[00:01:02] Speaker B: I want to say shout out to all the people that sent emails, too. [00:01:05] Speaker A: Yeah, shout out to everybody that sent emails. Y' all heard the cry and y' all shout out to everybody that comment on the YouTube page too. [00:01:13] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:01:14] Speaker A: Subscribe on YouTube if you haven't. Yeah. How was your week, bro? [00:01:19] Speaker B: It was cool, man. I didn't do too much. Did a lot of work in overtime, so. [00:01:24] Speaker A: Okay. Over time, tired. Let me hold something, big dog. Man, I ain't get it yet. Oh, okay. All right. Gonna be on that chick when it drop. Word. Word. Yeah. [00:01:33] Speaker B: What you been up to, man? I know you've been over here slanging cars. [00:01:36] Speaker A: Slanging cars. You know, working at other jobs, turning the beds. Hey, man. So at the car job, they do a thing, they call them spiffs. So they be like, all right, y', all, if we sell 10 or however many cars, 10, 15 cars. If you sell a car, you'll get a dice roll at $10 a point. [00:02:02] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:02:02] Speaker A: So you roll dice. [00:02:04] Speaker B: One, die. [00:02:04] Speaker A: No, you roll two. [00:02:06] Speaker B: Ooh, hit that 12. [00:02:07] Speaker A: So you got 120 if you rolled 12. [00:02:09] Speaker B: Ooh. [00:02:10] Speaker A: So. And they had a thing where if you sold a brand new truck, then you get a dice roll too. So I sold a brand new truck the other day. [00:02:20] Speaker B: That blue one? [00:02:21] Speaker A: Yeah, I sold that blue. Oh, yeah, I did post that. So I sold that blue one, right? So I got two dice rolls. So they like, boom, you get a dice roll. Roll the dice. They was like, you wanna double it? Double or nothing. So I rolled a seven. Double it up. [00:02:34] Speaker B: Boom. [00:02:35] Speaker A: I hit. I roll the next time, got a 10. Oh, it's like, you wanna double it? Double it up. Boom. Hit again. [00:02:43] Speaker B: He said, I'm going for it. [00:02:44] Speaker A: I'm going for it, baby. Rock they cash and fist. [00:02:47] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:02:48] Speaker A: Rock they money in the pocket. You talking about somebody who the rest of the week was happy. They can say, woo hoo. Yes, Lord. Give me that. Give me them honeys. Hell yeah. [00:02:57] Speaker B: Word. [00:02:58] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:02:59] Speaker B: You bought lunch? [00:03:01] Speaker A: I did. Cause so I rolled and they was like, you wanna double it or stay? When I got to 10, I was like, ah, I'M a stay. It was like. My manager was like, well, roll and see what you would've got anyway. So I rolled and I got a nine on the double up. So when you double up, you gotta beat one of the managers. So I thought he said, see what you was gonna get? And that was it. But he said, see what you was gonna get? And then he asked me if I wanna keep her or do I still wanna double. And I kept saying no, but people, everybody else heard me, so they was like, nigga, you need to double. Go ahead, go. Whatever. But, like, you know, like on cartoons, on TV shows, when stuff start getting too, like, anxious, they start getting hazy and start doing that. That's what it was doing in real life. It was like, go. I was like, oh, shit. [00:03:47] Speaker B: Oh, shit. [00:03:49] Speaker A: And my man shout out to my man Mike. Mike. He got, like, right here in my face. He was like, if you don't double this right now. He's like, I'll give you $50 if you lose. You better double this. So I was like, all right. [00:03:59] Speaker B: Mike's a gambling ass. [00:04:01] Speaker A: Yeah, Mike, a gambling ass, man. So I did it. So you know what I'm saying? I did it. And you know what I'm saying? I got the money, whatever. So I had bought Mike lunch, whatever, because he was gonna put up the 50 if I lost. He would give me 50 if I lost. So I. I had bought him lunch or whatever. Shout out to Mike. [00:04:16] Speaker B: Shout out to Mike. [00:04:17] Speaker A: Yeah, but, yeah, that kind of stuff make work fun, man. Then we had. Then, you know, yesterday was Saturday, so they had another one, was like, you know, if we sell 15 as a store, you get a dice roll for each car you sell. If we. $10 a point. When they was like, if we sell 20, it's gonna be $20 a point. [00:04:39] Speaker B: Ooh. [00:04:40] Speaker A: When I left, we had 19 cars sold yesterday. [00:04:44] Speaker B: Damn. [00:04:46] Speaker A: Two people was sitting down with people trying to work deals. So I don't know when I get to work Monday. If we sold 20. So you roll the dice, $20 a point. Some motherfucker hit a 10, they got $200 in their pocket. [00:04:58] Speaker B: Oh, wait. [00:04:59] Speaker A: If you've hit a 5, you got $100 in your pocket, bro. [00:05:02] Speaker B: Man, I want to come over there and work. [00:05:04] Speaker A: Nah, we got too many salespeople. [00:05:08] Speaker B: Y' all definitely do. [00:05:09] Speaker A: We got a lot, bro. [00:05:10] Speaker B: We hoaches walking around and see two over here and three over there. [00:05:14] Speaker A: Yeah, man, it's crazy out there. It get kind of diabolical. We had one guy, he told another guy, he Kind of walked in front of him, and he was like, yeah, I done told this motherfucker one time like, hey, stop doing it. So he was like, I'm gonna get him. So when the customer left, he called him over to the side and talked to him man to man or whatever, you know what I'm saying? So, yeah, I think that kind of kind of ruined my man day for the rest of the day. He had no more pepping himself. He had no more pepping himself. He ain't sold Nothing out of 19. He on nothing all day. [00:05:44] Speaker B: So he want to cut nobody off. [00:05:45] Speaker A: Nah, he ain't want to cut nobody off. That. That kill his mojo that day, though. Yeah. [00:05:48] Speaker B: The cowboy hat. Yes, sir. Brother told him, sit down. [00:05:55] Speaker A: Yeah, the brother told him, sit down, bro. [00:05:57] Speaker B: He. He. [00:05:57] Speaker A: Yeah, he cool too, man. Like, if you see him, you'll think he one of them ones, but he ain't one of them ones. He like d. You know what I'm saying? He just got that look. He just looked like that. And the cowboy hat really came off some bs, like. [00:06:11] Speaker B: So, like, that's gonna be my shit from now on. Yeah, yeah, cowboy hat. [00:06:14] Speaker A: Yeah, cowboy hat. But, you know, so if you sell three cars, like in. In hockey or a soccer, if you score three goals, they call that a hat trick. [00:06:26] Speaker B: Okay? [00:06:27] Speaker A: So if you sell three cars, they call that a hat trick. So he had sold three cars one day, and his kid got him or got the mama to get him a cowboy hat. It was like a little cheap cowboy hat. So he was wearing a little cheap cowboy hat. It was like, if you gonna wear a cowboy hat, you gotta get a real cowboy. So he went and bought a real joint. [00:06:46] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:06:47] Speaker A: And so when he wore it, somebody. He sold a car, and somebody wrote in a review, like, go see the man in the cowboy hat. He'll help you out or whatever. Whatever in the review. So he was like, shoot, that can be my thing. Like, when people pull up, they see me in a cowboy hat. [00:07:01] Speaker B: It is his thing. Cause look, when I went there, that was my. That was how I spotted him. [00:07:05] Speaker A: With the cowboy hat. Yeah. So now he done break the. From New York. He ain't even from the South. He's city slicker. [00:07:12] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:07:13] Speaker A: So he did. Then he went and bought the bolo tie. You know, the little. [00:07:15] Speaker B: Yeah, the strings. [00:07:16] Speaker A: Yeah, he went about that junk. He went about some cowboy boots. [00:07:21] Speaker B: Hey, tell him chill out. [00:07:22] Speaker A: He went. He went all in, though. [00:07:23] Speaker B: Tell him chill out. Yeah, he could get these real cowboys looking at him like, why is he wearing that color with this. And why, why are his boots square toe and not. [00:07:35] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:07:37] Speaker B: You can't wear a cowboy hat with jeans. [00:07:40] Speaker A: But to the untrained eye. To the untrained eye, he looked like a regular. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But that's you know, that's the good part of the job right there. You know that type of stuff. [00:07:50] Speaker B: Yeah, I'm coming over there man. [00:07:51] Speaker A: Okay, yeah, come on over. Work in the service department. Yeah, I do that. I hate you not selling no cars. We don't need no more car sales quit. We be like God that. Yes, yes. Another one, another one. [00:08:02] Speaker B: You did what? Oh man. [00:08:04] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. Oh man. You going. Where you going? You try to act fake concerns. Well, well I hope you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean well you got to do what's best for you. N gone one less I gotta fight with to yesterday. Yeah, I caught one on. I caught one. I caught one yesterday. That shit was just lucky. It was three of us standing there and I just happened to look at my man, he was like oh word. Yeah, got him. [00:08:34] Speaker B: So I don't know if I could sell cars. [00:08:35] Speaker A: You could anybody. [00:08:36] Speaker B: Well nah, I don't know. [00:08:37] Speaker A: You could. [00:08:38] Speaker B: It's just that gotta sell, gotta sell. [00:08:41] Speaker A: In my mind I thought that too. [00:08:43] Speaker B: That's why I went and got a regular job. Cause I was tired of hustling myself. [00:08:46] Speaker A: It ain't. It is kind of like a hustle but you could be a stupid seller car. Cause it ain't like if they came [00:08:56] Speaker B: there, they want a car, they want a car. [00:08:58] Speaker A: Yeah, you just gotta. Most of the time you don't have to convince them on a car. You don't gotta convince them on nothing. Cause they know what they came to buy. If they came to buy a truck. [00:09:08] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:09:09] Speaker A: You just gotta find a truck that fit they budget. [00:09:11] Speaker B: Yep. [00:09:11] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? Or a car. You know what I'm saying. So that's mainly the thing but just don't piss em off, don't aggravate them you know if you. [00:09:21] Speaker B: So this is income tax time right? [00:09:23] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:09:24] Speaker B: Have you got any ones coming through like come on man, you man going over there. [00:09:29] Speaker A: Nah, we don't. Well yeah. Cause a few but we ain't one of them five thousand dollar car lots. Yeah, that's what I mean like when you get a couple of them and I don't want to hurt. No I mean I don't be wanting to hurt people feelings like you know. [00:09:42] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:09:43] Speaker A: The cheapest thing we got is such and such. I don't want to hurt nobody feelings like that. But. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? [00:09:49] Speaker B: It's a different lot over there compared to the. [00:09:51] Speaker A: Yeah, this is what I. Well, you know, walk around, see what you. You know, and they go. And they look at. Oh, they say, oh, I like this. And then they. Oh, that's how much they're like. So I'm like, yeah, well, when's the last time you bought a car? It's about 12 years. Yeah. Things changed since COVID Yeah. [00:10:08] Speaker B: Let me go look in the back, see what we got. [00:10:10] Speaker A: Yeah, no, I ain't looking to know the goddamn back. I know what we got. I know my inventory now. We ain't got it. [00:10:16] Speaker B: Where the trade ins. They got trade ins back there? [00:10:18] Speaker A: Yeah, we do. [00:10:18] Speaker B: Where y' all do it? [00:10:19] Speaker A: You like that truck? Yeah, that's a $15,000 God with 300, 000 miles on it. We got. We got two, one trade. I'm over with $70,000 on the trade. Yes. Like, it ain't no cheap, man. [00:10:35] Speaker B: What the hell was it? [00:10:36] Speaker A: It was a diesel at four or some. One of them new. The basically new. [00:10:42] Speaker B: A work truck? [00:10:43] Speaker A: Yeah, pretty much. But they weren't working at. That was clean. Oh, wow. Yeah. Yeah. That's enough about the car business, man. I can talk about car business all day and I'm off work. We got some emails. You want to do emails or what we watch first. [00:10:55] Speaker B: Let's do what we watch because my gonna be short. [00:10:58] Speaker A: Mine probably was two paws. What you watch, man? [00:11:02] Speaker B: So you gotta help me out with this. Friends and neighbors. [00:11:04] Speaker A: Your friends and neighbors? Yeah. [00:11:06] Speaker B: Okay, I watched that. I'm up to the second episode. [00:11:10] Speaker A: I think it's only three. So you close? [00:11:11] Speaker B: Oh, for real? [00:11:12] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think it's only. I think maybe. I don't think I watched it Friday. I think it might be three, Three or four. So you close. [00:11:19] Speaker B: So am I wrong? All right. So the second season. The second episode, second season, they finally saying that he got extradited and stuff like that. They didn't. I don't. I missed something. [00:11:33] Speaker A: They didn't show him getting arrested. They showed him getting arrested. They show the last, but they don't show. They never show him going to jail, going through court and all of that. They just talk about what happened? Yeah, they kind of talk about it the second episode. [00:11:45] Speaker B: That's when they really started informing you. So the first episode I'm watching, like, [00:11:49] Speaker A: how is he out? [00:11:50] Speaker B: This nigga's out of jail. Where's he at? Yeah, I thought he was hiding out in somewhere else. [00:11:55] Speaker A: Yeah. He kind of tell you what happened in his little monologue. He do like. Yeah. [00:12:01] Speaker B: And one of those. Yeah, he definitely did. [00:12:03] Speaker A: He got to tell you what happened because the end of the first season, he got caught in that house. Somebody died, somebody got shot. Then they tried to make it look like a suicide or something like that. [00:12:17] Speaker B: It started looking like a murder, but [00:12:19] Speaker A: then they realized it was suicide. Yeah, something like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But he wound up going in the house and they tried to get it on him, but then he got out of it. But I think he did get a breaking and entering charge or something like that. But he got out or whatever. It was something like that. [00:12:35] Speaker B: So the last episode of the first season, they came to the party or something like that to lock them up. [00:12:43] Speaker A: I can't remember. I think so. [00:12:44] Speaker B: Okay. And because I'm thinking like, did I finish that? I'm thinking I didn't finish it because the way it kind of picked up. [00:12:51] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:12:52] Speaker B: But I guess I did. [00:12:53] Speaker A: Yeah, that's a good one. I'm watching that one too. [00:12:55] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:12:55] Speaker A: What else you watching? [00:12:57] Speaker B: I'm finally catching up on. I'm almost on second season of Paradise. [00:13:02] Speaker A: Okay. [00:13:03] Speaker B: It's pretty good. [00:13:04] Speaker A: Paradise is good. [00:13:05] Speaker B: Yeah, it is. It really is. It was a little slow dip at the beginning. [00:13:09] Speaker A: It was like you can't really. It's. [00:13:12] Speaker B: I didn't know what to look for. That's why I think. [00:13:14] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. I'm glad you didn't get spoiled because now you, you know, you at the end of the. You kind of know what's really going on, you know, so you just think they in a nice little area or whatever. But. Yeah, you kind of see what's going on. [00:13:26] Speaker B: What I'm missing something. [00:13:28] Speaker A: How far are you? Where are you? [00:13:30] Speaker B: Probably like the second to last episode of first season. [00:13:33] Speaker A: So, okay, what do you know about the world? About that world then? Oh, oh, okay. [00:13:38] Speaker B: Yeah. That there really is people that survived and stuff like that. [00:13:43] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. Okay. All right. So you far enough. No, what I mean is like you thinking they're in a city like, you know, it's not. At first you think it's like D.C. or whatever because he worked for he senior service. And then as you go along, you see something happened. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So now you know, it's people that survived. You know what I'm saying? So it get more into that in the second season. But I was. [00:14:08] Speaker B: Well, I can't. I can't give it up, but. [00:14:10] Speaker A: Give what up? [00:14:11] Speaker B: Somebody Got killed. And I was shocked, man. [00:14:13] Speaker A: Give it up. [00:14:15] Speaker B: All right. If y' all ain't see the first season. And what's that? [00:14:18] Speaker A: His partner, the white guy. [00:14:21] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:14:21] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:14:23] Speaker B: I was like, oh. Cause, you know, he came for the head person, and he was like, if you're gonna kill me, you better bring the biggest, baddest, toughest. [00:14:30] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But that show was good. [00:14:35] Speaker B: Yeah, it is. [00:14:36] Speaker A: Yeah. What else you want? [00:14:38] Speaker B: That might be about it. That might be about it. [00:14:41] Speaker A: I watch your friends and neighbors invincible. That's about over. Oh, the boys. [00:14:47] Speaker B: Oh, I gotta start. [00:14:48] Speaker A: That shit is so good. [00:14:49] Speaker B: So wait. [00:14:50] Speaker A: It's crazy now. It got some crazy stuff in it, but it's good. [00:14:53] Speaker B: What season is this? [00:14:54] Speaker A: Five. [00:14:55] Speaker B: Oh, okay. So I really gotta go back. [00:14:57] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:14:58] Speaker B: Cause I did, like, the first two seasons. [00:15:00] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:15:01] Speaker B: When it was popular, like Covid, I think that was. [00:15:05] Speaker A: Nah, it started before COVID It got [00:15:08] Speaker B: popular during COVID I don't know. [00:15:10] Speaker A: I just been watching it ever since. So. [00:15:12] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:15:14] Speaker A: Daredevil, Abbott elementary, that show Beef, that came out on Netflix a couple years ago with the Asian. It was two Asians that was beefing. Now it's a new season, and they, like, on a country club or something. It's some new characters on it. I'm thinking it's the same show. [00:15:32] Speaker B: Okay. [00:15:32] Speaker A: And I was trying to find something new to watch over the weekend. Cause some of my shows have gone off like DTF in St. Louis. You know what I'm saying? So I was trying to find something. [00:15:42] Speaker B: Oh, so you finished that? [00:15:44] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I started watching this one thing called Trust Me, the False Prophet is about. What's the guy's name? Warren Jeffs. How he had that Mormon little sect or whatever, and he had all them women, and he was messing with the kid. He got arrested. [00:15:59] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. [00:16:00] Speaker A: So it's about a guy that came to that same place after him to kind of like replace him. [00:16:05] Speaker B: Oh, word. [00:16:05] Speaker A: Yeah. And I started it or whatever. And it's these people that moved to that area. I think the lady was, like, a former Mormon or whatever. The husband, he, like, makes movies and music videos and stuff. So they had all the stuff. And they wanted to do a documentary on the place, but they had to move in to get in good with the people first. So I'm like, on the second episode, it's pretty good. Especially if you like documentaries. [00:16:30] Speaker B: I was gonna say that's a documentary. [00:16:32] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:16:32] Speaker B: Yeah, I like that. [00:16:34] Speaker A: And then I started watching something very bad is gonna happen. Cause I thought that you said you were watching it, so I like, I'll give it a try. [00:16:43] Speaker B: Yeah, I was. [00:16:45] Speaker A: I got to like the first episode. And it was like, all right. It was kind of, you know, looking a certain kind of way. And I couldn't remember asking you if it was spooky or scary or not. Cause I don't mess with that kind of stuff. It ain't. Well, so the first episode, in one part of the first episode, it's this baby in this Honda CRV. A 2018 Honda CRV. Ask me how I know it's a 2018 Honda CRV. Because I'd be with cars all the time anyway. [00:17:11] Speaker B: I know how to windows and shit. [00:17:12] Speaker A: Yeah, but it was. The car was. It's in the cold, the baby in there crying, the car running. Yeah, she. She goes to this bar that's like a mile away or whatever. Yeah, the town looked like Silent Hill. Cause the little ice cream place boarded up. She goes into this place in this bathroom, and there's this dead fox. And that's bus open. That's on a bus open commode. Not a fox is bus open. Inside the fox is three rats that's eaten, that's dead, that's been eaten inside the fox. [00:17:43] Speaker B: How you see all of that? [00:17:44] Speaker A: Maggots eating the rats. How'd you see all of that? Cuz I got eyes. [00:17:49] Speaker B: No, but you had to really be paying attention. [00:17:51] Speaker A: I just looked at the screen. It's on the screen and I'm like, what the. [00:17:54] Speaker B: I couldn't tell what it was. It looked like a. A freaking. [00:17:57] Speaker A: Yeah, so. So she go out and it's this lady at the bar. She talked to the lady at the bar for one. The lady is wearing a shirt to say Eugene or something like that. A William or said something like that. But anyway, so then she tell the lady to call. Cause there ain't no service. She get the lady to call the police. She go and call while the lady goes. It's already spooky as hell. Why you going to let this lady walk off by herself? Not then. Oh, now you got to go pee. So she go to the damn bathroom. She in the bathroom. She hears somebody come in the bathroom. When it wasn't nobody but her and the girl in there. The girl supposed to be on the phone with the damn police. You hear walk in there and she see the shadow standing by her stall. She look up this looking down at her. She don't hoot nor holler, and she just busts out. And then there's Nobody there. I turned that motherfucker off. [00:18:51] Speaker B: You turned it off? [00:18:52] Speaker A: Then I turned that motherfucker off. Cause she go back to the front. I was like, I don't wanna see this shit. [00:18:55] Speaker B: Oh, so you didn't wanna see what happened? [00:18:56] Speaker A: Yeah. Cause it was too spooky. [00:18:58] Speaker B: Then you know what happened? [00:18:59] Speaker A: What happened? [00:19:00] Speaker B: So the guy ended up being in the bar area. Once she got in there. [00:19:05] Speaker A: Uh huh. [00:19:05] Speaker B: And he comes up to her, she had those keys and she just. He called her like he startled her. She turned around, jammed her keys right through his hand. [00:19:15] Speaker A: Oh. [00:19:16] Speaker B: And he was like, he just held it up there like that. He didn't say ouch. [00:19:20] Speaker A: Oh, just spooky. Just most spooky. [00:19:21] Speaker B: Yeah. He pulled it out and that was it. [00:19:23] Speaker A: Who can. You know how hard you gotta punch to punch a key through a nigga hand? It's spooky. Shit. Yeah, I don't wanna. [00:19:30] Speaker B: So you ain't get nowhere. [00:19:31] Speaker A: I ain't get nowhere. Where did you get episode two? And you turn that off? Nah. You know what pissed me off in episode one? [00:19:37] Speaker B: I'm going back. [00:19:37] Speaker A: You know what pissed me off? [00:19:39] Speaker B: What? [00:19:40] Speaker A: She driving and falling asleep at the wheel. That pissed me the off. I wanted to turn it off. [00:19:45] Speaker B: Then the guy pissed me off. [00:19:47] Speaker A: Wow. Yeah. [00:19:50] Speaker B: Come on man. [00:19:50] Speaker A: I would have left the baby. [00:19:52] Speaker B: I think I would have too. [00:19:54] Speaker A: That too spooky. [00:19:55] Speaker B: Cause who knows what. They probably around here in the woods or something. They might be getting a little quicker than. [00:20:00] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't care. I don't care. Maybe when you go back and watch it. [00:20:03] Speaker B: I'm not gonna send my old lady to go. [00:20:07] Speaker A: Are you gonna let her, are you gonna let her stay there with the baby? [00:20:11] Speaker B: No, we both go together. Yep, let's go. [00:20:13] Speaker A: The baby been here by itself already. [00:20:15] Speaker B: So then she was like warmer than us. [00:20:17] Speaker A: Why he stopped crying? I was like, why did he stop crying? What made him start crying? Yeah, I ain't got time for that. [00:20:26] Speaker B: Are you going back? [00:20:26] Speaker A: Hell no. My TV too big. I see everything. Nah, you gotta go back. Scare the fuck outta me. [00:20:30] Speaker B: You gotta go back. [00:20:31] Speaker A: I hate that kind of big ass shit. [00:20:33] Speaker B: Because what it is is they going to get married. [00:20:37] Speaker A: Yeah, I know that. [00:20:38] Speaker B: So the family is like kind of crazy. Something's going on with the family. [00:20:41] Speaker A: His family or her family? [00:20:42] Speaker B: His family. [00:20:43] Speaker A: Ah, yeah. [00:20:44] Speaker B: So it's. It's almost like they might be bringing her to sacrifice her or something like that. [00:20:49] Speaker A: Oh, kind of like that other. That's probably what it is. Yeah, that's probably what it is. All Right, y', all, we're finally getting to some of these emails. Oh, my God, this one's long too. Shout out to Cheryl. This might be the show emails. My. Nah, man, don't say that. L got a hard out. He got a hard out at 12:30. He got something to do. [00:21:08] Speaker B: Nah, I'm good, baby. [00:21:10] Speaker A: All right. She says WTF is up with three P's and five question marks. Hey, guys. Did you miss me? It's been a minute since I've sent an email. My bad. Life has been lifeing. First off, I want to go back to the episode where l was crying real tears on the show. I think it was the episode where B said something about mystical son that was so. [00:21:31] Speaker B: That's still funny. Like, I could. I could cry now. [00:21:33] Speaker A: What I said she need to stay [00:21:35] Speaker B: away from anything mystical. [00:21:37] Speaker A: Yeah, anything mystic or some shit. Yeah. I'm trying to figure out how he was able to assault her twice. You two also talked about only fans. And I sometimes wish I was a low down, dirty rotten city girl so that I could join the girlies at the bank. But too bad I have morals. But if pushed on the shovel, I don't know what to tell you. LOL. OnlyFans ain't got to be sexual stuff, though. [00:22:00] Speaker B: Yeah, it don't. [00:22:00] Speaker A: It really started out as like, let's say, like, it's Cardi B and you wanna watch Cardi B cooking, she'll put all her cooking content on OnlyFans. You just gotta pay to see her cooking content. Yeah, but regular people just realize that they not censoring. [00:22:16] Speaker B: They not watching over there yet. [00:22:18] Speaker A: Well, no, they not censoring. You can put anything up there. And OnlyFans is gonna. You know, the people that own it is going to allow sexual content. Then it turned into like a porn site because they didn't care. But you still, like. It's still some celebrities that got like extra content. Kind of like a Patreon on there. So you can. You know what I'm saying? You can put whatever. You put your rap lyrics up there or something. Once upon a time in music, them people will pay to see you rap. Rap lyrics also. I think on that episode B was playing games and wanting to fight at work. Is that when he went, oh, that's [00:22:58] Speaker B: the story about the guy that pulled around back. [00:23:01] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I think that probably was that one. Yep. On this Week's episode, you2, you talked about having multiple jobs and I need two also because your girl got some expensive habits. Do y' all know the Price tag on some of these perfumes? Yeah, I do. I got some. I ain't gonna say which one I got. If I say a couple of them, y' all will know how much they cost. I got a couple crees. Got a couple big bottles. Couple mfks. Y' all know who make mfk. Mkf. Mfk. [00:23:31] Speaker B: I was gonna say it's something a little twist around in there. [00:23:34] Speaker A: It's mfk. [00:23:35] Speaker B: Okay. [00:23:36] Speaker A: Yeah. Shout out to them. You know what I'm saying? Couple givenchies. And you know all the rest of the stuff. Yeah, we got perfumes and colognes on this side. [00:23:47] Speaker B: Cheryl Poison. [00:23:47] Speaker A: Is she a perfume connoisseur? [00:23:50] Speaker B: Yeah. I know what her. Wherever she got it sitting, I know what her dresser looks like. [00:23:56] Speaker A: Oh. Cause she posts it all the time. [00:23:59] Speaker B: No, like, it's crazy. All the stuff she always talk about. And you smelled her? Mm, no. [00:24:08] Speaker A: I don't know. Maybe. Probably so. [00:24:09] Speaker B: But, like, no matter what, you smell her after she leaves, you smell her when she gets there. [00:24:16] Speaker A: I wanna do, is she into it? Cause there's some people that's so into colognes and perfumes that they know the two types to mix to make it hit even harder. [00:24:26] Speaker B: I wonder if. [00:24:27] Speaker A: So it's some people that know how to mix it like that. I ain't that level. You know what I'm saying? I just, you know, I get this one or that one and try not to get, like, super popular so you don't smell like everybody else, but. Cause sometimes somebody will say something like, I remember one summer, women was like, they, like, sauvage or whatever. Then all the niggas got it, so everybody was smelling like that, you know what I'm saying? So try to find some stuff that. Something that smell good that just not, like super, super, super popular, you know? [00:24:59] Speaker B: So she also wanted to do YouTube. [00:25:02] Speaker A: She should. It's. It's a. A guy, he does it. He was in on a show called. What's the name of that show? Matter of fact, I interviewed one of the people off of the show. It's a show. It was on. It was on, like, to be. Well, they moved to. To be now, but it was like a Internet. But anyway, one of the guy. One of the main characters on that show, he does a. He has a YouTube where he talk about colognes and stuff. [00:25:31] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:25:32] Speaker A: Yeah. That's a whole industry too. [00:25:34] Speaker B: Oh, you gotta see TikTok. [00:25:35] Speaker A: Yeah, that's a whole industry. [00:25:36] Speaker B: TikTok is crazy. [00:25:40] Speaker A: I gotta do something strange for some change just to smell good. Then Your girl has a sneaker habit too. I've been on a no shoe buy month. No, I've been on a no shoe buy for four months. I'm like, pookie in this bitch. See, I ain't bought shoes in a long time. [00:25:56] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, I'm need to buy some. [00:25:59] Speaker A: I do need to buy another pair. I need rehab. And then to top it all off, I still gotta live from day to day. Full high gas, high bill side. And I want a Land Cruiser or a Lexus truck. Come see me. I need three jobs and a husband. Oh yeah. Cheryl had made a post about one of her pair of her shoes, like falling apart. Yeah, you gotta wear em. You gotta wear em. I had a couple pair I tried to wear to work and they fell apart. Cause I ain't warm in like six, seven years. So they flopped. [00:26:27] Speaker B: They get the flopping in the back. [00:26:29] Speaker A: Oh yeah, they did. They did them shits crumble up. Yeah, yeah, wear your shoes. Anyway, let's move on to treating everyone with respect. You never know how your interaction with someone will affect them or you. A while ago, me and some of my co workers went to Ruby Tuesday for lunch. I was at salad bar and the guy started some small talk with me. On this day, I wasn't even looking or feeling cute. We were laughing while making our salads. Nothing major. We said our goodbyes and went to our tables. I didn't think much about it. He wasn't flirting anything. But when it was time to pay the check, the waitress said the guy already paid for all of us. All of us. And told her to give me his business card and to call him being nice got me and my girls free lunch. Moral of the story, treat everyone like there's someone special. [00:27:17] Speaker B: Yeah, but did you call? [00:27:20] Speaker A: Yeah. Did you. [00:27:21] Speaker B: Did you call? [00:27:22] Speaker A: She left that part out. Yeah, yeah. She says Elle brings up Cadillac Records for any topic. Yo, either that's his favorite or he directed it. Is Cadillac in your top five? Nah, it's not. [00:27:38] Speaker B: I don't think so. [00:27:39] Speaker A: You just like it. As for the quotables and stuff, [00:27:42] Speaker B: I don't know. It would be top five music movie. [00:27:48] Speaker A: Okay, okay. [00:27:50] Speaker B: Yeah, it'll make do. [00:27:52] Speaker A: You know how mad you gotta be to set your job on fire? He was big mad. And now I'm gonna have to pay even more for paper products. Oh yeah, she talking about the guy that's. [00:28:00] Speaker B: I wonder what happened to that. [00:28:01] Speaker A: He said he just. Oh, you mean with him and all of that. [00:28:04] Speaker B: I wanna see what the building look like the day. [00:28:06] Speaker A: Two days after it probably just the walls up. That probably it. She said, I read about Caesar and the real life Planet of the Apes, too. That's crazy. We're at war. The apes at war. The world is really ending. I gotta get my life right. Yeah, you do. The world is ending. Y' all think you see it. You see Trump arguing with the Pope? [00:28:26] Speaker B: Dang. [00:28:27] Speaker A: Yeah. I ain't want to get. I ain't want to get biblical on y' all niggas. [00:28:32] Speaker B: I don't give a. God damn. [00:28:33] Speaker A: Yeah, Trump. She said, great show as always. See y' all next week. The one and only Cheryl Poison. Thank you, Cheryl. [00:28:44] Speaker B: Word, Cheryl. [00:28:46] Speaker A: We got a email from the homie Ebony. Shout out to Ebony. She says, another job. Said, hey, y', all, so be easy. Talking about he has another job. [00:28:55] Speaker B: How. [00:28:56] Speaker A: Anyway, so where's this other job? We want to know. I ain't gonna tell. [00:29:02] Speaker B: They'll do it. [00:29:02] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm not telling that. [00:29:03] Speaker B: Don't do it. You gonna get phone calls. [00:29:05] Speaker A: Yeah. Let me tell you something. You know when they say it was a meme that said no is a complete sentence. Let me say, I'll tell you no in a minute. I'll tell you no in a minute. She sent another email. She says, so I had to send another email because I'm mad at. L had my ass up till like 3am watching them chimps going at it. [00:29:26] Speaker B: I'm seeing you. [00:29:28] Speaker A: That was a good little documentary on Netflix. Chimp Empire. [00:29:31] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:29:31] Speaker A: I really had no idea that chimpanzees are the quintessential gang niggas. Yeah. Like on Hood. For real. I love some Planet of the Apes. So a primate documentary was perfect. I appreciate El suggesting it. I forgot that's what I should have watched. [00:29:46] Speaker B: Yeah. You say you was gonna watch it too? [00:29:48] Speaker A: Yeah, that's what I should have watched. That's what I. I was trying to find it, but it was something. I was like, it's something that he said, but I couldn't remember it. That's what I should have watched. [00:29:57] Speaker B: She sound like she did. Like, I did too. [00:29:58] Speaker A: Like, went down the rabbit hole. [00:30:00] Speaker B: Went down the rabbit hole. Went through YouTube's and then that documentary movie, that show or whatever. [00:30:07] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. I hope I get to check it out. I gotta work tonight. [00:30:11] Speaker B: Yeah, that's pretty good. That's where you need to watch it. [00:30:16] Speaker A: No, we can't watch. Well, I probably could. It depend on who that is. [00:30:20] Speaker B: Your boss on that camera, boy. [00:30:21] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, yeah. On that camera. [00:30:24] Speaker B: I found out little. Five minutes I sat there. [00:30:27] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah, you're on it. Yeah. Shout out to the homie. High star from mandatory overtime. He says fresh air. He said you're. What's up, y'? All? What's the vibes? Wanted to start out by saying, my guess for Beezy's moonlighting gig, I think you doing security at a fitness gym. Shit, I wish. We'll see where that lands. What's good, though? Have y' all caught any of the new Euphoria? Oh, that's something else I watched. Oh, you did Euphoria back? Yeah, I watched that first episode. [00:31:00] Speaker B: I didn't do the first one. [00:31:01] Speaker A: You gonna wait, Should I do the first one? You never watched Euphoria for it? [00:31:05] Speaker B: Nah. [00:31:06] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, they got, like, two seasons out. Already started. It's good. [00:31:10] Speaker B: Oh, I thought it was only one. [00:31:11] Speaker A: No, no, two seasons. [00:31:13] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:31:13] Speaker A: At least two, I think. Yeah, Euphoria is good. That's a good show. Okay. Another thing, I'm definitely a Fresh Air Fund alumni. [00:31:23] Speaker B: Definitely. Me too. [00:31:24] Speaker A: What is that? [00:31:25] Speaker B: That's what. That's what we talking about. [00:31:27] Speaker A: Oh, you talking about when you go up to. To the. They do the family swap type shit. Yeah. [00:31:32] Speaker B: You live with the rich folks. [00:31:34] Speaker A: Okay, okay. [00:31:35] Speaker B: Inner city kids living with the. [00:31:37] Speaker A: Okay. [00:31:38] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:31:38] Speaker A: So my family was in Jersey. First time I ever had access to a maid, I thought I was not here. Okay. The family he was with was in Jersey. [00:31:46] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:31:46] Speaker A: The first time I ever had access to a maid, I thought I was Richie Rich. My pops wasn't feeling that shit, though. He says, ice Spice, why you eating at McDonald's? Sure, they had a promo meal there and shit, but I ain't sit down in a McDonald's since, like, 2002. She was fighting out there. [00:32:03] Speaker B: He done jumped into aisle. [00:32:05] Speaker A: Yeah, he did. He did. All right, I'll let y' all get to it. My episode was fucking tardy this week, but check it out. I'll holler. Yeah, he just put his episode up today, so shout out to mandatory overtime. But, yeah, we'll get to that Ice Spice after we get to this last email from a relationship status podcast. Shout out to Yoshi. [00:32:23] Speaker B: Okay. Yoshi boy. [00:32:24] Speaker A: He says he back. He said, what up, fellas? Apologies about the lack of an email last week was visiting family, but we're back. Yeah, he went to New York and shit. [00:32:32] Speaker B: He ain't bring no doubles back. He ain't bring no beef patties back. He ain't bringing us nothing. [00:32:37] Speaker A: He bought some paintings for the studio back. Oh, he did shout out to Papayoshi. Okay, y' all got Last week's one, right? Stringer Bell, from one of the best series ever, the Wire. I know y' all love. See, I know y' all love the show, and I know it's been done before, but I think y' all should do a re watch and post that as a bonus episode. Just think about it. He said, here's this week's. This week's scenario. He said, all right, so let me tell y' all this. Why every time I say I'm staying up, I'm staying out of the way, I end up right in it. So, boom. I got this homeboy, real smooth, always got a master plan. The type that'll say, trust me with a straight face. And that's exactly when you shouldn't trust them. But me, I still roll with it every time. Now, the next thing I know, I'm caught up in this whole situation dealing with money gamblers and dudes who look like they don't laugh ever. And I'm sitting there like, yeah, I don't belong here, but can I leave? Nah, I'm too deep in now. And here's the crazy part. I gotta act like I know what I'm doing. Like I planned the whole thing. The whole time, I'm just trying not to mess up and get us both in trouble. But see, that's my problem. I'm loyal to a fault. My guy says we doing something, I'm like, all right, but if this go left, I'm telling everybody this was your idea. And somehow, don't ask me how, we end up flipping the whole situation on people who thought they had everything figured out. So, yeah, I might have been confused the whole time, but we pulled it off once again. Dope episode. Can't wait to hear the next one. [00:34:16] Speaker B: Damn. I thought I had it. [00:34:17] Speaker A: What do you think? What you thought it was? [00:34:19] Speaker B: When he said deep and you got into something else, I thought that was in too deep. [00:34:24] Speaker A: I thought so, too. That's why I paused. But the way he said it, he said, I'm too deep in now. And he didn't sound in too deep. Cause that would've. Yeah, that ain't. [00:34:33] Speaker B: I don't know this one. [00:34:34] Speaker A: He said something about gamblers, too. [00:34:37] Speaker B: He said they all around them, but they not smiling. [00:34:42] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:34:43] Speaker B: Damn, that's a hard one. [00:34:45] Speaker A: He got me stumped with this one. [00:34:46] Speaker B: Yeah, he got that one. [00:34:47] Speaker A: This might be a movie or something I ain't never watched. [00:34:49] Speaker B: You know what made it even harder? [00:34:50] Speaker A: What? [00:34:51] Speaker B: The fact that it's long. [00:34:54] Speaker A: Yeah, it's a lot. [00:34:55] Speaker B: If it was shorter. I think we would have been able to figure it out quicker, easier. But it's like so many details in there. [00:35:00] Speaker A: And he said he got homeboys that always say he got a master plan type that'll say, trust me, trust me. [00:35:09] Speaker B: And then he said if it don't work, that he's basically gonna tell. [00:35:19] Speaker A: No, [00:35:21] Speaker B: he gonna say he knew it. [00:35:25] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:35:25] Speaker B: Towards the end. Damn, we ain't got this one. Maybe he give us a hit on next week. [00:35:32] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, maybe he'll just tell us. [00:35:34] Speaker B: Don't tell us what it is. [00:35:35] Speaker A: Nah, tell us what. Yeah, give us another clue. Give us another week. Yeah, give us another week. Cause this might be a movie I didn't watch. Cause none of that rings a bell. [00:35:43] Speaker B: Nah, knowing him, he definitely. [00:35:45] Speaker A: Cause I don't think it's Casino. I don't think it's like he say around gamblers. And then when he say, like, they not smiling. I was thinking one of them, like movies like Goodfellas or something. But it's scenes in that movie where they laughing and cutting up. You know what I'm saying? So I don't know. I don't know what this one is. You got a stump with this one. [00:36:05] Speaker B: Damn. [00:36:06] Speaker A: Yeah, so I guess the first thing we'll talk about, High Star mentioned it. Ice Spice was in McDonald's. She had a meal at McDonald's, too. Like a real meal. But she did. This girl ran up on her at the McDonald's, Tried to sit down with him. Well, you can see y' all can see it. If you can't. Well, I'll narrate it for the people listening. So the girl walk up to her, she's saying something to Ice Spice. And the girl that's with Ice Spice, and I guess she don't like what Ice Spice saying to her. Yeah. And she get a nice bite's face and then she smack her. Well, the smack is coming for the people watching. [00:36:53] Speaker B: You see the boyfriend coming in behind her? [00:36:56] Speaker A: Yeah. You think he knows she on that bullshit? [00:36:58] Speaker B: Nah, he didn't know. Look at that big ass drink he got with her. Is that that big? [00:37:04] Speaker A: It looked like a fireball. [00:37:05] Speaker B: Whatever them. [00:37:06] Speaker A: It looked like a big thing of patron. A patron bottle that they put other shit in. Yeah. [00:37:11] Speaker B: Ooh. [00:37:12] Speaker A: They pushed the white girl down. [00:37:14] Speaker B: So watch this. The guy is gonna come after Ice Spice. [00:37:18] Speaker A: Ice Spice, Yeah. But see, he trying to get her to calm down at first, and she's still on that shit. And you in LA when there's like a lot of gang stuff, but Ice Spice went after the girl. [00:37:29] Speaker B: Damn, look at the friend. [00:37:32] Speaker A: Yeah, she ain't doing nothing. [00:37:33] Speaker B: She ain't even go over there. [00:37:34] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:37:34] Speaker B: Oh, hell no. [00:37:36] Speaker A: She probably helped publicist or something. Yeah, yeah. [00:37:40] Speaker B: And they in la, so. Damn. [00:37:42] Speaker A: Yeah, you gotta be careful out there. But it's a scene where Ice Spice was going after the dude. Really? She in McDonald's? She got a deal to McDonald's. People that work, they should have had her back. [00:37:53] Speaker B: Nah, it looked like late at night. It looked like shit. Ain't no workers in there, like. But yeah, Wizard Security, man. [00:38:03] Speaker A: That's what people were saying. But you think I Spice really got bread like that? That's afford security all the time. [00:38:10] Speaker B: If you out certain times of the day, you better. Hey, make that call. Hey, man, I want to go to McDonald's. I want to sit down in there, come take a ride and. [00:38:19] Speaker A: Niggas talking about, why would you sit down? I mean, okay, sitting down in McDonald's, but hey, McDonald's still slap, cuz. I'm sorry. [00:38:25] Speaker B: It do. Ice Spice talking about, yo, let's go shoot a fair one outside and all that. [00:38:55] Speaker A: And they did. They did fight outside, too. [00:38:57] Speaker B: Oh, they did? [00:38:58] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:38:58] Speaker B: I ain't see that. [00:39:00] Speaker A: Yeah, see, he trying to stop her from fighting a girl. Ah, [00:39:07] Speaker B: that look like a punch right there. [00:39:08] Speaker A: It did look like a little punch. [00:39:11] Speaker B: I ain't with it. [00:39:12] Speaker A: Me either. [00:39:13] Speaker B: She needs security out there or anybody holding down like you said. [00:39:17] Speaker A: One of those workers. [00:39:18] Speaker B: Yeah, but he still ain't dropped that damn drink either. [00:39:23] Speaker A: Nah, he didn't. And she. She was talking about you. £140. Let's get out of there. I think she drunk, too. [00:39:40] Speaker B: I wonder where they coming from. [00:39:47] Speaker A: Famous you from? What? [00:39:52] Speaker B: Where you from? [00:39:52] Speaker A: What happened? [00:39:54] Speaker B: You mean what happened? Yeah, she sounds drunk. [00:39:57] Speaker A: Yeah, she sounds drunk. [00:39:58] Speaker B: Yeah. Where they coming from, though? [00:40:01] Speaker A: Like, it's this thing where they. They fought in the. In the. In the middle of the street. There you go. [00:40:06] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, they fought, but they're not real fights. They're like. [00:40:11] Speaker A: No, they got at it oh, word. They got at it. Yeah. [00:40:15] Speaker B: Oh, okay. [00:40:16] Speaker A: Yeah, they got at it. [00:40:17] Speaker B: Oh, there you go. [00:40:19] Speaker A: Yeah, they, they, they're in la, so they squabbling cuz. Look, look, they squabbling cuz I'm over [00:40:26] Speaker B: here looking like who won on mamas. Not squabbling. [00:40:32] Speaker A: They squabbling cuz on mamas. Hey, don't push him though. Don't push him though. Don't push him cuz he can't hit you the back. Don't push him. [00:40:41] Speaker B: Oh, they trying to put rules in it. [00:40:44] Speaker A: Yeah, that's, that's smart though. Cause he can't, he can't hit your ass back. He had to warn that girl. Had to warn that girl. But yeah, that was the little thing with Hostile had alluded to about Ice Spice. [00:40:55] Speaker B: Listen, man, I'm surprised you talking about that. [00:40:58] Speaker A: He bought it up, but I don't, I mean, I'm trying to find the most shit that everybody talking about the most, but I don't give a damn. [00:41:05] Speaker B: I don't either. [00:41:06] Speaker A: The most. The, the. I wonder what she was eating. That's what I'm more concerned about, what's her meal. [00:41:11] Speaker B: I think she's a nugget kind of girl. [00:41:13] Speaker A: You think she a nugget kind of girl? [00:41:14] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:41:14] Speaker A: Look like a burger that was on the table. What's your go to at McDonald's? [00:41:18] Speaker B: Nuggets and double cheeseburger. [00:41:20] Speaker A: Okay. When you not trying to save money? [00:41:23] Speaker B: No, that's my man. You gotta see how many points I got. [00:41:26] Speaker A: Well, you get a 20 piece or something? [00:41:28] Speaker B: Yeah, I get a 20 piece and I get two double cheeseburgers. [00:41:30] Speaker A: And you eat that in how many settings? [00:41:33] Speaker B: One setting. What do you mean? [00:41:34] Speaker A: Ain't no fucking way. Two double cheeseburgers and 20 nuggets. Yeah, man, but you don't get no fries. [00:41:41] Speaker B: Nah, that's what I. [00:41:42] Speaker A: What you drinking? [00:41:43] Speaker B: Whatever I got at the house. [00:41:45] Speaker A: 20 Nuggets is insane. [00:41:47] Speaker B: Hey, the nuggets are smaller. [00:41:50] Speaker A: Nah, they changed. Two double cheeseburgers. Yeah, no onions should be enough. That's a crazy. You gotta get them onions cuz. That give that extra flavor. [00:41:59] Speaker B: Hell no. [00:42:02] Speaker A: I, I get a 10 piece in a double cheeseburger. [00:42:06] Speaker B: Oh, for real? Nah, I'm 20. [00:42:07] Speaker A: 20 piece or I'll get a McChicken in the double cheeseburger. [00:42:11] Speaker B: I haven't had McChicken in I don't know how long. [00:42:14] Speaker A: Yeah, I might get that when I leave this mother right here. [00:42:17] Speaker B: Go and drop one back by over here. [00:42:20] Speaker A: I know. Didn't I tell you? I got somewhere to Be right. Yeah, get one of it. Get one of your actors to bring you something to eat. Director. Hey, go to McDonald's and get me this, that, and the third Uber. You got points. Yeah, wish y' all McDonald's. Go to. And don't come here on your goddamn high horse talking about, I don't eat McDonald's. [00:42:40] Speaker B: It's bad for you. It ain't real food. [00:42:41] Speaker A: Shut your ass up. [00:42:42] Speaker B: The nuggets aren't real. [00:42:44] Speaker A: You eat that soy. We know that soy gave you cancer. I was engineered at Scumbag Lounge. And I guess Donald Trump said something about Coca Cola killing cancer. What? Yeah. I don't know. I was. You know what I'm saying? I hadn't heard it, but I drank a lot of Coke. Guess what I don't got. Look what I got on Guess what I don't got. [00:43:14] Speaker B: I'm wearing a shirt that says, I love Diet Coke. [00:43:16] Speaker A: Hey, that's apropos. Yeah. How fitting. How ironic. [00:43:22] Speaker B: Ironic. [00:43:22] Speaker A: It's very ironic. But yeah, get you a coat. Like Richard Pryor said about Bill Cosby, tell Bill I have a coconut smile and shut the up. What else happened this week? [00:43:40] Speaker B: I don't know. It sounded like he ran out of. [00:43:45] Speaker C: Is being called an inspiration after he found thousands of dollars at the restaurant [00:43:49] Speaker A: and turned it in. [00:43:50] Speaker C: Chris Coke is live after talking to him and the owner. [00:43:52] Speaker A: Speaking of Coke. [00:43:53] Speaker B: Chris Coker. [00:43:55] Speaker A: Oh, Coker. [00:43:56] Speaker D: Courtney. Jaden Cintron told me on Good Friday, unless they spell walked into the bathroom during his break like he always does. Jaden Cintron was hard at work at Chick Fil a on Monday, but on Good Friday, his character was tested and he passed with flying colors. Kinston police say On Friday, almost $10,000 in cash was left in the restaurant's men's restroom beside the toilet. Centron walked into the stall during his break like he always does, and saw the cash. [00:44:21] Speaker A: Then I just picked it up, up and I brought it to human resources. [00:44:24] Speaker D: The money was inside two envelopes. When he found it, I asked him why he didn't just keep the money for himself. [00:44:29] Speaker A: But that's not what Jesus would have done. That's not what God would have wanted. [00:44:32] Speaker D: Centron said his faith guides his thought process. [00:44:35] Speaker A: Money is useless when without character. [00:44:37] Speaker D: Kinston Police Chief Keith Goyette said, it's amazing that Chief Keith, what he knew was right. [00:44:41] Speaker A: A lot of people, these names will unfortunately take that money and run with it. But kudos to that employee at Chick Fil A definitely deserves an Award. [00:44:50] Speaker D: John McFall is the owner of the Chick Fil A in Kinston. He said Centron embodies the Chick Fil A way. [00:44:55] Speaker A: A true leadership, you know, true integrity is doing the right thing when no one's watching. And Jay did that in this case, and, you know, he should be commended for it. [00:45:05] Speaker D: Centron said the owner of the money found out he turned it in and offered him $500 for his good deed. Centron declined the money several times before eventually accepting it. He said he didn't want a cash reward for simply doing what was right. [00:45:17] Speaker A: I don't want anything out of this. I just want. I did this because that's what Jesus would do. Hey, shout out to this. [00:45:25] Speaker B: He, he, he. I think. I think he's on this. On the spectrum. [00:45:29] Speaker A: Why? [00:45:32] Speaker B: I don't know. I just. I just feel. [00:45:34] Speaker A: $10,000. They say it was $5,000 in two. Well, $10,000 in two envelopes. [00:45:40] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:45:41] Speaker A: Seemed like to me when I heard that, I heard it was in two bank envelopes. [00:45:45] Speaker B: Yeah, that's what. [00:45:45] Speaker A: Somebody got it out of their bank account. [00:45:47] Speaker B: Oh, somebody was gonna do a deposit that morning. You know, somebody envelopes. Somebody worked at a business and was. [00:45:57] Speaker A: When I. All right, this just my mind when I hear somebody gonna make a deposit with cash, they in them little zipper leather little things and they put the money in that. That's why I say bank deposit or whatever. But either way, if it was me and I found that $10,000, I probably would have turned it in too. [00:46:17] Speaker B: Yeah. Cause it would have been tricky. You don't know if anybody else came in there before you. So you don't want it to fall on you. [00:46:27] Speaker A: Not even fall on me. I would have been like, what if that was somebody money to go buy a car or they were saving that money. Especially if it was in bank envelopes. [00:46:37] Speaker B: Oh, you're a good guy. [00:46:38] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cause I wouldn't have been able to spend it in good conscience. Now if it was a D boy and he dropped his money and I saw it or whatever. [00:46:45] Speaker B: 10,000, though. [00:46:46] Speaker A: 10,000. [00:46:47] Speaker B: I don't know. [00:46:48] Speaker A: I probably wouldn't. [00:46:49] Speaker B: I don't know, B. [00:46:50] Speaker A: What? [00:46:50] Speaker B: I'm not believing you a little bit. [00:46:52] Speaker A: Nah, for real. 10,000. I would have turned it in, and hopefully they would have been like, yeah, here comes some money. He would have been $500 more than what he would have. You know what I'm saying? Had before. [00:47:02] Speaker B: You sound good. You sound. You sound. [00:47:03] Speaker A: $10,000. Really go fast. Yeah. [00:47:05] Speaker B: Turn this mic off and say. I mean real. [00:47:09] Speaker A: Yeah, for real. I had A. So I know somebody that found somebody's money, right. And it had the name. This is before, like social media. Yeah, but it had the name, address and everything in it. And it was like some hundreds of dollars in it or whatever. They took the money, spent it, and threw the wallet away. This is the only time I will believe in karma because ever since then, this person has had financial trouble and it's been 35, 40 years. I don't even believe in karma. But this is the only time, like, you knew this wasn't your money. It had it on there like it's a guy. So it was one day I was at the port in Charleston and I pulled up to the thing. I got out the. You have to. Unless unlatch the container that's on the back of your truck or whatever, so they can lift it off. So I get out my truck and basically when you. Cause of the length of the truck, most of the time people gonna stop at the same spot and get out. So when I stopped the truck and got out, I saw something over there and I looked, I was like, what is that? I was like, oh, shoot, that's a wallet. So I went to the wallet, got it. It had my man name, number. I mean, well, it had his name, license, all of that, like five cards in it. I can't remember if it was on cash in or whatever, but I saw where he was from, so I put it on like social media. Like, anybody know this guy? Whatever. Somebody knew the guy. And we happened to. Just somebody that I knew, happened to know him, got in touch with him, gave him my number, and he called me and I met him the next day at the port and got him his car. Yeah, and he had like his Navy federal card and this credit union card or what. It had like five cars in there. But yeah, so you know what I'm saying? [00:48:53] Speaker B: So, yeah, but that money, that cash [00:48:56] Speaker A: sitting in an envelope, I probably. I. I wouldn't feel I couldn't spend that money in good conscience. [00:49:01] Speaker B: And they. In Chick Fil A, you know what that means, right? [00:49:04] Speaker A: What Jesus left it for him. And you know, some people that say that this was a blessing from God. God bless me for. From that. Yeah, you. You turn away your blessing. Yeah, that's how some people think. Yeah, but 500 is wild. They could have gave him a stack. They couldn't do that because you really was. Out of. Out of 10. [00:49:25] Speaker B: Yeah, they could have given it. [00:49:26] Speaker A: Yeah. Yeah. I feel good for that young man, for, you know, having that belief. But yeah, I Think he is on the spectrum though, but. [00:49:34] Speaker B: Huh. See? [00:49:36] Speaker A: Yeah, but I still would. I. I mean, I'm probably on the spectrum too. [00:49:40] Speaker B: Yeah, you are. I already told you, you got certain little things. [00:49:47] Speaker A: Give me one. [00:49:49] Speaker B: The face thing you make. [00:49:51] Speaker A: Oh, I do that when I'm thinking. Yeah, but [00:49:56] Speaker B: you got like a mild case of. [00:49:59] Speaker A: Go ahead, say it out loud, nigga. You know you leave your pistol in the car. You don't bring your pistol in here. [00:50:06] Speaker B: Yeah, baby. [00:50:06] Speaker A: And I break the law. So. So go ahead and say it. Say it. You better say it the nicest way you can, my. [00:50:11] Speaker B: Nah, B. [00:50:12] Speaker A: You nah, go ahead. [00:50:13] Speaker B: You're a unique fella, that's all. [00:50:19] Speaker A: Let me tell you something. I did not go to lunch at 10 o'. Clock. You know what I'm saying? Everybody on the spectrum, though. I feel like everybody on it a little bit. [00:50:26] Speaker B: Yeah. I wonder what my. I wonder what my tick is. My little you. [00:50:31] Speaker A: You are very you. [00:50:34] Speaker B: Well, I know I'm picky with food, but. [00:50:37] Speaker A: Yeah, you are. You weird. You picky like a fucking six year old. [00:50:40] Speaker B: If I could get. Give me nuggets and macaroni. [00:50:44] Speaker A: I don't want this hot dog. It don't got no burn on it. [00:50:46] Speaker B: Yeah, I'm serious about hot dogs. [00:50:48] Speaker A: Your hot dog gotta have burn on it. [00:50:50] Speaker B: Nah, I can't. It can only be a certain brand. Nathan's or Sabrette. [00:50:57] Speaker A: So you don't go to like places locally and get hot dog. [00:51:00] Speaker B: Man, I almost threw up the other day. Had a hot dog at the. At the baseball field. [00:51:05] Speaker A: Oh. Cause them shit, they probably do the cheap peak joints, man. They did ballpark, so. But it wasn't all beef. Ballpark though. [00:51:12] Speaker B: It was beef, but it's like eating a rolled up bologna. Like it was soft in the middle. I ain't with it. [00:51:19] Speaker A: Oh, they didn't do it good. Yeah, they didn't grill it. [00:51:21] Speaker B: It ain't grilled. [00:51:22] Speaker A: It gotta be grilled. [00:51:23] Speaker B: I think so. [00:51:24] Speaker A: Is there any place locally that you can eat the hot dog? [00:51:27] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:51:28] Speaker A: Other than how was the hot dog? Cause you got the hot dog at Buddy's that time. How was that? [00:51:33] Speaker B: I did. [00:51:34] Speaker A: Yeah. Remember you got a hot dog and the damn burger? [00:51:39] Speaker B: Yeah, it was good. [00:51:42] Speaker A: Damn. I didn't remember that. You got both of them. Like, this is 32. And they ain't bought your daughter nothing. Like, okay, this is. This is all you. [00:51:50] Speaker B: She want nothing, man. Something a little small. [00:51:53] Speaker A: Yeah, later. Whatever this. [00:51:55] Speaker B: Talk about it. Yeah, you got a burger hot dog. [00:51:57] Speaker A: You ate. You. [00:51:58] Speaker B: You took 33 bites of it. Yeah. [00:52:01] Speaker A: You watching me, man, the whole thing, all of that. You still want to ride? You still want to ride? I know you full as hell about to go to see them fall asleep on the damn trail. Don't take me home. [00:52:13] Speaker B: So what's my take, man? What's my. [00:52:16] Speaker A: You. [00:52:17] Speaker B: You was about to say kind of [00:52:19] Speaker A: with reason, but you. You kind of a hypochondriac. [00:52:24] Speaker B: They call me what's called at work. [00:52:26] Speaker A: What? [00:52:26] Speaker B: A germaphobe. [00:52:27] Speaker A: There you go. A germaphobe. You're a germaphobe for sure. [00:52:30] Speaker B: No, I'm not. [00:52:31] Speaker A: I ain't want to say hypochondriac, but you definitely a germaphobe. Like, nah. The way you grab the headphones when you think somebody had used them before, you always. You grab it like a used tissue that you got to pick up. You'd be like. And wipe them off on your shirt. I'm surprised you don't wipe them off on the damn chair or something. [00:52:52] Speaker B: For real. [00:52:52] Speaker A: Who you always say this? Who's been. Who's been. Who's been using these? Let me try to get my Staten island voice. Yo, who's been using these headphones? [00:53:04] Speaker B: These? [00:53:04] Speaker A: His head. Greasy as hell, son. Dead ass. Who's been using these? Got grease all over their face. [00:53:17] Speaker B: So that's it? [00:53:18] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm just joking. Yeah, it's gemmophobe. I mean, but you got a valid reason why you don't like niggas sniffling and coughing around you? [00:53:26] Speaker B: I've always been like this, even before. Yeah, man. [00:53:28] Speaker A: Word. [00:53:29] Speaker B: I don't know. Yeah, I could go on for days without that. I guess I'm a unique fella also. [00:53:35] Speaker A: Everybody. Unique. It's kind of like in that show how my man say everybody look normal from across the street. [00:53:44] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. [00:53:44] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? It's like that everybody look normal, but everybody got some shit that might be a little weird about him. You know what I'm saying? Like. Like, you say the face. [00:53:52] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:53:53] Speaker A: You know what I'm saying? [00:53:53] Speaker B: You know what? Go ahead, Go ahead. [00:53:56] Speaker A: I want to ask you, like, you know where Jordan got the tongue sticking out thing from? Where he said his. When his dad used to work on cars. [00:54:05] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:54:05] Speaker A: He would be sticking. He was sticking out. Yeah. He said he got it from his dad. So, like, whenever he concentrating, playing ball, he stick. That's why he do the tongue out thing. [00:54:13] Speaker B: Yeah, do your shit. [00:54:15] Speaker A: What, my. Nah, I can't do it. [00:54:16] Speaker B: You can't even do it right. That's crazy. [00:54:18] Speaker A: Nah, I just like. [00:54:20] Speaker B: Yeah, at first I seen. I was like, oh, this is simple. [00:54:23] Speaker A: They said, this what? [00:54:24] Speaker B: This simple. What you doing? [00:54:35] Speaker A: Like that? Yeah. Nah, that ain't it. It ain't it. [00:54:37] Speaker B: Nah, you gotta really be in it. [00:54:39] Speaker A: Yeah, I can't. You gotta feel it. Yeah. It's just something like. But I don't do it in public. It'd be like, you don't? No, I don't do it in public. Hell no. You ain't about to think I'm. Who is this? This simple ass simple jackass. [00:54:54] Speaker B: Nah, it ain't that bad. [00:54:54] Speaker A: Radio. [00:54:55] Speaker B: It ain't that bad. I just like it with you, man. Said radio. [00:54:58] Speaker A: Yeah, my hands. And what you was about to say, though. [00:55:05] Speaker B: I don't remember. [00:55:08] Speaker A: Something about the faces in Jordan. I said something about Jordan in the tongue. [00:55:13] Speaker B: Shit, it's gone. [00:55:14] Speaker A: My bad. [00:55:15] Speaker B: Nah, you good. It's gone. [00:55:17] Speaker A: Let's see what else happened this week. [00:55:18] Speaker B: Oh, that's what I was gonna ask you. [00:55:19] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:55:20] Speaker B: Have you watched that show Memory of a Killer? [00:55:25] Speaker A: No. [00:55:26] Speaker B: Oh, put that on your list. [00:55:29] Speaker A: All right. It's good. [00:55:30] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, yeah. [00:55:31] Speaker A: Somebody else was talking about that too. [00:55:32] Speaker B: I told you about it a couple probably a month ago. [00:55:37] Speaker A: Yeah, I think somebody after you said it, because we were saying, what does it come on? Somebody email. Well, I said it, that it comes on like regular TV or whatever. [00:55:47] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, yeah, you right. You're right. [00:55:49] Speaker A: Yeah, that's good. Real, real quick, let me go back to our. Let me see if I can go to these comments in this show because we did have some comments in our last episode. [00:56:00] Speaker B: That simple. [00:56:03] Speaker A: Oh, my bad, y'. All. I'm trying to get to the comments. How you get to the comments? Oh, okay, here we go. [00:56:11] Speaker B: Uh, if single. [00:56:16] Speaker A: No. Well, we got four comments. I guess she was shout out to Ms. Wade. I think she was watching. I mean commenting as she was watching. That's what she does. She said something very bad is going to happen. Was working my last nerve. She said she turned it off. Yeah, good. I turned that mother off too. [00:56:33] Speaker B: Oh, so she was scared too. [00:56:35] Speaker A: Yeah, well, maybe not scared, just. It was. Maybe it was just too suspenseful for or something, I don't know. She said if a single middle aged woman who is about to be an empty nester in a year wanted to change careers but not sure which to pivot to, what would you guys suggest? What would you say? [00:56:57] Speaker B: I don't know. It depends on how far if you just want another job or you want a full career. She say career, but [00:57:08] Speaker A: I mean, what you're doing. [00:57:11] Speaker B: Is it paying your bills, nursing or something? Something with nursing. Maybe a travel nurse. [00:57:16] Speaker A: If whatever you doing right now is paying your bills and you get to do whatever you want to do as far as like traveling and stuff like that, you work a 9 to 5, you off on the weekends, you better stay your ass where you at. [00:57:29] Speaker B: Yeah, that's what I think too. But a lot of people look at careers as a. As the thing. I look at just chasing the money, I think. I think you the same way. [00:57:40] Speaker A: Well, I mean, I look at careers as a thing too. But I don't care if you got a job or career right now, if whatever you doing, especially if you single, if whatever you doing, paying your bills, you don't have to work a second job and you, you get to do extra shit. Yeah, like some people, all they can do is go to work and come home. They can't do no extra shit. They can't do no extra, extra eating out. They might get to eat out once a week. Some people get to eat out all the time. Some people get to go places whenever they want to enjoy stuff like concerts and special events. It's some people that can't do none of that shit. [00:58:17] Speaker B: Yeah, you're right. [00:58:17] Speaker A: And if you able to do that on one income and this your job, you ride that motherfucker till the wheels fall off. Cause there's a lot of people who go into another area and get stuck. Cause they can't do what they been doing or you know what I'm saying, If it's cool with your lifestyle outside of work, you know that work life balance type shit. And you get to do all the extra shit, stay ahead where you at. I don't give a damn what you're doing. Yeah, if you got. If you the garbage man and you get to do extra and you the garbage man, you don't like smelling that garbage, you better plug your nose up. But stay your ass right where you at. Stay your ass right where. Unless you were at a job to where you know they about to do some layoffs or something like that. But how going right now? Stay your ass where you at? Stay your ass where you at? [00:59:04] Speaker B: Make the money. [00:59:05] Speaker A: Make that money. It is. It's only eight hours. It's only eight hours. What else happened this week? It was something else I wanted to get to before we got out of here. Shout out to you for that if y' all want to. You know what I'm saying? If you're watching the video on YouTube, send a comment. We'll read your comment. We'll read your comment, y'. All. Oh, we, we talked about this guy, David. Yeah. [00:59:36] Speaker B: Is he a rapper or is he a singer? I think he's a singer, right? [00:59:41] Speaker A: Yeah, I think he's a singer. [00:59:43] Speaker B: He did it. [00:59:44] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, he did it. And what the. [00:59:47] Speaker B: So we talked about it once, probably. I think we talked about it twice. [00:59:51] Speaker A: Yeah. Because so in the beginning and it's. Oh, I know what happened. So in the beginning he was. So it's a couple crazy things about the story. One thing is that the person that he allegedly killed at the time, she was underage. [01:00:14] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:00:15] Speaker A: And it was like hints that they were together. Like she would have on his jacket in her videos and he would have the jacket on in another video, like a book bag, like stuff like that. Like it was hints. And then the thing that happened was that she got killed and she was found in his car at the airport. It was at the airport. Yeah, it was at, like at the airport. Too long or something like that. And so he was saying it wasn't him while that. Whatever, whatever. He's finally been arrested in connection with her death. And this is breaking news. [01:00:52] Speaker E: The LAPD has arrested the singer David, who's also known as 21 year old David Burke, for the murder murder of Celeste Rivas. Now this is a major update in an investigation into the death of a 14 year old whose decomposed body was found in the trunk of David's Tesla last September. Let's bring in NBC's Camilla Bernal who's been following this one for us. This is a huge update. And for everybody that's been following this case since the discovery of the body in David's Tesla, the big question has always been why has he not been named as suspect? And today he's arrested. [01:01:28] Speaker C: Yes. And I can't tell you why it took so long, but he was arrested today on suspicion of murder. He has not been charged. So this is going to be presented to the DA on Monday. So we might get some charges on Monday. And it's serious because obviously we know it's on suspicion of murder. So he might be charged with murder. We knew that they had done interviews, we knew there was a grand jury, we knew they had canvassed for video in the area, but they never arrested him like you mentioned. And everybody sort of questioned this in terms of, yes, she was in his Tesla, it was his car. Why is he not arrested quickly and he wasn't. And we don't have an answer as to why, but we do know that he had been the focus of this investigation because of the relationship, because of his Tesla. And months and months later, we now have this arrest. [01:02:20] Speaker A: I know people, like. They say stuff like why it took the police so long when it's all that kind of stuff. They be knowing, man. They be knowing. They just be waiting to make sure. And they have it all sewn up, man. Yeah, they be knowing. They be having your ass. I'm talking about. They be having your ass. [01:02:33] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:02:34] Speaker A: If you watch some of these, like, documentaries with, like, drug dealers and stuff, the stuff they know before niggas even start snitching, like, it's crazy. They knew. You know what I'm saying? They knew. They knew this. They just wanted to, you know, make it solid. Yeah. The way he can't get out or whatever. So. [01:02:53] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:02:54] Speaker A: But, yeah, he's been arrested. They say he ain't in charge yet, but I'm sure that's coming. But that was one that I wanted to kind of get the backstory on. It was one thing I saw, though. Do you like. You like volleyball? [01:03:06] Speaker B: No. [01:03:07] Speaker A: You don't like volleyball? [01:03:08] Speaker B: I mean, what would I like about it? [01:03:10] Speaker A: Not even women's volleyball? [01:03:12] Speaker B: I see where you're getting to, but. Nah, I'm good. [01:03:14] Speaker A: What do you mean? [01:03:16] Speaker B: Why. Why would I like women's volleyball? [01:03:18] Speaker A: Have you seen this volleyball player going viral? [01:03:21] Speaker B: Is it the same one we brought up a couple months ago? [01:03:23] Speaker A: Nah, this is another one. You talking about Kim Glass? [01:03:26] Speaker B: I don't know who it was. [01:03:27] Speaker A: Nah, this is another one. This is another one. Let's see if you like this volleyball player right here. [01:03:33] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, I see that. I see it. That is sassy, boy. [01:03:37] Speaker A: That nigga killing it, though. [01:03:38] Speaker B: Look at that. Look at that. [01:03:42] Speaker A: How you getting beat by a zesty? I ain't want to say that. Let me say that. Let me stop saying zesty. He's sassy. Yeah, he said he very flamboyant. [01:03:51] Speaker B: They gotta look at that can jump, bro. [01:03:55] Speaker A: You know? Hey, that can jump, though. [01:03:57] Speaker B: You know how that net is, right? [01:03:58] Speaker A: Yes. He killing that. [01:04:02] Speaker B: Is he? He looked like he's foreign, like, Filipino, so. [01:04:05] Speaker A: Yeah, he got some skills, though. [01:04:08] Speaker B: He blew the kisses at him. [01:04:11] Speaker A: Yeah. But a nice, buddy. Nice, though. [01:04:13] Speaker B: Yes. [01:04:14] Speaker A: Yeah, I saw that. I was like, I'm play that for L or C. Oh, you did see that? [01:04:18] Speaker B: Yeah, I've seen the ones where they're doing, like, commentary, what's called interview. Oh, no, they. They're talking over it. They're doing, like, a voiceover on it. [01:04:28] Speaker A: Oh, oh, so they. Yeah, yeah. Because it was one. It was one guy was like, he. They don't need that in the game of volleyball or some shit. And they had interviewed him and he was like, he just, you know what I'm saying? Expressing himself and having fun or whatever. So. [01:04:41] Speaker B: Yeah, leave him alone. [01:04:42] Speaker A: Yeah, leave my man alone. Yeah, he. I. I know how high that volleyball net is and how high he don't. He wasn't even like the tallest person on the team. [01:04:51] Speaker B: He liked the shorts. [01:04:52] Speaker A: That motherfucker was getting up there, boy, thinking about you getting dunked on. On the nigga. And that motherfucker sachet off on your ass. [01:04:58] Speaker B: Shut up, man. [01:04:59] Speaker A: Man, shout out to my man. Shout out to buddy, man. Yeah, talk about, yeah, look at Spike on your ass. Y [01:05:13] Speaker B: wham. [01:05:16] Speaker A: He spock your ass. Be like, not clock, clock it. Clock it on your ass. Yeah, yeah, but shout out to my man, though. I guess we're getting into our last segment before we get out of here. [01:05:30] Speaker B: What you got? [01:05:31] Speaker A: You know what I got. Okay, I did fraud today. [01:05:36] Speaker B: Hey, I did fraud today, okay. [01:05:39] Speaker A: I did fraud today. [01:05:42] Speaker B: Okay. [01:05:42] Speaker A: I did fraud today. I did fraud. [01:05:45] Speaker B: Okay. [01:06:05] Speaker A: Yeah. So that sound means it's our scam of the week and our scam of the week this time. This is this week. It takes us to North Carolina. So this is less of a scam and just more of straight stealing. [01:06:19] Speaker B: Just a robbery. [01:06:20] Speaker A: Yeah. Now I know two people that probably got caught up in this ring in North Carolina. Shout out to Wally June, the Music Jones podcast. [01:06:30] Speaker B: They stole his car. [01:06:31] Speaker A: Yeah, they stole his car one time. Yep, stole his car. They kind of fucked it up a little bit on the inside too. [01:06:37] Speaker B: Oh, word. [01:06:39] Speaker A: I wanna say he had to get a new windshield and something else, but they kind of fucked his car up, but he got it back and got it fixed or whatever. And then my homegirl Tre shout out to Treece. Just Treece on Instagram. But they stole her car, stole her Infinity, and when she got that motherfucker back, that shit was through. [01:07:00] Speaker B: She didn't even want it back. [01:07:02] Speaker A: She didn't even want it back. I wanna say after she, no, yeah, they stole her Infinity and she had to get something else and she got Alexis. But yeah, yeah, but yeah. So they still cause bad in Charlotte. They still cause bad in Charlotte, but I think a lot of it is this ring right here. Multi state crime ring operating out of Charlotte. Authorities say that luxury cars were stolen from car dealerships and driveways and then sold for big money. Tonight only Channel 9's crime reporter Hunter Signs sat down with our local US attorney to learn more about this scheme. And Hunter, you were told that this has actually become a trend. [01:07:47] Speaker F: Yeah. Erica, the U.S. attorney here in the Charlotte area tells me that this was a case of sophisticated criminals who took part in a specific type of theft ring that is actually on the rise. These two men will spend at least four years in prison after they took part in a luxury vehicle theft ring for fueled by drug trafficking. [01:08:10] Speaker A: This case came about through old fashioned police work. [01:08:12] Speaker F: Russ Ferguson is the U.S. attorney for the Western district of North Carolina. His prosecutors handled the case that started back in 2023. [01:08:21] Speaker A: It was a series of brazen crimes. They were buying stolen cars, they were [01:08:25] Speaker F: renting cars and not returning them, stealing [01:08:27] Speaker A: them from people's driveways, stealing them from car dealerships, doing all of that stuff. [01:08:31] Speaker F: The ring operated out of Charlotte, but hit every eight other states from Alabama to New York. This was a well planned out, multi state operation. [01:08:40] Speaker A: He looked proud. [01:08:41] Speaker F: It was a small business. Aaron Woodson, Andrea Sumner were known as fences or middlemen. Knowingly buying stolen cars from those who stole them in audacious ways. Like this. We covered this break in at a dealership on Independence Boulevard in 2023. It's not connected to this specific case but. But it and so many others we've covered paint the picture. Woodson and Sumner would then change the VINs on the cars and sell them for big profits. Search warrants at their Charlotte homes also found guns and cash. [01:09:19] Speaker A: We're seeing that's a lot of cash like this. [01:09:21] Speaker F: Ferguson says his team has charged 16 people in similar cases trying to curb these rings. [01:09:29] Speaker A: I don't know what they're gonna do to stop all this car theft. [01:09:33] Speaker B: Tag cars was. That's what they call them in New York, tag cars. Like when they changed the VINs and all that, that was big in New York, real big. And that was on the map. [01:09:44] Speaker A: Oh okay. [01:09:45] Speaker B: So I know it's even bigger now with all these damn hellcats and they steal them bad. [01:09:51] Speaker A: They steal them bad. [01:09:52] Speaker B: Yeah man, they. [01:09:54] Speaker A: That's what Wally. Well, he don't got a hellcat, but he got a SS Camaro and they got his. [01:10:00] Speaker B: They had task force in New York just running around checking tagged cars. [01:10:04] Speaker A: If you got a new car and you have a car that like has you got a car that, you know people want. Get like something to sit your key fob in at night. [01:10:19] Speaker B: Oh yeah. [01:10:20] Speaker A: Because they. One thing they do is they. So if you have a strong key fob like it'll work inside your house, they get the signal and create their own key and open your door with it, like with a little computer or whatever, some kind of device. And that's how they get in your car, crank it up and go. And then when they get away, they just go somewhere, create a new key, reprogramming and all of that. And then they have it. So they have these things where they can block your fob. So they say buy those and keep your keys in there at night so they won't come and steal your car. [01:10:54] Speaker B: I just watched a documentary not too long ago, a couple weeks ago, a YouTuber guy named Tommy G, he goes around with them while they stealing them and stuff like that. [01:11:03] Speaker A: Oh, really? [01:11:04] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:11:06] Speaker A: What did they. Was it like strong break arms or. [01:11:10] Speaker B: Nah, they was doing like that. Doing the clone and making keys. [01:11:13] Speaker A: That's what it's called, Clone. [01:11:14] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, they was making keys right there. Like they was doing it like without even that clone. He had a device, put the year in stuff like that. Boom, boom, boom. And make it there. [01:11:29] Speaker A: Damn. [01:11:29] Speaker B: Sitting right in it. [01:11:31] Speaker A: Where were they getting the signal from? [01:11:33] Speaker B: They wasn't even getting the signal. [01:11:34] Speaker A: Oh, they was just. [01:11:35] Speaker B: The car puts off a signal already. So they was getting it with whatever device he had. [01:11:40] Speaker A: Damn. [01:11:40] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:11:41] Speaker A: Yes. After Wally shit got stolen, after he got it back, he got like the club and all kind of shit he put on there. So. [01:11:48] Speaker B: Yeah, that shit ain't gonna hold. If they want it, they gonna get it. [01:11:51] Speaker A: But I mean, if you see a lot of these, it ain't like. Cause like it'll take time to get that club off. [01:11:59] Speaker B: Oh, yeah, yeah. [01:11:59] Speaker A: So they. They boom. They in and out of like a couple minutes. I think that's just to deter them, to like, where they won't, you know. [01:12:05] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:12:06] Speaker A: Won't take the time. Because it's. Some people, like. Especially not them older cars, they can take their whole steering wheel off. I've seen people do that. Then they got something they can put on the brake to stop you from pressing the brake so you can't put it in gear. It's a lot of stuff you can do, but you shouldn't have to. But these thieves, man, they out here. [01:12:28] Speaker B: But yeah, I had a couple cars. Well, I had one car, my alarm system on it had the. The microphone in it. It's just a whole bunch of kill switches and stuff like that. Because the microphone was for like key breaking. [01:12:43] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:12:44] Speaker B: So I had that on that car and on my motorcycle. I had tilt sensors on it and stuff like that. So somebody come by and pick it [01:12:51] Speaker A: up and stuff like that it'll go off. [01:12:53] Speaker B: It'll still go off. But my car had the remote. So the remote would go off, say I'm in the mall or something like that. [01:12:59] Speaker A: Oh, I remember that. It had, like, a little screen on it, too. [01:13:03] Speaker B: That was the best alarm that they come up with. Cause you're in the mall, you're not gonna hear your alarm. But that goes off, and that's it. I had the same thing for my [01:13:10] Speaker A: motorcycle, but now with these people doing. It's a video. I can't remember if it's local or not, but. So it'll be like two of them at night. They'll go to the house, and while one is working on the car. Working on the car, the other one is with the gun, like, standing there waiting for you to come out the house. [01:13:28] Speaker B: Waiting for you to come out. Yep. [01:13:29] Speaker A: Yeah. So if it is somebody, like, unless you busting through the door, just letting them people take your car. [01:13:35] Speaker B: Don't bust through the door. [01:13:37] Speaker A: Yeah, don't bust through the door. [01:13:38] Speaker B: Don't shoot through that. [01:13:39] Speaker A: Oh, don't shoot through the door. Why not? [01:13:40] Speaker B: Why not? Cause it's against the law. [01:13:42] Speaker A: Like, I mean, shooting them in the yard is against the law. [01:13:46] Speaker B: Now charges will be brought up. Cause you're not in danger. It's only your property. [01:13:51] Speaker A: That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. Either way, if you're going to shoot, shoot through the door. Don't go outside. [01:13:55] Speaker B: Don't shoot through the door. [01:13:57] Speaker A: I'm saying, either way, you shoot through [01:13:58] Speaker B: the door and kill him, you going up for murder. [01:14:00] Speaker A: But if you kill him, period, you're going through. [01:14:01] Speaker B: You going, nah, you're not going up for murder. [01:14:03] Speaker A: Well, so certain states. Certain states, like your car is fall into the castle doctrine or whatever. Like, that's a part of your house. So you can defend your car like it's your house. But in other states, as long as you are safe in your house, then you can't. You know what I'm saying? You can't, like, go back outside. You can't go outside and shoot nobody, regardless. But if you stupid enough to go outside and shoot somebody, don't run out the house and shoot. Just shoot through the door. [01:14:34] Speaker B: Don't shoot through the door, you go to jail. Did you see that video where that guy's going crazy on the ring camera? [01:14:44] Speaker A: Yes, yes, I did see that. [01:14:46] Speaker B: That's a case right there. Do not shoot through the door. [01:14:52] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. [01:14:53] Speaker B: Now he came inside. Did you see the full Video? [01:14:55] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, uh huh. [01:14:56] Speaker B: Yeah, he came inside. [01:14:57] Speaker A: Yeah, white guy. Yeah, he was looking for a girl or something. [01:15:00] Speaker B: He was like, where's your daughter? [01:15:01] Speaker A: Yeah. [01:15:02] Speaker B: I will end you, man. [01:15:03] Speaker A: Yeah, he looked crazy. I wanna see, let me see. [01:15:07] Speaker B: I will end you, man. Yeah, that nigga was going ham in there. [01:15:12] Speaker A: Yeah, he was, I woulda. He got on a trench coat and thong sandals too. [01:15:17] Speaker B: That's what I was looking at too. Cause when he fell down, when you almost fell. [01:15:21] Speaker A: I don't know, I just figured I'd check on something. I don't know what you want. Man. Get out of my house. Where's your daughter? Man, that door didn't move. Where's your daughter? [01:15:34] Speaker B: Who's in there with you? [01:15:35] Speaker A: Bro? Bro, if you don't open this door, [01:15:40] Speaker B: I'm breaking it down, you understand me? [01:15:43] Speaker A: Leave my house. You don't. [01:15:46] Speaker B: Are you okay? I will end. [01:15:48] Speaker A: Is everyone in this house? What? Everyone's okay? What do you want? Yeah, this happened on the 7th. [01:16:02] Speaker B: He just looking, he just staring into the camera. So you know what I would have done, right? [01:16:09] Speaker A: Went to, went out the back though. Yep. [01:16:11] Speaker B: Because that's my main spot. Go right out that back. [01:16:14] Speaker A: Surprise. Trying to see when he starts screaming, live there. I don't know you. [01:16:18] Speaker B: Here it is. My name is Harry Dresden. [01:16:21] Speaker A: Look at him. [01:16:22] Speaker B: Open the door. [01:16:23] Speaker A: Eyebrows. [01:16:23] Speaker B: This is my neighborhood. Open the door. [01:16:28] Speaker A: Look at this Eyebrows. [01:16:30] Speaker B: Look at what he's looking. He ain't breathing, he ain't moving, look at him. No, no, I will end you. [01:16:37] Speaker A: Do you understand me? [01:16:39] Speaker B: So the name he gave is a fictional character. [01:16:42] Speaker A: Really? [01:16:43] Speaker B: Yeah, from like fictional, like, you know, those weird kind of nerdy, nerdy books. [01:16:51] Speaker A: Oh, so that's a fictional character. [01:16:53] Speaker B: The name. And he's dressed with the trench coat, so he's kind of like cosplaying. [01:16:59] Speaker A: Open the door, [01:17:08] Speaker B: Came around, surprise. You saw that, you saw that, right? [01:17:18] Speaker A: Saw what? [01:17:19] Speaker B: Like he was screaming, tough, tough, and then he slowed down and pushed his glasses up in the face. [01:17:28] Speaker A: You can't be tough, push your glasses on your face. Look at this. [01:17:32] Speaker B: Yeah, I will end you. [01:17:34] Speaker A: But when he got in the house, they fought, right? [01:17:37] Speaker B: Yeah, he had a shovel. The, the homeowner. [01:17:40] Speaker A: Homeowner had a shovel. Yeah. [01:17:42] Speaker B: But then he actually, oh yeah, they [01:17:43] Speaker A: go, he in the house? [01:17:44] Speaker B: Yeah, it's over there. [01:17:46] Speaker A: Yeah, that's him right there. Look. Crazy looking motherfucker. [01:17:51] Speaker B: Yeah, it would have been over. Yeah, I'm sorry. So when he got him in there, he asked him if he was military and then he was like yes. And he calmed down. From there and on. [01:18:06] Speaker A: Yeah. Then the police. Oh, he left outside. [01:18:07] Speaker B: He did come home. [01:18:08] Speaker A: He come outside. [01:18:10] Speaker B: Surprise. I don't think he was home. [01:18:14] Speaker A: Yeah, he went home. That was it. He went home. [01:18:17] Speaker B: His verbiage, like certain things. He said, [01:18:24] Speaker A: Look at that, look at that. Something wrong. And there's people walking around out here every day, every day wiping off headphones in a weird manner and shit. [01:18:40] Speaker B: So these unique people walking around. [01:18:43] Speaker A: Unique people making faces when they thinking. [01:18:46] Speaker B: So I'm gonna get at this quick crazy story. [01:18:49] Speaker A: All right. [01:18:49] Speaker B: My daughter works at. My youngest daughter works at a family dollar. So they close up. [01:18:53] Speaker A: That's crazy. That's scary. [01:18:55] Speaker B: Yeah, they close up late at night on one of those dark roads where nothing's going on. [01:19:00] Speaker A: Uh huh. [01:19:01] Speaker B: So it was a lady screaming.
