not long enough for you to leave and go adventure in Denver. But yeah, I went to Denver and went to Dallas. Yeah. And then on the way back, I had to go to Orlando to go to Charlotte. Back to Charlotte. I did not go to fly out of Myrtle Beach. I might have flown out of Myrtle beach on that one. [00:35:52] Speaker A: You still had to go to Charlotte, though, right? [00:35:54] Speaker B: No, I just fly to Myrtle Beach. Oh. [00:35:56] Speaker A: I mean, I'm thinking if you had to come here. [00:36:00] Speaker B: What do you mean? Oh, oh, no, no, no. [00:36:02] Speaker A: Always go to damn Charlotte. [00:36:04] Speaker B: No. Cause I think this leaving out of here. It's only like one flight that leave out of here that go to a certain place at a certain time. It's kind of late. It's like five o' clock or something like that. But anyway. Yes. Shout out to Spirit Airlines, man. Other big news. Did you hear about what happened with South Carolina State in their graduation? [00:36:26] Speaker A: Nah, I didn't. I don't know the whole gist of it. [00:36:31] Speaker B: So South Carolina State. Well, all the colleges having graduations right now. I think somebody had graduation yesterday, but, you know, it's college graduation season and South Carolina State, they canceled. The speaker they had, who was the lieutenant governor, her name is Pamela Evatt. She was running for governor. She cut a campaign that had focused on student demonstrations against her and called for an end to tenure. So they announced that she was gonna be the speaker at the commencement. A lot of the people on social media was like, nah, we don't want her. She super down with Trump. You know what I'm saying? She wanna be with Trump. She talked about ending dei. She talked about stuff being woke or whatever. She on that type of stuff. So they was like, we don't want her at our commencement speech. They started having protests at the school. People on social media was signing petitions. She finally said something like. She said, I must be doing something right because woke mobs are coming after me for being a champion of eliminating race. Radical DEI scams on college campuses. She's like, so bring it on. She's like, she ain't going away. She ain't backing down. Whatever. Whatever. That's crazy. Yeah. A couple days later, they announced that she wasn't gonna she wasn't gonna be the commencement speaker. So a few days later, guess what happened. [00:38:00] Speaker A: What? [00:38:00] Speaker B: Nine political people in South Carolina, they signed a petition or whatever to try to defund South Carolina State University. [00:38:08] Speaker A: Oh, for real? [00:38:09] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. Yep. So I'm not surprised at what part. That last part about the retaliation. Yeah, yeah, me either. I'm not either. I'm not either. That's how they get down. Yeah. It was members of the General Assembly. That's who it was. I don't know why this audio ain't working, but anyway. But yeah, so that's what happened with South Carolina State. It made a lot of big noise. A lot of people was talking about it. I saw Charlamagne, gave her donkey of the day because she's supposed to be talking about bringing people together, but, you know, just kind of people over. Well, trying to fuck over the students of South Carolina State. But yeah. Let's see what else happened this week. There was a shooting at Chris Brown home. Do you really care about that? [00:39:08] Speaker A: Nah. Cause that's not the first time. It was outside the house, I think. [00:39:13] Speaker B: What exactly happened? [00:39:14] Speaker A: I don't know. I think it just happened to happen outside. And at the time when I caught the news, it was so new that no information was out. [00:39:25] Speaker B: Oh, I got you. I got you. [00:39:27] Speaker A: But I don't think they're talking about it anymore. [00:39:32] Speaker B: Did you watch that Michael Jackson movie? [00:39:34] Speaker A: No, not yet. [00:39:35] Speaker B: You never. You ain't watching it. [00:39:36] Speaker A: It's not up. [00:39:37] Speaker B: What are you. [00:39:38] Speaker A: It's not on my end. Cause my end will put the glass, you know, the glass. [00:39:44] Speaker B: Oh, you waiting for that? [00:39:45] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:39:45] Speaker B: You waiting for that? [00:39:46] Speaker A: I can't. I. I can't do it. But I do want to go to the movies and see it because everybody's talking about how the music will sound good in the movies and stuff like that. [00:39:53] Speaker B: It's. It's some kind of 4x or something. [00:39:56] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:39:56] Speaker B: 4xD thing or whatever. Yep. I want to see it in that. If I do go to the movie, [00:40:02] Speaker A: they talking about how his dancing is great. They saying he really had it down. Packed. [00:40:07] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, he did. He did. [00:40:08] Speaker A: He really had it down. [00:40:09] Speaker B: Even on the version I saw, he had it down pat. He got the voice down in. Yeah, yeah. [00:40:14] Speaker A: Ah, man, you gonna make me go see it? [00:40:16] Speaker B: You gotta go see it, man. Everybody talking about it. All right, I got a question. Well, I got an article for you. It's a woman out of. In New York, your neck of the woods. [00:40:28] Speaker A: Okay. [00:40:29] Speaker B: She faces up to 25 years in prison after she was Found guilty of throwing a stick of dynamite in her boyfriend's bedroom, causing him to lose a hand. You heard about that? [00:40:41] Speaker A: No, that's crazy. [00:40:43] Speaker B: Yeah. 35 year old Keanu Waddell. She's guilty of first degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Domestic violence can escalate to deadly levels and this case is a sobering reminder of that reality. A dangerous individual has been held accountable and will face a lengthy prison sentence for this horrific act. Yeah, 25 years. [00:41:02] Speaker A: I wonder if it was a prank. Was it a prank or he was mad at him? [00:41:05] Speaker B: Man, hell no. Prosecutors say the victim was awoken by a hissing sound and saw a flame on the floor of his bedroom. When he got up, he found a stick of dynamite and tried to extinguish it, but was unsuccessful. The victim then picked up the dynamite in an attempt to throw it outside. However, prosecutors say it detonated in his hand, causing serum pain and the loss of the hand. Said the victim saw her fleeing his apartment on foot after the incident. She was arrested the next day and prosecutors say it was revealed she had threatened her boyfriend with dynamite several times. What? [00:41:38] Speaker A: I used to play with that all the time. [00:41:40] Speaker B: Dynamite? [00:41:41] Speaker A: Yeah. Man. [00:41:42] Speaker B: Where you get dynamite from? [00:41:43] Speaker A: Man, we was going to Chinatown to get it. [00:41:45] Speaker B: They was. Oh, because they. They can't. They. They introduced it ain't a gunpowder they made. [00:41:49] Speaker A: We was getting. All right, so in the summertime, you know, Fourth of July time. Yeah, there was M80s. [00:41:57] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:41:58] Speaker A: Blockbusters, quarter sticks, half sticks. [00:42:02] Speaker B: Sure. [00:42:04] Speaker A: And man, we was lighting them in school. [00:42:06] Speaker B: So. Quarter sticks, Half sticks is real dynamite. [00:42:09] Speaker A: Yeah, it's. It's the equivalent of a dynamite stick. It's. It's. You know, a quarter stick is probably about that big. It's like two M80s together. [00:42:17] Speaker B: So it's like that with Wiley coyote hats. [00:42:19] Speaker A: Exactly. It's red. That's the only difference. [00:42:24] Speaker B: That's them New York. [00:42:25] Speaker A: Hey, we used to put it on telephone booths. We used to light it in the basement at school, [00:42:32] Speaker B: man. [00:42:32] Speaker A: Just throwing it at each other. [00:42:33] Speaker B: Y' all can't say about these kids nowadays. Yeah, I guess that was dangerous. [00:42:38] Speaker A: That's what I'm thinking. I'm like, yo, that's. [00:42:40] Speaker B: That's a weird ass threat. Like a threaten you like I'm gonna whoop your ass or whatever. I' ma shoot you. [00:42:48] Speaker A: Why would he try to touch it? Like get out the room or something? [00:42:52] Speaker B: No, you probably think you could throw it. You ain't wanna. You know what I'm saying? [00:42:54] Speaker A: Get in the throwing the way that daggone wicked flickers sometime it was just like. And then it like. And then it's quicker. It goes. That probably would happen faster and faster, man. [00:43:07] Speaker B: But you know how long the wig had to be for him to hear the hissing sound and it wake him up? [00:43:11] Speaker A: Yeah, the wick ain't about. [00:43:12] Speaker B: No, I'm saying it had to be real long for him to hear it, wake up, notice it grab it. [00:43:18] Speaker A: Yeah, something's off about that. He wasn't asleep. [00:43:21] Speaker B: He probably was sleep. [00:43:22] Speaker A: Maybe he just looked over, whatever. But he shouldn't have touched it. [00:43:27] Speaker B: I had that happen to me though. [00:43:30] Speaker A: Firecracker. [00:43:31] Speaker B: Yeah. But I was trying to throw it. So I was a kid. I was like six. So I couldn't flick the lighter with my left hand because I'm right handed. So I flicked it with my left [00:43:42] Speaker A: hand and then try to throw it [00:43:43] Speaker B: and try to throw it with my right hand. I tried to throw it with my left hand. I tried, flicked with my right hand, tried to throw it my left. But I couldn't throw real good with my right with my left. [00:43:52] Speaker A: So you tried with your hands? [00:43:53] Speaker B: No, it was weird. It was a weird way. I was throwing it and it blew up in my hand. I still got a mark on my thumb. [00:43:59] Speaker A: Oh, for real. [00:43:59] Speaker B: I still got a, like. It's brown. You know what I'm saying? As I age, it gets lighter. But you can see a little brown mark on my thumb where it blew up on my finger. [00:44:09] Speaker A: That's one of those quick wicks. But some of them wicks have like gunpowder on it, so it'll like gunpowder from inside. [00:44:16] Speaker B: I think you've missed the part where I say I was six. I know, but a six year old trying to throw is like. It take a long time for a six year old to throw. But yeah, I'm like six or seven, [00:44:26] Speaker A: you know, me, my brothers and my uncles, we made a pipe bomb. [00:44:30] Speaker B: You know this recorded, right? [00:44:32] Speaker A: Yeah, but it's too late, man. [00:44:33] Speaker B: We. [00:44:34] Speaker A: We done lit it. [00:44:35] Speaker B: Yeah. Did y' all blow up something? [00:44:36] Speaker A: Yeah, we was all right. [00:44:38] Speaker B: So hold up, hold up, hold up. Did y' all blow up some other property? [00:44:42] Speaker A: Nah. [00:44:42] Speaker B: Okay. [00:44:42] Speaker A: We put it in the middle of the street. [00:44:44] Speaker B: Oh, all right. [00:44:45] Speaker A: So it was all right. It was my uncle and my brother, you know, they older than me. Yeah, I was probably about 15 maybe. Well, it was a piece of pipe off of. Off of something. We blew off a fence. We already. We put an M80 in the pipe and blew half the, you know, thing off. So it was probably about a foot, a foot and a half. Long. 13 inches or something like that. Long. Hey, yo, so we got a whole bunch of M80s. We cut em up. [00:45:19] Speaker B: Oh, and put all the powder in. [00:45:20] Speaker A: Put all the powder in there and then we put the wax in there. You know, we could have blew ourselves up by just dripping the wax in there, trying to. [00:45:28] Speaker B: Cause the wax was kind of hot. [00:45:29] Speaker A: Yeah. So we put the paper in there, put the wax in there, Put the paper in the wax, you know, made it. [00:45:33] Speaker B: Man, you could not have been here. [00:45:34] Speaker A: Hey, we put that in the middle of the street, [00:45:38] Speaker B: lit it and ran [00:45:39] Speaker A: down the street, man. All you heard it sound like a bombing. All you heard was the ching ching. Car alarms going off. I was down probably about six cars down. And my car shook the car shook everything. [00:45:51] Speaker B: Your car? [00:45:52] Speaker A: The car that I was sitting at. [00:45:54] Speaker B: Okay. I was like. You was an adult with a car. No, I was think about if you'd have put like marbles or something in it and shit like that. [00:46:01] Speaker A: That's a pipe bomb. Yeah, yeah, it was. Even with the metal pieces of the pipe. I know some of them cars that was, you know, they kind of got messed up. Had to. [00:46:10] Speaker B: When I was working on the railroad. Now, you know how this was a long time ago. I had just started. It was a young guy, he was an engineer. He was a young engineer. He wasn't even 30 yet. So he so engineer back then. He was making one something a year. [00:46:25] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:46:26] Speaker B: For some reason, him and some of his friends thought it was cool to blow up a porta potty. [00:46:33] Speaker A: Oh my gosh. [00:46:34] Speaker B: They put a pot bomb in a porta potty? Blew it up. This motherfucker went to jail for like 20 something years, bro. [00:46:40] Speaker A: What? [00:46:41] Speaker B: Yes. Yes. [00:46:43] Speaker A: Dang. I forgot the charges on that. [00:46:46] Speaker B: They went to jail for like 20 something years. He was goofy. [00:46:49] Speaker A: That's crazy. [00:46:49] Speaker B: Yeah, he was goofy. I threatened to whoop his ass one day too. [00:46:52] Speaker A: Damn. We used to do that though. Put it on. [00:46:56] Speaker B: Damn. It got to be some love mouth shit. [00:46:59] Speaker A: Put it on anything. Put it on doors. We put one on the back of the door of subways, you know, near my house. Somebody just brought that up to me recently too. I forgot who that was. They was like, yo, remember we tried to blow the door off of subway? [00:47:15] Speaker B: What the. [00:47:18] Speaker A: I was. [00:47:19] Speaker B: Are you nature boy? [00:47:20] Speaker A: I was having fun when I was young. [00:47:22] Speaker B: This is different. [00:47:23] Speaker A: Fun. [00:47:23] Speaker B: Fun is playing outside. [00:47:24] Speaker A: And that's what the fun was. You know, you city boy. We out running around. We doing what? [00:47:29] Speaker B: There's nothing city bo boy about this. When I think city boy, I don't think pipe bombs. When I hear pipe bombs, I think like Mississippi or something. [00:47:37] Speaker A: So think about it. My uncle and my brother did it with me. We was doing the pipe bomb together, all of us. [00:47:42] Speaker B: Now you just implicated your family. [00:47:45] Speaker A: Hey, it don't matter. [00:47:47] Speaker B: You dry snitching. [00:47:48] Speaker A: It's gone. It's over. [00:47:49] Speaker B: Gucci. [00:47:50] Speaker A: It's Gucci made the flower. [00:47:55] Speaker B: Damn, man. [00:47:56] Speaker A: Yeah. Fourth of July in New York is big. Like, we used to go to Chinatown and buy a whole bunch of fireworks, come back, sell them, or we'll go to the little old lady in the neighborhood that used to sell them in the basement. [00:48:07] Speaker B: It's a little old lady in the [00:48:09] Speaker A: neighborhood that used to sell fireworks in the basement. [00:48:12] Speaker B: Yep, yep. [00:48:14] Speaker A: Wow. [00:48:15] Speaker B: Um, [00:48:19] Speaker A: but you know what shut all that down? [00:48:20] Speaker B: What? 9 11. [00:48:21] Speaker A: 9 11. [00:48:23] Speaker B: So remember I told you about the guy? What happened with him happened after 9 11. [00:48:27] Speaker A: Yeah. So I was in New York during 4th of July probably about six, five years ago, and it was a lot of fireworks going on again. So it's open season again. I know that. Oh, open season for fireworks and stuff like that. You know, my dad used to buy me fireworks when he used to come from Canal street and stuff. [00:48:50] Speaker B: But, yeah, he probably didn't know you was making pipe fucking bombs. Let's see what else I got. I guess you ready to get into our scam of the week? [00:49:03] Speaker A: Yeah. You got one? Is it a timeshare? What? [00:49:05] Speaker B: You got the timeshare? Yeah. [00:49:07] Speaker A: There's a timeshare scam going on. [00:49:09] Speaker B: No, it ain't that. Okay. It ain't that. I don't know what the. This was working. I did fraud today. God. [00:49:19] Speaker A: Oh, you know what? [00:49:20] Speaker B: What? [00:49:20] Speaker A: Well, we'll get into that later. Let's look at the YouTube comments. [00:49:26] Speaker B: Yeah, let's do that. Let's do that. While we here, while we think about these goddamn technical difficulties from the last video. Yeah, yeah, let me pull this up. Shout out to everybody that we got some new subscribers and stuff like that too. [00:49:40] Speaker A: Shout out to them, man. [00:49:41] Speaker B: Shout out to people on all the [00:49:44] Speaker A: social medias that's liking and commenting. [00:49:49] Speaker B: Our last episode. Everything is isn't a conspiracy theory. Shout out to a way 24:36, you know, a Wade. That was her. She said, y' all not watching the Carrie Washington show on Apple. So. Yeah, she's the one. [00:50:07] Speaker A: Okay. [00:50:09] Speaker B: She said, oh, oh. We were talking about Usher and Chris Brown and how Usher was more R and B. She said Usher had a moment when he was doing pop around the time he released oh, my God. Yeah. [00:50:21] Speaker A: Yeah, we did. You said that. You said that too. [00:50:24] Speaker B: She said there's a movie on Netflix with Charlize Theron. That's good. I don't know the name of it. Thank you for mentioning on the name. She said in Dallas, I feel the on the Run tour was more couples than anything. That was when we was talking about the, you know, a lot of women being at Chris Brown show or Usher show or whatever. [00:50:46] Speaker A: Yeah. Are you going to this show? [00:50:49] Speaker B: Hell no. Jones Shout out to the Music Jones podcast they just recorded. And he asked me about it. But them tickets, probably high as a motherfucker. [00:50:57] Speaker A: Yeah, they were. When I saw them, it was up there. [00:50:59] Speaker B: What prices did you see? [00:51:00] Speaker A: Shit, that's the cheapest I seen was like 900. 800. [00:51:04] Speaker B: The cheapest was 800. [00:51:05] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:51:05] Speaker B: In what city? [00:51:07] Speaker A: I think I looked up in. Had to be Charlotte. [00:51:10] Speaker B: Okay. [00:51:10] Speaker A: Had to be Charlotte. [00:51:11] Speaker B: I just heard they. They say they put. They got two shows in Charlotte. When I. When I looked a little while ago, it was just one show. [00:51:18] Speaker A: I was gonna say they must have added another one. [00:51:20] Speaker B: Yeah, had to. My co worker, she got tickets. I don't think she said her tickets was that much, though. I think she said tickets was like 5, $600, which is a stupid. I wouldn't like. I remember when, like concert tickets, if you paid like 150, you had good seats. Like, I remember going to see Jay Z444 Tour and that wasn't the last concert I went to, though. [00:51:44] Speaker A: I don't think he got no more concerts at that price. [00:51:48] Speaker B: Nah. Yeah, I went to see his concert and it was like 150, 160. And I had real good seats, like real close, like bottom or whatever. But nobody. Concert tickets now is just ridiculous. Concert tickets are ridiculous. I don't. [00:52:02] Speaker A: Right. [00:52:02] Speaker B: Yeah. But. Yeah, I guess we gotta do this old school. Beloved. [00:52:09] Speaker A: It's all right. Some people listening. [00:52:11] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. Shout out to the listeners. [00:52:13] Speaker A: Okay. [00:52:13] Speaker B: I did fraud today. Oh, I'm doing a good job today, okay? Cause the blessings come from God? Cause I'm committing fraud. I did fraud today. [00:52:22] Speaker A: I was wrong too. Okay? I did front today. [00:52:26] Speaker B: Hey. I did fraud today. Hey. [00:52:28] Speaker A: I did fraud today. [00:52:29] Speaker B: Okay? [00:52:30] Speaker A: I did a good job today. [00:52:31] Speaker B: Hey. Blessings come from God. Cause I'm committing fraud. [00:52:35] Speaker A: I did fraud today. [00:52:37] Speaker B: I did a good job today. You were wrong about what? [00:52:40] Speaker A: I was wrong about the seats. You know what it was? I wasn't looking up there. Seats. You know the seats that's up there. [00:52:47] Speaker B: Look. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:52:49] Speaker A: Them ones up there. [00:52:49] Speaker B: The ones by the light. Yeah, them light changing seats still probably about $300. [00:52:53] Speaker A: They 175. They got tickets up here, fifth row on the flat. $2,000. [00:53:00] Speaker B: Somebody paying it, too? $2,000, man. [00:53:04] Speaker A: And that's behind the stage. That ain't even in front of the stage. [00:53:08] Speaker B: When you think quality fast food, what place you think about. [00:53:13] Speaker A: That's a hard one. Just quality fast food. [00:53:17] Speaker B: Like fast food. You gonna get a good Chick Fil A. Okay. There you go. Did you look at my phone? [00:53:22] Speaker A: No. [00:53:22] Speaker B: Why? Okay. [00:53:23] Speaker A: It is Chick Fil A. Yeah, it [00:53:24] Speaker B: is Chick Fil A. This scam is going to Chick Fil A. Former Texas Chick Fil A employee charged an $80,000 refund. Steal using Mac and cheese. [00:53:35] Speaker A: I remember that. [00:53:38] Speaker B: Grapevine police said the Investigation began in November 2025 after the owner of a local Chick Fil A reported a theft. Detectives reviewing surveillance footage identified the suspect as Keyshawn Jones, a former employee who had been terminated about a month earlier. Police said the footage shows Jones behind the counter without authorization, where he allegedly used the restaurant's register to ring up roughly 800 orders of macaroni and cheese trays and then issue refunds to his personal credit cards. Yeah, that's crazy. Authorities said the transactions total over $80,000, said police said he had evaded arrest despite multiple attempts to locate him. He was taken into custody April 17, 2026. So he got arrested, like, two weeks ago. [00:54:25] Speaker A: I wanna see his Dag on Instagram. [00:54:28] Speaker B: What? Like if he was flopping money or whatever. [00:54:30] Speaker A: What? How much he got? 80,000? [00:54:32] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:54:32] Speaker A: Come on. You know what he was doing? [00:54:35] Speaker B: What? [00:54:36] Speaker A: Man, he had nice cars. [00:54:37] Speaker B: What if he didn't, though? [00:54:39] Speaker A: Hell no. [00:54:39] Speaker B: What if he didn't spend it like that? What if he just did it to get back at the restaurant? [00:54:43] Speaker A: Well, too bad. Guess what. [00:54:44] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:54:45] Speaker A: Can't spend it now. [00:54:46] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. Anything tied to him? We had some scam shit happen at my job. [00:54:50] Speaker A: Oh, word. [00:54:52] Speaker B: So can I tell this? I guess I can. Cause she got arrested, and this lady got a long list of arrests for doing the same thing. So a lady came in, said she got some money. Said she got some money from some kind of inheritance or something or whatever. [00:55:10] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:55:11] Speaker B: So she wrote two checks for two cars. Come to find out, the checks bounce, so they have to go get a car. They call about the checks. She don't answer, Whatever. [00:55:24] Speaker A: Oh, so y' all gave her the car? [00:55:26] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah. [00:55:27] Speaker A: Y' all didn't let the fit cash? [00:55:28] Speaker B: Nah, they gonna. They just. They take the checks and then they go, I Mean they take the checks and they might cash the checks tomorrow or the two days later. But you write a check, you write a check. You know what I'm saying? So she got the cars, they found out, the checks bounce, they send the police, they find the car. They found one car Friday and then they returned another car Saturday. [00:55:50] Speaker A: So was the check for like a deposit or the check was for the whole vehicle itself? [00:55:55] Speaker B: I think it was for the whole vehicle or maybe a big amount of deposit. [00:55:58] Speaker A: And they didn't run that check through just to get. Cause you know you run a check through, you're gonna get a certain amount of it up front. [00:56:06] Speaker B: Nah, they don't. They run the checks like they run the checks when they run the checks. [00:56:10] Speaker A: What? [00:56:10] Speaker B: Yeah, but like you don't find. People come in, they talking about. Cause most people don't know that you can write a $80,000 check. [00:56:17] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [00:56:17] Speaker B: You know what I'm saying? So people come in, they write, you know, I done have people buy cars and they buy a car. 70,000, I'm gonna write a check or I wanna pay cash. How should I do it? Should I go get a cashier's check? Can I write a personal check? Whatever. Whatever. Yeah, however you feel. [00:56:30] Speaker A: I bet they won't do it no more. [00:56:31] Speaker B: Nah, they still gonna check that shit. Like I've had several people pay by check and this is the first time I've heard of somebody kicking back. Yeah, so. [00:56:42] Speaker A: Oh, wow. [00:56:43] Speaker B: Yeah. And they got the car and then I looked at the thing and the lady, she's been arrested several times for writing bad checks. [00:56:50] Speaker A: Around the city? [00:56:52] Speaker B: No. Well, around the city, but just period. Like it was one time. This happened in 2013. She made the Today show for being in a high speed chase. Cause the police were chasing her. Cause she had written a bad check and she had her granddaughter in the car. [00:57:08] Speaker A: Wow. [00:57:08] Speaker B: Her four year old granddaughter. And the shit went viral. [00:57:11] Speaker A: She lives in the area too? [00:57:13] Speaker B: Yeah. She live in the pd? Yep. Another dealership called, somebody that they knew at our dealership and was like, don't let this lady buy a car. But by the time the people called too late, she was already. Then came and gone. She was like a couple. Whoever called was like a couple hours late. Yep. So. [00:57:33] Speaker A: Oh, so she tried it somewhere else. [00:57:35] Speaker B: Yeah, she had tried it somewhere else earlier that day, but they recognized the bullshit, but our people didn't. And you know what I'm saying. [00:57:41] Speaker A: So ain't nobody got in trouble. [00:57:43] Speaker B: Not really. But the salesman's sick. Cause that's two sales he lost. He thought he had some. [00:57:48] Speaker A: And he would have got a. A good. A good lump on that one, right? [00:57:51] Speaker B: No, not necessarily. [00:58:43] Speaker A: He swiped the card, you know, asked where they wanted the refund. He swiped it. But damn, the register supposed to have been messed up that week or that day. Like, all of that's gonna show negative this, negative that. Yeah, it couldn't have been all at the same time. It could have been. Not no. [00:59:03] Speaker B: 80%. It said he got him on camera doing it, though. When I first heard it, when I first read it, I thought, well, it's. Read the headline. I thought he had did it over a period of time. Yeah, that's what I thought too. Like how the article read. Like he rung up 800 at 1 and then did the return right then. [00:59:20] Speaker A: Yeah, where you get that? Where they get that?
