[00:01:54] Speaker C: No, I don't.
[00:01:55] Speaker B: No, not at.
[00:01:56] Speaker C: Right?
[00:01:57] Speaker B: Not at all.
[00:01:57] Speaker C: Like. Nah. Not a little bit.
[00:01:59] Speaker B: Like, nobody gets a little something.
[00:02:00] Speaker C: Tell me, tell me. Merry Christmas.
[00:02:02] Speaker A: People get you something.
[00:02:04] Speaker C: I don't ask for it. Tell me, tell me Christmas. But you accept the gift, say, merry Christmas.
[00:02:08] Speaker B: Merry Christmas.
[00:02:09] Speaker C: Thank you.
[00:02:12] Speaker B: Oh, so you do the same thing when the girl tell you I love you.
[00:02:18] Speaker C: Now, see, with that, I lie.
[00:02:19] Speaker A: You said, thank you.
[00:02:21] Speaker C: What? When a girl say I love you, n. I be like, I love you.
[00:02:23] Speaker A: Too, at the time, and then you look away. You look away while you.
[00:02:27] Speaker C: Oh, that's the time you tell them.
[00:02:33] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:02:37] Speaker B: We start already.
[00:02:38] Speaker A: Starting already?
[00:02:42] Speaker C: We got some emails.
Before we get into emails, y'all watched anything I did.
[00:02:48] Speaker A: I watched An American Werewolf in Paris, old school.
[00:02:52] Speaker B: Was it the black and white one?
[00:02:54] Speaker C: No, I mean, it was the one.
[00:02:55] Speaker A: It was the newer one.
[00:02:56] Speaker C: 86.
[00:02:57] Speaker A: No, no, no. This one probably came out 90s.
[00:03:00] Speaker C: Oh.
[00:03:01] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:03:01] Speaker A: Was this something that happened either? The late 90s? It had to be late 90s. I don't remember nothing coming out in 2000s. Early 2000s.
[00:03:09] Speaker C: Was it like a scene on a subway or something like that?
[00:03:12] Speaker A: No.
[00:03:13] Speaker B: Oh, that was the first one.
[00:03:14] Speaker C: That was the first one.
[00:03:15] Speaker B: They. They. I think they took pieces from it. From Michael Jackson, thriller, some. And they showed that on there.
[00:03:22] Speaker C: Oh, that's.
[00:03:24] Speaker B: I think that's what you're talking about.
[00:03:25] Speaker C: Oh, I don't. I watch that. Yeah, Full Moon Demons, all that. I don't watch that.
What else you American?
[00:03:33] Speaker A: And I've been reading.
[00:03:34] Speaker C: Okay, what you been reading?
[00:03:35] Speaker A: I'm currently reading Somebody's Wife by Robbie Renee. Go check.
[00:03:38] Speaker C: That's a black person.
[00:03:39] Speaker A: Yes, black woman.
[00:03:40] Speaker C: Shout out to her. She thick.
[00:03:43] Speaker A: She. What's the word we use?
[00:03:46] Speaker C: Fat?
[00:03:46] Speaker A: No, for thick. Thick. She's high. Fructose corn syrup.
[00:03:50] Speaker C: Oh, we do use that. Oh, she is. Okay.
[00:03:53] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:03:53] Speaker C: All right. Shout out to Robby Renee.
[00:03:55] Speaker A: Uh huh. Robby Renee.
[00:03:57] Speaker C: I thought. Oh yeah, Renee.
Oh, we can do books that we read into.
[00:04:01] Speaker A: Yeah, I mean. Cause you know, I'm an avid reader, so.
[00:04:04] Speaker C: Okay. Word. Word.
[00:04:05] Speaker A: I'm gonna bring a book a week.
[00:04:06] Speaker C: You know words too, like I do Auntie Bev. You know Auntie Bev is. No, you don't be on social media like that.
[00:04:13] Speaker A: Not that much.
[00:04:14] Speaker C: She's a black woman that teach people words. But I've realized Words of the day. Yeah, she do a word of the day. But it's a dude I found. I think he from South Carolina because he putting Geechee on there. But he. He be like doing word of the day too. But him and Auntie Bev got a little beef. This is the beef and everything.
[00:04:33] Speaker B: That's crazy.
[00:04:33] Speaker C: Is beef and everything. But. So he talking about her in a very wordy way, a nice way.
But I don't think she talking about him. But she be. He'd be clowning her, whatever. But anyway, so that's all you've been reading that book by? What's it, Robin Renee.
[00:04:50] Speaker A: Robbie Renee.
[00:04:52] Speaker C: And you watched American? That's all you watched?
[00:04:55] Speaker A: Yeah, we were doing a lot of decorating this week and then we had family come over, so.
[00:05:01] Speaker C: Oh, you had family?
[00:05:02] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:05:02] Speaker C: What y'all had?
[00:05:04] Speaker A: What do you mean?
[00:05:05] Speaker C: Y'all like, cook for the family?
[00:05:06] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, we had a big breakfast yesterday.
[00:05:09] Speaker C: Y'all had like cinnamon rolls?
[00:05:11] Speaker A: No.
[00:05:12] Speaker C: Oh, y'all ain't.
[00:05:12] Speaker A: That's. That's for. That's for the holiday. I'll be baking cinnamon rolls.
[00:05:16] Speaker C: You will?
[00:05:17] Speaker A: Yep. I'll bring you some. Don't.
[00:05:19] Speaker C: Just. Just one. Just a cinnamon roll.
[00:05:21] Speaker A: Just one?
[00:05:22] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:05:22] Speaker A: Are you sure?
[00:05:23] Speaker C: Whatever number you bring here, I will eat it if you bring 17 by the end of the week. 17? Go get. Eat it. So don't bring 17. Just bring.
[00:05:34] Speaker A: Oh, you don't want 17?
[00:05:35] Speaker C: I don't want 17. I don't want.
[00:05:36] Speaker A: You don't want two? Just in case, like, you might eat it and be like, dang, that was all right. Nah, you should have bought me another one.
[00:05:43] Speaker C: I'm kind of being foreshadowing in my guilty pleasure. And we're going to talk about Wednesday show, but. Yeah, no, I. That's why I don't have no food in my house.
[00:05:57] Speaker A: Cause you'll just.
[00:05:58] Speaker C: I just eat it. I just eat it. Yeah. Oh, it's crackers in here. I eat just. Bullshit.
[00:06:03] Speaker A: Oh, my gosh.
[00:06:04] Speaker C: I got crushed crumble up walnuts. Let me eat these walnuts. They ain't gonna go bad. You know what I'm saying? So. Really? Yeah, I just be eating.
[00:06:11] Speaker A: You be bored just walking around the house? Sometimes.
[00:06:14] Speaker C: Sometimes. Sometimes it's better for me to just have water.
[00:06:18] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:06:19] Speaker C: What about you? What you been watching this week?
[00:06:21] Speaker B: What? I checked out. I checked out the piano lessons.
[00:06:25] Speaker C: Ah. I've been meaning. That's old, ain't it?
[00:06:27] Speaker B: Nah, it's new.
[00:06:28] Speaker C: No, I'm saying, like, it's the settings of it.
[00:06:31] Speaker B: Yeah. Yeah, that was pretty good. Samuel Jackson is one of the stars. And Isaiah Washington.
[00:06:39] Speaker C: Oh, he's in it.
[00:06:40] Speaker B: He's one of the stars, too.
[00:06:41] Speaker C: Where. That's a remake.
[00:06:43] Speaker B: Yeah, they said the remake sucked, though. They said this is way better than the remake.
[00:06:48] Speaker C: Also, the. The old one is a remake of something else, I think, of a book. Oh, was it a play?
You don't know?
[00:06:55] Speaker B: I couldn't tell you that.
[00:06:57] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:06:57] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:06:57] Speaker C: Oh, so the old one. This one way better than the old.
[00:07:00] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:07:00] Speaker C: Yeah. I might check it out.
[00:07:02] Speaker B: Yeah. What else? I watch. I watched Black Dove.
[00:07:05] Speaker C: What is that?
[00:07:06] Speaker B: It's like, about assassin, a spy lady, and a whole lot of espionage. You know, stuff going on that's on Netflix.
[00:07:18] Speaker C: Oh, I meant what else?
[00:07:20] Speaker B: I watched Superman and Lois. I got back into that.
I love Superman.
[00:07:25] Speaker A: The newest one.
[00:07:26] Speaker B: Yes. Well, I'm on the third season. I'm still catching up to the newest ones. And if you're a Superman fan and like all the Superman. Lois and Clark and the Superman and.
[00:07:37] Speaker C: All those other shows, would that come on the cw?
[00:07:40] Speaker B: It looked like a cw.
[00:07:41] Speaker A: It is. Yeah.
[00:07:43] Speaker B: It's a good one, though.
[00:07:44] Speaker A: He's a. He plays a good Superman.
[00:07:46] Speaker B: He do. He's.
[00:07:47] Speaker C: And is he the one in the movie?
[00:07:49] Speaker A: No, but he got casted because Supergirl was on.
[00:07:53] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:07:53] Speaker A: Had a show and he played. He played Superman, so. And I was hoping they kept him because I was like, oh, he. He fits.
[00:08:01] Speaker B: Yeah, he's a go. He's a real good one. And if you like Superman series shows, this one's a little bit more. Because they got kids. Lois and Clark. Kid.
[00:08:11] Speaker C: Lois and Clark.
[00:08:11] Speaker B: No, they got.
[00:08:12] Speaker C: Oh, they got kids. Yeah, I always wondered about that.
[00:08:15] Speaker B: And they're teenagers.
[00:08:16] Speaker C: You know how much restraint Superman has had to have in giving it to Lois.
What the lady say this can pick up a tr. What with all that warm out of pocket.
[00:08:33] Speaker A: You are diabolical.
[00:08:35] Speaker C: Po go to weasel say. The weasel say pop.
[00:08:48] Speaker B: Yeah, he. He do has to hold back a lot.
[00:08:50] Speaker C: Yeah, he would have to hold back a lot.
[00:08:52] Speaker A: You ever seen my super crazy ex girlfriend?
[00:08:56] Speaker C: Yes. That's the one where she threw the shark through the. Yeah. Uma Thurman.
[00:09:00] Speaker A: Yep. So, you know, when they had sex, she was. She was like, are you ready?
And then she would go back and then forward and then the bed would.
[00:09:10] Speaker C: Shift and then she would be what? Hold up. I don't remember.
[00:09:13] Speaker B: That's so long since I see that.
[00:09:15] Speaker C: Yes, I've seen the whole one. And then like part of it, it.
[00:09:19] Speaker A: Was her and Anna Faris. They. They ended up being the super women. But the end.
[00:09:23] Speaker C: And Anna Faris was superwoman too.
[00:09:25] Speaker A: She was at the end. She. She became super at the end.
[00:09:28] Speaker C: Oh, she became super at the end.
Yeah.
Yeah, I was one about that. Super sex with a regular person.
[00:09:39] Speaker A: Well, they. They kind of show that in Twilight, the mo. You know, the movie collection. Twilight, Part three, Part one of.
Part four. So part four has two parts breaking down. Yeah. So part one of that, Part two.
[00:09:56] Speaker C: They had super sex.
[00:09:57] Speaker A: He. She wasn't a vampire yet, so. And he. He was. And like the way they described it in the book, they definitely portrayed it in the movie. Like he had to. He was gripping the bed and then he started stroking and then the bed started breaking. And then by the morning, they. They pan over to her and she's waking up and feathers is coming down, cuz. And then they zoom out. The bed is broken. She has bruises on her body. And it's just from him. Yeah.
[00:10:28] Speaker C: Wow.
[00:10:29] Speaker A: He felt bad. Like, I hurt you. And she's like, come on, don't. Don't do that.
[00:10:33] Speaker C: It took a pound.
[00:10:37] Speaker B: What you watch B.
[00:10:39] Speaker C: Talk about, right?
[00:10:40] Speaker A: What did you watch?
[00:10:42] Speaker C: Okay, I'll leave.
[00:10:43] Speaker B: Don't say it.
[00:10:44] Speaker C: Yeah. So I'm doing a rewatch of the Wire and I gotta say, season four is almost the worst season of all of them. Yeah, season five is the worst. And I haven't gotten there yet. It might elevate, but season Four is not good at all. Those kids could not act.
And the way they write the dialogue, sometimes they don't say, like, go that way or whatever. They'll be like, go that away. Like, who talks like that in real life? Like just some of the choice that away.
[00:11:18] Speaker B: See, I. I think we talked about the Wire. Which one was the worst one? I don't think we ever said the fourth season was the worst. I think I said the. I think you said the fifth.
[00:11:29] Speaker C: Yeah. Everybody always says the fifth is the worst. A lot of people don't like season two, but season two might be the best. No, man, it might be the best.
[00:11:40] Speaker B: Three. Three is the best. Three one and three.
[00:11:44] Speaker C: Three, three ain't the best. Three might be the third. And it's because of the acting. Like, it's a lot of people that's not actors that act on the Wire. And season two has the most actors.
So, like a lot of the people on the docs, they real actors. So their parts are a lot better. And that made that season better for me.
[00:12:05] Speaker B: What about storyline?
[00:12:06] Speaker C: Storyline is great. Amazing.
Especially as some. Huh?
[00:12:11] Speaker B: You think that's the best storyline?
[00:12:12] Speaker C: 11 might be the best because it sets everything up.
[00:12:16] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:12:16] Speaker C: And you really can't. Like going into the show, you can't really tell who is the. It's not really a main character.
[00:12:22] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:12:22] Speaker C: You know what I'm saying? But season two probably got the best storyline. Cause it sets a lot of stuff up to me. And then like with it being on the docks at the ports and I like, know that a little bit.
[00:12:32] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:12:34] Speaker C: But. Yeah. So I'm watching rewatching the Wire still. It's a show on Netflix called the Madness. It stars and I can't think of his name. He played on Fear of the Walking Dead. Black guy.
[00:12:46] Speaker A: Oh, I know what you're talking about. I don't.
[00:12:49] Speaker C: I can't think of it. And I had his name, but it not like if you on social media, you see a lot of people talking about him. He don't close his mouth. The whole show or whatever.
He's on it. If you watched what's the show with the black Reasonable Doubt. His son is the son from Reasonable Doubt. And I do not like that kid.
[00:13:08] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:13:08] Speaker C: I don't like how he acts. He acts too arrogantly teenagery on both shows.
[00:13:16] Speaker B: Like a brat.
[00:13:17] Speaker C: Yeah. Like if when I was growing up, my daddy said, put your shirt, put your coat on. We going somewhere?
I'm jumping up.
[00:13:26] Speaker A: You do that because that's because teenagers today are entitled.
[00:13:30] Speaker C: I. I Don't know if that. It's just him.
Nah. If I tell. If I. If I say to my nephews when they were young and now them grown, like, and they 10, 12, 13, 14 years old, like.
[00:13:41] Speaker A: No, but that's why I said today.
These 20, 24 teens.
[00:13:46] Speaker B: Yeah, I deal with them.
[00:13:47] Speaker C: You do?
[00:13:48] Speaker A: They. They're very.
[00:13:49] Speaker C: You too. Nice.
You don't look like you a stab a nigga.
[00:13:52] Speaker B: I'm the bad guy.
[00:13:53] Speaker C: You are?
[00:13:54] Speaker B: Yeah, I'm a bad guy.
[00:13:56] Speaker C: I don't know. Well, maybe that's it.
So I'm watching that.
It's a show. It's a show that's on hbo. It comes on Max, too. It's only two episodes. It's called Get Millie Black if you're Jamaican. It takes place in Jamaica.
It's pretty good. Pretty good one.
[00:14:16] Speaker B: Speaking in patois.
[00:14:17] Speaker C: Yeah, certain parts. Yeah. So everything self titled, so, you know.
[00:14:21] Speaker A: Oh, that's cool.
[00:14:22] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah. Get your ass.
You know, they say all that. A lot of. They excuse the. They use the F word a lot.
Bhatti. Boy, they use that a lot.
[00:14:36] Speaker B: Some people don't know what that mean, though.
[00:14:37] Speaker C: No, some people don't. Um, but you know, if you do know, they use that a lot, you know. You know, I love sports and football, so Hard Knocks and like, Hard Knocks used to follow one particular team. Now they got it where they following the whole division, and so they following my team's division.
[00:15:00] Speaker B: Pittsburgh Steelers.
[00:15:01] Speaker C: Yeah, that's my team.
[00:15:02] Speaker B: Okay. I'm just making sure.
[00:15:03] Speaker C: Following the AFC North.
[00:15:05] Speaker B: Okay, this making sense.
[00:15:05] Speaker C: They follow them four teams on Hard Knock, so it's. Everybody loves my coach, how he motivates his team. You know what I'm saying? So I'm watching that. Yeah. My coach. My coach.
Yeah.
[00:15:15] Speaker B: That's crazy how people do that, man. When I. I just realized that when I moved down South. What, like being in the barbershop? Yeah, man. My team would do this.
[00:15:23] Speaker C: It's not a South thing.
[00:15:24] Speaker B: I. I think it is.
[00:15:25] Speaker C: It's not. It's a. It's a. It's a sports fan thing.
[00:15:28] Speaker B: Yeah, well, I wasn't into it. They were saying.
[00:15:30] Speaker C: I was like, you move here, you how?
[00:15:32] Speaker B: 24.
[00:15:34] Speaker C: 24 five, 70 years ago.
[00:15:38] Speaker B: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I was 20.
[00:15:43] Speaker C: What year was it?
[00:15:46] Speaker B: I was 22.
[00:15:47] Speaker C: 22?
[00:15:47] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:15:48] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:15:49] Speaker C: How old were you when he moved here?
[00:15:51] Speaker A: Me?
[00:15:52] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:15:53] Speaker A: Probably about 14, 13.
[00:15:55] Speaker B: I'm doing the math.
[00:15:56] Speaker C: I'm doing the math. Of course you are.
[00:15:58] Speaker A: You still ain't guessing?
[00:16:00] Speaker B: No, I'm slow Setting you up.
[00:16:02] Speaker A: I don't care. I don't mind.
[00:16:05] Speaker C: Something else. I'm watching. Is Lioness still watching? That is good.
[00:16:10] Speaker B: I gotta start back. I didn't get on the new season yet.
[00:16:12] Speaker C: You should. That shit great.
[00:16:14] Speaker B: Oh, man.
[00:16:14] Speaker C: And then. Y'all familiar with the J. Benet Ramsey case?
[00:16:18] Speaker B: Of course.
[00:16:18] Speaker A: Yes.
[00:16:19] Speaker B: We fought the 90s.
[00:16:20] Speaker C: What do you remember from that.
From that case?
[00:16:27] Speaker A: That her father's insane.
[00:16:29] Speaker C: He's not insane.
[00:16:30] Speaker A: That's what they say.
[00:16:31] Speaker B: I just remember the little girl.
[00:16:32] Speaker A: That's what I always heard.
[00:16:34] Speaker C: And, like, people suspecting the parents are doing it all, kind of.
[00:16:38] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah.
[00:16:38] Speaker C: It wasn't the parents.
[00:16:40] Speaker A: No, I. We knew it wasn't the parents, but.
[00:16:42] Speaker C: They got the father on this documentary doing a lot of talking. Talking.
[00:16:46] Speaker A: Finally.
[00:16:46] Speaker C: You seen it?
[00:16:47] Speaker A: It's fine. No, I didn't see it, but it's about time that he's able to clear his name.

[00:17:18] Speaker C: Few years or something of horrible stuff that happened in the past.
[00:17:21] Speaker A: Yeah. For some reason, I don't know why, I always go to the kids of the 90s and 80s.
[00:17:25] Speaker C: The kids?
[00:17:26] Speaker A: Yeah. Well, you mean kids like people that I watched.
[00:17:30] Speaker C: Like who? Like Judy from Family Matters. Oh, that's what you mean.
[00:17:35] Speaker B: What happened? Where?
[00:17:36] Speaker C: Nothing. I mean, what do you mean? Kids that you watch?

[00:31:33] Speaker C: Blackish. But a lot of. A lot of. But what it. So on the clip I saw, it was like a black dude looking like. Like, of course she didn't know.
[00:31:41] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. When it comes to a lot of black stuff. And they be like, her past. And the black people would be like, why we always know y'all stuff.
[00:31:49] Speaker C: Exactly.
[00:31:49] Speaker A: But y'all so uneducated on ours.
[00:31:52] Speaker C: Truthfully, I have seen clips of that show.
[00:31:54] Speaker B: Okay, I gotta watch that.
[00:31:55] Speaker A: Yeah, it's good. It's actually a really good one.
[00:31:57] Speaker B: We need to play it.
[00:31:58] Speaker A: I would have been.
[00:31:59] Speaker C: This nigga want to.
[00:31:59] Speaker A: I would have been killing it. They had a nursery rhyme one to where they show you the line from the nursery rhyme and you had to guess the title of it. When I tell you I ate that thing up, I didn't even realize. Pause.
[00:32:12] Speaker B: Nah.
[00:32:12] Speaker A: So stupid.
[00:32:14] Speaker B: Unpause.
[00:32:14] Speaker C: That's a good pause.
[00:32:16] Speaker A: I don't think so. I just said it because, hey, I'm a child, clearly. But it's okay.
[00:32:22] Speaker B: Yeah, we're boys.
[00:32:25] Speaker A: Yeah, I did. I did very well. What the. What the. What the. Gen Z says I ate no crumbs.
Riz, he hated.
[00:32:36] Speaker C: Oh, you got your name. What you told him.
You told him to spell it like that.
[00:32:42] Speaker A: That's. That's how it's spelled.
[00:32:43] Speaker C: You spell it like that.
[00:32:45] Speaker A: No, that's how it's spelled.
[00:32:46] Speaker C: That's what I'm saying. But, like. But you ordered that on.
[00:32:48] Speaker A: It's Arabic.
[00:32:49] Speaker C: Yeah, I know. You told me that.
[00:32:51] Speaker A: Okay, why you looking?
[00:32:52] Speaker C: My name is Arabic, too.
[00:32:53] Speaker A: I know.
[00:32:56] Speaker B: All right, back to the.
[00:32:58] Speaker A: Let me finish reading.
[00:33:00] Speaker C: I mean, not feeling High Star.
[00:33:02] Speaker A: Look, all right, I've also found myself binging and rewatching the Sopranos, so you need to get into that. We were just talking about that.
[00:33:11] Speaker B: Who is that? Yeah, that's my people's. Who is that?
[00:33:13] Speaker A: They reals, High Star.
[00:33:15] Speaker B: What's up, High Star? You know something?
[00:33:16] Speaker A: They real started popping up in my algorithm, and I forgot how funny the Sopranos is. Rip James, Is it Galdolfini or Gandolfini? No, it's. It's Gal.
[00:33:28] Speaker C: Gal.
[00:33:29] Speaker A: Okay.
Can you.
[00:33:32] Speaker C: Oh, I can't see.
[00:33:33] Speaker A: Come on.
[00:33:33] Speaker C: I'm not Italian.
[00:33:35] Speaker A: Thank you. Now he says 2024 is coming to a close. I'd like to hear from each of you something that you're proud of yourself in 2024. On the flip side, what are some events in the media, not private, that you did not have on the 2024 bingo card. All right, I holla at y'all later, DJ.
[00:33:55] Speaker C: Oh.
[00:33:57] Speaker B: We gotta think about that. I gotta think.
[00:33:59] Speaker A: That was good. Yeah.
[00:34:00] Speaker C: Yeah. He always jumped the guy.
[00:34:01] Speaker A: But what's the bingo card? I don't. I know.
[00:34:04] Speaker C: Where, you know. Well, it's just a phrase of, like, things. It's just a kind of like a meme that people would create, and it'll just put stuff on it that happened in the year.
[00:34:18] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:34:18] Speaker C: But it's not like, you know.
[00:34:20] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:34:21] Speaker A: Oh, okay. I know what you're talking about.
[00:34:23] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:34:23] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:34:25] Speaker C: What happened this year?
I. Really.
Something that I didn't expect to happen this year. I didn't expect the Kendrick beef, that kind of came out of nowhere. The Kendrick Drake thing, that kind of came out of nowhere. Did he.
[00:34:45] Speaker B: Did he came out of nowhere?
[00:34:46] Speaker C: Going to jail, definitely.
[00:34:47] Speaker B: That was. That was probably the biggest one because.
[00:34:49] Speaker C: It was rumors and then. When did the. When did the videotape come out? Did that come out in November?
[00:34:55] Speaker A: You're talking about the.
[00:34:56] Speaker C: Cassie.
[00:34:56] Speaker B: Cassie.
[00:34:57] Speaker A: It came out. It didn't come out the beginning of this year?
[00:35:00] Speaker B: No, that was.
[00:35:01] Speaker C: I think it did. It came out in, like, February.
[00:35:04] Speaker A: Like January. February. Ish.
[00:35:05] Speaker B: When did he get that key? Key to the city that was around.
[00:35:10] Speaker A: Did they take his.
[00:35:12] Speaker C: They took his key back, huh? Oh, yeah.
[00:35:14] Speaker A: I'm so happy.
Justice is served.
[00:35:17] Speaker B: Let us get that back.
[00:35:18] Speaker A: Give me a key. Yeah, give me a key.
[00:35:21] Speaker C: Probably that because you heard the stuff about Cassie, last year, I want to say.
Did we hear about it? Yeah, I think we did hear about it last year. And then after the. Because he didn't get arrested this year. I mean, he didn't get arrested last year, right? He got arrested this year, right?
[00:35:37] Speaker B: This year, yeah. So that might have been my minds, too, most shocking.
And some of the people that died, like, well, I can say, made Frankie Beverly, but he was old.
[00:35:52] Speaker C: Yeah, he was. I knew his time was coming because his voice was going.
[00:35:56] Speaker A: I didn't even know he died. I'm jamming to his music. And my aunt was like, oh, you. You paying tribute? I said, what do you mean? She said, he died last week. I'm like. She said, I thought that's why you playing.
[00:36:09] Speaker C: You was out of the loop.
[00:36:10] Speaker A: I was like the.
[00:36:12] Speaker C: You got sad real quick.
[00:36:13] Speaker A: My lips started quivering a little bit.
[00:36:15] Speaker B: Not the bottom one a little bit.
[00:36:18] Speaker C: I'm trying to think.
[00:36:18] Speaker A: I hate when black people die. I hate when black celebrities die.
And I only say that because, as a community, we worked hard to become stars. So when we lose one, it just be like, dang.
[00:36:33] Speaker C: It depends on how old they are.
[00:36:34] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. No, no, no. The older ones I get, but it's still. It's still a little sting.
[00:36:40] Speaker C: It depends on how they die.
[00:36:41] Speaker A: Like, if Morgan Freeman goes, I'm sad, I'm gonna be like.
[00:36:46] Speaker C: I mean, more. When I see him in a new role, I'm like, damn, that. Still working.
[00:36:51] Speaker A: He don't age. Just like he stopped.
[00:36:52] Speaker C: Oh, no, he.
[00:36:53] Speaker A: No, he ages, but it's like he's. He slowed down a little bit because how old is Morgan Freeman?
It seems like he should look 133, but he does not.
[00:37:04] Speaker C: Now, if you hear him talk, he's. He talks like he got fake teeth now.
[00:37:07] Speaker A: He's God.
[00:37:08] Speaker C: You can hear it.
[00:37:11] Speaker A: He's always God. Or the President.
[00:37:14] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. Cause he's like. He's on lioness and he's like, work for the government.
[00:37:19] Speaker A: You checking how old he is?
[00:37:21] Speaker C: 90.
[00:37:22] Speaker B: No, I was looking at something else.
[00:37:23] Speaker A: Come on, now.
[00:37:24] Speaker B: I was Michael K. Williams. That was probably my biggest shock for this year.
[00:37:30] Speaker C: He died this year. He died this year. No, he died last year.
[00:37:32] Speaker B: No, I had to look it up. That was. That's his birthday. November 20th. November 6th, last year.
[00:37:39] Speaker C: When did he die?
[00:37:40] Speaker B: Two years ago.
[00:37:42] Speaker C: When?
[00:37:44] Speaker B: Maybe I'm reading the wrong thing.
[00:37:45] Speaker C: You reading the wrong thing. He did not die November 26th of this year. Oh, he died two years ago.
[00:37:51] Speaker B: Yeah, he did that two years ago.
[00:37:52] Speaker C: The. This.
[00:37:55] Speaker A: He wasn't I had to look it up. He was in an alternate universe.
[00:37:58] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[00:37:59] Speaker B: Hey, everybody jammed up.
[00:38:01] Speaker A: The Mandela effect.
[00:38:02] Speaker C: I'm still running off of COVID Of course.
[00:38:04] Speaker A: Morgan Freeman is 87 years old.
[00:38:06] Speaker C: I know. I said 90.
Thank you.
[00:38:11] Speaker A: I told you he about 137 years old.
[00:38:14] Speaker C: Well, thank you all for those emails. We do have a couple more for the list episode.
Got some things to talk about. One of the main things that happened this Week was the CEO of UnitedHealthcare was assassinated with a silencer in New York.
[00:38:33] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:38:34] Speaker C: Yeah, they said so the first thing I. I did hear, silencer. But now they trying to say it may have been a gun that they used to kill cattle with. And for some reason they say the gun is quiet. So they trying to track down the gun.
[00:38:46] Speaker B: No, it was a silencer.
[00:38:47] Speaker A: They not catching him.
[00:38:48] Speaker B: It was a.
[00:38:49] Speaker A: It was a silencer.
[00:38:50] Speaker B: Glock 19 with silencer. And the reason it was jamming was. Cause he didn't have a boost in it.
Boost levels out the.
[00:38:57] Speaker C: How do you. How do you know all of this stuff?
[00:38:59] Speaker A: Oh, cause he does this.
[00:39:00] Speaker B: I'm a gun guy. That was the first thing I was wondering, like, why is that gun jamming like that? It jammed every other shot.
[00:39:08] Speaker A: Wait, you saw the video?
[00:39:09] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:39:10] Speaker A: You watched it?
[00:39:11] Speaker B: Of course.
[00:39:12] Speaker A: Oh, I can't watch it. Cause it's real. So I was like, I know that man is not gonna get up when the scene cuts.
[00:39:17] Speaker B: He came up behind him and shot one. The gun jam. He cleared the gun, shot it again.
[00:39:25] Speaker A: So he had time to clear the gun.
[00:39:27] Speaker B: He cleared it a couple times. He shot him like a couple times after he cleared.
[00:39:30] Speaker C: Where did I see that about the.
[00:39:33] Speaker B: The gun?
[00:39:34] Speaker A: Yeah, I will say.
[00:39:36] Speaker B: Yeah, I think it was a Glock 19.
[00:39:37] Speaker A: And this might be too early or insensitive. I'm not trying to be. In no kind of way, but that assassin knew to do it in New York.
[00:39:48] Speaker B: No, he didn't. He messed up.
[00:39:49] Speaker A: No, I'm talking about nobody snitching in that sense.
[00:39:52] Speaker B: Oh.
[00:39:52] Speaker C: But too many cameras.
[00:39:53] Speaker A: You know New Yorkers. We don't care.
[00:39:55] Speaker B: It was bound to happen. We was bound to see who exactly it was. We was bound to see who it was.
[00:39:59] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, for sure. I definitely said that. I was like, why would you choose New York? It's a camera on every corner, in every store.
[00:40:07] Speaker B: Every corner.
[00:40:07] Speaker A: Every store, every corner, every light. They have the NYPD cameras. It's cameras in the traffic lights. There's cameras everywhere. Yeah, but he got away. They did say after the shooting Took place. He got on a city bike. Shout out, give me back my account. City bike. Calling out for that one. But anyway, he got on a city bike, he rode it through Central park, and he got on the bus and left the state of New York.
[00:40:36] Speaker C: Yeah, this is. This is where I saw that. It says, investigators continue to search for the electric bike the suspect rolled the day of the shooting and are examining whether the shooter used a veterinary gun, a larger firearm used on farm animals and ranches to put down animals without causing a lot of noise. I know I read that somewhere. Yeah.
[00:40:53] Speaker A: That was a silencer.
[00:40:54] Speaker B: Yeah, it was a silence, I think, on the Glock.
[00:40:56] Speaker C: Yeah, they have.
[00:40:57] Speaker B: I've seen a couple pictures of it a little bit close up. You know, people's zooming in and stuff like that. So that's on the reason I say that data with the. With the. When you put a silence on a gun like that, it. It. It basically unlevels it. So when you do shoot industry jogging.
[00:41:15] Speaker C: Unlevels.
[00:41:15] Speaker B: Yeah. There you go.
[00:41:16] Speaker C: What does that mean?
[00:41:17] Speaker B: It is. The gun's not level anymore. What's the shooting.
[00:41:20] Speaker C: What does that mean?
[00:41:21] Speaker B: It's not made to be jerking like that when you shoot it. So when the rounds try and eject.
[00:41:27] Speaker C: Jesus Christ.
[00:41:28] Speaker B: Doing it.
[00:41:29] Speaker C: I'm a child.
[00:41:30] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:41:30] Speaker A: Yes, you are. Oh, my gosh.
[00:41:32] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:41:34] Speaker C: When it's jerking like that, jerky like.
[00:41:36] Speaker B: And then it ejects.
Yeah.
[00:41:40] Speaker C: It's unlevel. Sorry.
Yeah. They found his backpack.
Ammunition he had. He left behind a burner phone, a water bottle, and DNA evidence. They trying to zero in on him.
[00:41:57] Speaker B: The funny part of it is when him. When him taking his mask off. Taking his mask down just to smile at a girl.
[00:42:04] Speaker C: Oh, he did.
[00:42:04] Speaker B: That's how they got the picture.
[00:42:06] Speaker C: Oh.
[00:42:06] Speaker B: He said flirting with a. It might have been a store clerk flirting with a girl.
[00:42:11] Speaker C: That's crazy.
[00:42:12] Speaker B: He pulled his mask down. For the first time.
[00:42:14] Speaker A: He pulled his mask down.
He's not a professional.
[00:42:19] Speaker B: No, clearly.
[00:42:20] Speaker C: But have y'all seen.
[00:42:22] Speaker A: It's definitely a hit.
[00:42:24] Speaker C: Or it could be like some John Q type.
[00:42:26] Speaker B: Yeah, he. He.
[00:42:28] Speaker A: Assassins.
[00:42:28] Speaker B: Exactly. He basically didn't get medicated or something for his child or something because they.
[00:42:32] Speaker C: Found the gun like some suspense shell cases. And it said delay, deny, and defend.
So, you know, you delayed my benefits that I've been paying for. Then you gonna deny them. And then when I write a letter about it. Now you defending why you denied. That's what I think it is.
[00:42:53] Speaker B: That's what I thought when it first happened. I was like, oh, something happened with this.
[00:42:56] Speaker A: He's kind of putting the puzzle pieces together.
[00:42:59] Speaker C: And then people say that out of all of the companies, they deny claims the most out of all of the companies.
[00:43:05] Speaker B: Oh, for real.
[00:43:06] Speaker A: I never had a problem with United Health.
[00:43:09] Speaker C: You. You had like, a serious issue, huh?
[00:43:12] Speaker A: I had a baby.
[00:43:14] Speaker C: That is a serious issue.
[00:43:15] Speaker A: I had a cesarean, so.
[00:43:18] Speaker C: Oh, yeah.
[00:43:22] Speaker A: What? What?
Oh, my gosh.
[00:43:27] Speaker C: It just took me back.
[00:43:28] Speaker A: You really, like, call back. You really letting go now.
[00:43:32] Speaker B: I know.
[00:43:32] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:43:33] Speaker B: You rare formed.
[00:43:34] Speaker C: Yeah, I like it.
[00:43:37] Speaker A: I've been waiting for this. B.
[00:43:38] Speaker B: He's been here.
[00:43:40] Speaker A: Nah, he definitely the Wire. He definitely hermit crabbed himself a little bit.
[00:43:47] Speaker C: You gotta play it nice at first. Be like, welcome. Nice to meet you. Thank you.
[00:43:51] Speaker A: Welcome to the show.
[00:43:53] Speaker C: Yep.
[00:43:54] Speaker A: What do you like to do? And it's a. I told you. Remember I told you he me came out when we did the.
The episode of the weird Jobs. That was it.
[00:44:08] Speaker C: That wasn't me, though. It was like, oh, no, no.
[00:44:11] Speaker A: You were replying to everything. And when you said.
When I said the horse and the bull. You like you. And then when I said the odor smeller and you like, oh, I would. Come here, girl.
[00:44:30] Speaker C: Hold on.
[00:44:30] Speaker A: Pheromones. It was like you unleashed after that.
[00:44:34] Speaker C: Hey, let me. I ain't got nothing to say.
[00:44:36] Speaker A: You like weird.
[00:44:37] Speaker C: Your friend listening.
Keep that alley up there. Now throw me another pass. Don't wake me up.
So, yeah, I don't know. I. You. Y. I saw. I don't know how true it is, but it was like a. You know how they do those things with like, your outfit wardrobes or whatever. It'd be like a whole bunch of pictures of like, what you got on or whatever. So it was like they had his shoes. His shoes were like $1,000. They said his book bag was like $1,500.
They like, his jacket was like a certain designer jacket, and it was like $1,200. Like everything he had on was like real expensive. And they were trying to say that, like, that that kind of was proven to some people that it was a hit because of how expensive his outfit was or whatever.
But I don't know how true it is with those prices, whatever.
[00:45:27] Speaker A: But, yeah, that man probably out the country now.
[00:45:32] Speaker C: He might be he gone, might be.
[00:45:35] Speaker A: He wearing that all that stuff. He been had a ticket to go.
[00:45:38] Speaker C: But did they find a. They found a book bag.
[00:45:40] Speaker B: They found a book bag.
[00:45:41] Speaker C: They did find a book bag.
[00:45:42] Speaker B: It had some. Some kind of monopoly money or something.
[00:45:45] Speaker C: Monopoly money. That's what It's.
[00:45:47] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:45:47] Speaker C: In the book bag.
So, yeah, hopefully they. I mean, I guess I hope they find him. The guy that got killed, he was 50.
[00:45:59] Speaker B: He was on his way to a meeting.
[00:46:01] Speaker C: Yeah, it was a.
[00:46:02] Speaker B: They said the meeting still went on.
[00:46:04] Speaker C: But see, I heard that, but then I read where they said it canceled a meeting.
[00:46:08] Speaker B: Oh, they did.
[00:46:08] Speaker A: I hope they did, because that's cool. So disrespectful.
[00:46:11] Speaker B: Beginning of the week, they said the meeting was still going on. I was like, okay, so it's one less vote they needed.
[00:46:17] Speaker C: Then I saw, like, where they had posted his. His job on LinkedIn already.
[00:46:23] Speaker B: Already. Yeah.
[00:46:24] Speaker C: But I don't know how true that is.
[00:46:25] Speaker A: I think, though, I think that was fake because, you know, the Internet moves quick. Very Photoshop pros are out here.
[00:46:32] Speaker B: LinkedIn.
[00:46:34] Speaker C: Let's see what else happened this week that we care about.
I mean, I guess we kind of care about Keith Lee. Y'all know who Keith Lee? You know who Keith Lee is?
[00:46:43] Speaker A: Yes, I know who Keith Lee.
[00:46:43] Speaker C: You know Keith Lee.
[00:46:44] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah.
[00:46:44] Speaker C: Keith Lee is the Fool Critter. And I did see where it was a clip I saw of.
[00:46:49] Speaker B: I didn't know he was so arrogant.
[00:46:51] Speaker C: You think he's arrogant?
[00:46:52] Speaker B: Yeah.
The interview he did with Club Sh. Shay, he's a little.
[00:46:58] Speaker C: That's the clip I saw where he was showing him his apartment. Like, you know, this is where I started when I started doing all the videos, but I didn't know if it was, like, recent or before. I didn't care to watch. But apparently he challenged Ocho to a fight.
[00:47:14] Speaker B: Could be his brother is supposed to be a UFC fighter.
[00:47:17] Speaker C: He is a UFC fighter.
[00:47:18] Speaker B: And he said he, you know, end up training. I forgot how many years ago he's been training, but he's been fighting also.
[00:47:25] Speaker C: Yeah, the brothers. The brother fought for about 10 years, and Keith Lee fought in maybe like 12. What's eight plus five? 13. Five. She was eight and five.
[00:47:36] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:47:37] Speaker C: Yeah. A couple knockouts.
[00:47:39] Speaker A: Does Ojo. Even.
[00:47:41] Speaker C: Ocho will get his ass. Yeah.
[00:47:43] Speaker B: I don't know if Ocho's ready for him.
[00:47:44] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:47:44] Speaker A: I'm like, does he even. Why did he even challenge him?
[00:47:48] Speaker C: So in the article, it was saying that. So Ocho has said a whole bunch of stuff about Keith Lee. Not really. Cause, like, a lot of people talk about Keith Lee, and if you don't watch his videos and you see where he was talking trash about this place or that place, he really don't talk trash about a place. He'll say, well, this is my opinion.
I Didn't really care for it, and he'll give us reasons why. But he was like, but you go try it out for yourself. You may like it or whatever. You know what I'm saying?
[00:48:14] Speaker A: Non biased.
[00:48:15] Speaker C: Yeah.
And so he gave his. About some. I think it was a restaurant in Atlanta. And Ocho was like, this guy's negative to businesses. You don't know how hard it is. And whatever, whatever. And then they talked off the mic or whatever off camera and kind of, you know, I guess they. Keith Lee explained his point of view and told him to watch other videos. They kind of pieced it up. But then in this video, I guess Shannon Sharp bought it up or whatever. Yeah, one of them bought it up. And Keith Lee was like, you know what I'm saying?
Ocho was talking shit. But I whoop Ocho ass. You know what I'm saying? But he probably will. Ocho got his ass whooped in a celebrity boxing match.
[00:48:55] Speaker B: He did?
[00:48:56] Speaker C: Yeah. He got knocked out a few years ago. I think it was one of them Paul brothers knocked him out.
[00:49:00] Speaker B: Oh, okay.
[00:49:01] Speaker C: Yeah. And then he's supposed to fight James Harrison.
You don't know who James Harrison is? Cause you don't watch sports.
He probably one of the most feared people to ever play football.
[00:49:11] Speaker B: Oh, for real?
[00:49:11] Speaker C: Yeah, like, knocking niggas out and shit. He played for the Steelers. Okay. Yeah, he's still. He's retired, but he's still like. He'll bench like £600 and shit like that. Ocho want to fight him. They supposed to fight later this year. Oh, yeah, well, next year.
But, yeah, I like Keith Lee. Cause people only see, like, when he don't like stuff. Yeah, but he always tells he, like, well, I'm not a sweets person. I don't eat sweets. Whatever, whatever.
But this is this, that, and the third. Whatever. But I don't. I don't know.
[00:49:42] Speaker B: So.
[00:49:43] Speaker C: Yeah, hopefully they do fight.
[00:49:44] Speaker B: Yeah, hopefully.
[00:49:45] Speaker C: But I don't think you think he arrogant, though.
[00:49:47] Speaker B: Yeah, watch. Watch the interview. This is when he was trying to explain about the.
The BET Awards situation.
[00:49:58] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. I mean, how many people do you think follow him on social media?
[00:50:04] Speaker B: A couple million?
[00:50:06] Speaker C: 16.5.
[00:50:07] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:50:08] Speaker C: Yeah. 16.5 million is more than a couple.
[00:50:11] Speaker B: I mean.
[00:50:12] Speaker C: Yeah, I might be a little arrogant, too.
[00:50:14] Speaker B: I know. I understand.
[00:50:16] Speaker C: I might be a little agitated.
That's like Kardashian numbers.
I couldn't list celebrity numbers.
[00:50:25] Speaker B: I don't. Yeah, it's definitely a list.
[00:50:27] Speaker C: That's a list. Celebrity number 16 million.
[00:50:29] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:50:32] Speaker C: So it was. It was this Thing people were talking about earlier in the year about a Jan. 1 deadline for a beneficial ownership reporting rule for, like, people that got LLCs, they had to fill out some form online or whatever.
[00:50:53] Speaker A: Oh, it's for South Carolina.
[00:50:54] Speaker C: No, it's for the country.
[00:50:56] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:50:56] Speaker C: Yeah. So less than a month before that deadline for businesses to report their beneficial owners to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a federal judge in Texas has issued a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of the requirement. It states that covered companies nationwide do not need to comply with the reporting deadline unless a higher court reverses the order.
And I've been seeing people post about it, but I didn't know what it was for. Just like you just. If you got an llc, you got a business you need to report is that. And the third or whatever.
But I didn't do it either. Yeah.
[00:51:33] Speaker B: I looked at it, I was like, hey, I make no money with that business.
[00:51:36] Speaker A: Yeah.
[00:51:36] Speaker B: So I just left.
[00:51:37] Speaker C: But they say. I thought. They say even if you did make.
[00:51:39] Speaker B: Money, you still gotta do it for anybody. Anybody. Got llc.
[00:51:43] Speaker C: Yeah. So if you got a business and you know, this BO I thing, I mean, it won't hurt now to do. Even if you don't want to do it. I say it's in block. It won't hurt to do it. But they still ain't saying why, though, Right.
[00:51:58] Speaker B: You know what? Probably doing all the investigations for them. PPP.
[00:52:01] Speaker A: PP or PPO. PPP. Yeah, it's something.
[00:52:06] Speaker C: L2, though.
[00:52:07] Speaker A: Something.
[00:52:07] Speaker C: It's another one, huh? Yeah, it's another one, too.
[00:52:10] Speaker B: They probably getting a whole day.
[00:52:11] Speaker A: Yeah. They doing an investigation.
[00:52:13] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:52:13] Speaker C: Oh, that's what it's for.
[00:52:15] Speaker A: I should have. Did. I should have got a pp.
[00:52:18] Speaker C: You should have. No, you should have got an sba.
[00:52:21] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:52:21] Speaker C: Yes, the SBA is the grant.
[00:52:23] Speaker B: Yep, the grant.
[00:52:24] Speaker C: Pay it back, big boy. So you get the grant a friend of mine got.
[00:52:27] Speaker A: They still. They still. They still giving those out.
[00:52:29] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah.
Is a. It's like an ongoing thing. But so you. The first thing, what they do is they give you the grant, and then they would send you the information about getting the PPP loan. So that's where the big money came in with the PPP loan. You know what I'm saying? But I know people who got the grant and didn't get the PPP loan, and they name a showed up on the paperwork, you know what I'm saying? So that was the way to go.
[00:52:55] Speaker A: Right.
[00:53:00] Speaker C: Amazon is getting sued.
Yeah. Because they stopped going to a neighborhood in DC.
[00:53:09] Speaker A: That's wicked.
[00:53:10] Speaker C: Yeah. Washington DC's Attorney General sued Amazon on Wednesday, accusing the company of covertly depriving residents in certain zip codes in the nation's capital from access to Prime's high speed delivery.
The lawsuit says that since 2022, they secretly excluded two historically underserved DC zip codes from his expedited delivery service while charging prime members living there the full subscription price.
So, yeah, they charging all these people in the win. That's seven War seven and Ward eight for the service, but they won't deliver.
Yeah, but I think it's just for that same day type shit, you know what I'm saying? But, yeah, hopefully they win and maybe they get their money back or something. You know, it say 139 a year for Prime. That seemed kind of cheap.
How much is prime? Like 15amonth.
[00:54:12] Speaker B: I know that. I know it's 99. Yeah, I know it's like 99.
[00:54:16] Speaker A: My price is cheap.
[00:54:17] Speaker B: You. You.
[00:54:18] Speaker C: You pay 99. You pay for the year.
[00:54:19] Speaker B: At one time they. They got me.
[00:54:21] Speaker C: Oh, you. They got you for the whole year?
[00:54:23] Speaker B: One time they hit me for the whole year. Yeah.
[00:54:25] Speaker C: See, I'm a month to month, so mine probably a little more. Yeah, yeah.
[00:54:29] Speaker A: 50 discount over here.
[00:54:31] Speaker C: Why? For students.
[00:54:32] Speaker A: No.
[00:54:33] Speaker C: How are you 50 discount.
[00:54:34] Speaker A: I'll tell you off.
[00:54:36] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:54:36] Speaker A: Off mic.
[00:54:37] Speaker C: Tell me off. Mike, I got a song for you. God damn. Hold on.
Y'all know the song?
[00:54:45] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:54:49] Speaker C: That's how you got it.
[00:54:53] Speaker A: It is no scam. It is no fraud.
[00:54:56] Speaker C: Okay. That's what they all say.
Yeah. You got. You got a PPP drawing?
[00:55:01] Speaker A: No.
[00:55:02] Speaker C: Oh, my bad. Something else that happened this week. Did y'all hear about the three children that got abducted in Virginia?
[00:55:07] Speaker B: No, I didn't.
[00:55:07] Speaker A: No, I did not.
[00:55:08] Speaker C: Yeah, so it was some kids. It went viral. You know, an Amber Alert for three kids. And I'm surprised. Cause they were colored. Three kids.
I think they were colored. Yeah, they were colored kids. Three little colored.
They wasn't mixed. They wasn't mixed. Hell no. These was niggas.
[00:55:26] Speaker B: Oh. And they used.
[00:55:26] Speaker A: You can't say stuff like that.
[00:55:28] Speaker B: They did an Amber Alert.
[00:55:29] Speaker C: They did an Amber Alert. I was surprised.
[00:55:31] Speaker A: I'm so. We've come three of us, Scott, in Amber Alert.
[00:55:35] Speaker B: They had to know somebody.
[00:55:36] Speaker C: The children were ages 6 to 10. They were saying that they were in extreme danger.
And they were waiting on a school bus at the apartment complex. And it was like, somebody took three kids. I was like. When I first heard about it, I was like, it had to be somebody that knew them.
[00:55:54] Speaker A: Yeah. For three kids yeah. That's.
[00:55:57] Speaker C: Even though they were young, between six to ten. I figured one of them.
[00:56:00] Speaker A: One of them fighting would have got away. Yeah.
[00:56:04] Speaker C: But they found the kids 600 miles away near Birmingham, and they were with their mother, Shanice Davidson.
[00:56:13] Speaker B: Shanice, Shaniqua.
[00:56:15] Speaker C: She a whole. Their mom was 55, so she had one of them at 10. At 45. Still hope for me, it's.
[00:56:24] Speaker A: It's always hope for men, y'all. Things never stops. Women.
Never.
[00:56:28] Speaker C: It was somebody. I was listening to something. Somebody had a baby. 70. Yeah.
[00:56:32] Speaker A: I was about to say it was a woman, though. Oh, that's rare. It's very rare. But it does happen. But men, y'all can go 75, 85. True.
[00:56:41] Speaker C: Indeed.
[00:56:42] Speaker A: As long as it.
Yeah.
[00:56:47] Speaker C: And I'm the problem. I'm the problem.
[00:56:49] Speaker B: Yep.
[00:56:50] Speaker A: Yes, you are bringing this side.
[00:56:53] Speaker C: But it was. It was out. I can't bring out nothing that ain't in there.
[00:56:56] Speaker A: I don't know what you're talking about, but, yeah.
[00:56:58] Speaker C: They arrested the mother after a brief pursuit.
[00:57:02] Speaker A: So she probably lost custody.
[00:57:04] Speaker C: That's what I was thinking.
[00:57:05] Speaker A: That clearly has custody of them. And even if the father doesn't, somebody has custody of them. It's not her. And she's. She. She kidnapped her kids.
[00:57:14] Speaker C: Yeah. And that's what she's arrested for, kidnapping. So that was a big story. Whatever.
[00:57:18] Speaker A: That's why they got in the car. It's like, oh, that's Mama.
[00:57:20] Speaker C: Yeah, right. Yeah. Ain't no fighting, ain't no fussing. Oh, we going for Thanksgiving.
[00:57:26] Speaker B: Where we going? Why are you still.
[00:57:28] Speaker A: You got our Christmas gifts.
[00:57:29] Speaker C: I got a pee.
[00:57:30] Speaker B: They wake up 60 miles away.
[00:57:33] Speaker A: 600 miles.
[00:57:36] Speaker C: What else happened? That's about it.
I feel like we've been talking long enough. Yeah. Y'all got your money's worth out of us.
I ain't used this one in a long time. I'm trying to find it.
[00:57:53] Speaker B: Excuse me. Come on, man.
[00:57:54] Speaker C: Ciel mad right now. He'd be like, be easy. You gotta have your shit together.
[00:57:56] Speaker B: You gotta have your shit together.
[00:57:57] Speaker A: Hey.
All right, so we about to do quick hits.
It's my first time, everybody, so please be patient with me.
I don't know if y'all heard, but Joe Burrow, speaking of the heart knocks, y'all mentioned it earlier.
[00:58:15] Speaker C: Okay.
[00:58:16] Speaker A: Yes.
[00:58:16] Speaker C: Okay. Segue.
[00:58:17] Speaker A: Okay. Joe Burrow drops $2.9 million on a Batmobile, saying, I think I gotta go all in. So on December 3, the premiere episode of HBO's Hard Knocks in season with the AFC north, the Bengals quarterback 27 revealed he is now the proud over owner of a Batmobile.
[00:58:38] Speaker C: Oh, he did. He bought. I remember that part on the episode, but I didn't know that he bought it. Wow. Yeah. So shout out.
[00:58:44] Speaker B: There's a waiting list. Yeah, you know, there's got to be a waiting list.
[00:58:47] Speaker C: Yeah, he. Joe borrowed all.
[00:58:48] Speaker B: He paid for it though.
[00:58:49] Speaker C: Yeah, they gotta make it.
[00:58:50] Speaker A: And he just.
[00:58:51] Speaker C: No, it's already made.
[00:58:52] Speaker A: No, he said it's from the car randomly.
[00:58:54] Speaker C: It's like a whole bunch of them. They got like 10 of them from that movie. And so he buy. He buying one of them from that movie.
No, I'm telling you, I saw the video. Yeah, they already made. They. The ones that was used in which bat in Batman movie. I forgot which Batman.
Dark Knight. Yeah, they already made.
[00:59:12] Speaker B: Okay.
[00:59:12] Speaker C: Just getting one of those. It's like it might be seven of them, but he getting one of them.
[00:59:16] Speaker B: Okay. Because I looked at the website.
[00:59:18] Speaker C: Yeah.
[00:59:18] Speaker B: And the website, you know, they showing all the fancy cars that they sell to older, you know, Segways and scooters and stuff like that that they make. And that's why I thought it was.
[00:59:28] Speaker C: No, no, this is from that particular movie.
[00:59:31] Speaker B: Oh, okay.
[00:59:31] Speaker A: Yeah, he's randomly said to one of his teammates, did I tell you I bought a Batmobile?
[00:59:36] Speaker C: Oh, in the, in the clip. And I watched that episode. It's just like what, 2.1?
[00:59:43] Speaker B: That's.
[00:59:43] Speaker C: That's chump change to Joe Burrow.
[00:59:44] Speaker A: Not 2.1. 2.9.
[00:59:46] Speaker C: 2.9.
[00:59:47] Speaker A: Almost three.
[00:59:47] Speaker C: Still, still just only he's.
[00:59:49] Speaker A: He was only what, let me see. $10,000 from 3 million. 3 million.
[00:59:57] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, he. I think his signing bonus was like $25 million.
[01:00:01] Speaker B: That's crazy.
[01:00:02] Speaker A: I'm trying to make sure my son is a baseball player.
[01:00:05] Speaker B: That's crazy. That's a lot of money.
[01:00:08] Speaker A: I know. He's, you know, my son, he's half Hispanic, so he looks. Oh, he is a baseball player.
[01:00:14] Speaker C: He probably is.
[01:00:15] Speaker A: Last name, everything is. Yeah, his father was a baseball player.
[01:00:19] Speaker C: Oh, he is.
[01:00:20] Speaker A: Yeah. Okay, so it's in the blood. Oh, yeah.
[01:00:23] Speaker C: What? What? Hispanic.
[01:00:25] Speaker A: What do you. Oh, Puerto Rican.
[01:00:26] Speaker C: Puerto Rican.
[01:00:27] Speaker A: And then he's Filipino too.
[01:00:30] Speaker B: I don't know. He might be good at handball. I don't know about baseball.
[01:00:34] Speaker A: I just said he's a baseball player.
You a hater. You know what? When he gets his 215 million dollar.
[01:00:44] Speaker C: Contract, Dominic be like, hey, I just want a jersey.
[01:00:50] Speaker A: We going to the games with Rodriguez on the.
[01:00:52] Speaker C: Who is Rodriguez? You don't know Rodriguez?
[01:00:55] Speaker A: That is not his last name?
Nowhere near, actually.
[01:00:59] Speaker C: Rosari.
[01:01:00] Speaker A: No.
[01:01:00] Speaker C: Oh, I know some Puerto Ricans name. Shout out to them.
[01:01:03] Speaker A: All right, for the next. For the next quick hit we got. Judge Greg Mais sued after issuing a bolt threat to a city worker during a personal dispute. So he is facing a lawsuit by a city worker named Ricardo Acosta, who claims that Mathis threatened his life while he was working last summer for the LA Department of Water and Power. In court documents obtained by tmz, Acosta claimed that the altercation began because the dump truck he drove was parked in front of Mathis. Mathis driveway.
[01:01:35] Speaker C: Move your.
[01:01:36] Speaker B: Hey. I said move your. I.
[01:01:37] Speaker A: That's a. Oh, no. He said move the fucking truck out the way.
[01:01:42] Speaker B: Move.
[01:01:42] Speaker C: Ms. Hot. Move the fucking truck out the way.
Yes, ma'am. I know a crackhead when I see one. Go ahead. Aha. You gonna move your shit. I'ma shoot the at you.
[01:01:52] Speaker A: Yeah. So let me. Let me. Let me finish telling you what Mathis said. So reportedly he stood behind the dump truck when Acosta requested he'd move due to safety concerns as the truck was parked in the incline. The judge allegedly replied that he did not give a. And to run him over and see what happens to him.
[01:02:10] Speaker C: Run me over.
I'm Greg Mathis.
[01:02:17] Speaker A: Went allegedly went inside to his house to retrieve his gun. He came back with it and said, I will bust a cat. You want to. With me?
[01:02:26] Speaker C: You know how old you gotta be to say you. I'm a bus. I'm a bus. A cat. Why do I sound like my Uncle Willie?
[01:02:31] Speaker B: Where's he from? Detroit, right?
[01:02:32] Speaker C: Yeah, he from Detroit.
[01:02:34] Speaker A: So Costa. He is being. He's suing for both assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
[01:02:41] Speaker C: Yeah. He white.
[01:02:43] Speaker A: Acosta.
[01:02:45] Speaker B: Yeah.
[01:02:45] Speaker A: His name is Ricardo Acosta. He ain't white.
[01:02:47] Speaker C: He white. Passes gang.
[01:02:49] Speaker A: Gang, yes. So that's what's. That's what's going on with Judge Mathis.
[01:02:55] Speaker C: Shout out to Judge Mathis.
[01:02:56] Speaker A: He brought out. Where he from. Ain't he from Philly?
[01:02:59] Speaker C: No, he's from, like, somewhere.
[01:03:00] Speaker A: Is he one of those. I know he is one of those. A black city.
[01:03:04] Speaker B: One of them. Older.
[01:03:05] Speaker A: He was. He was in the streets too.
[01:03:07] Speaker C: I'm gonna bust a cap in your ass.
[01:03:09] Speaker A: He brought him. He brought him out there.
[01:03:10] Speaker C: Old busting caps.
[01:03:12] Speaker A: All right, exclusive. Marcus Jordan. And y'all know Marx Jordan?
[01:03:16] Speaker B: Yeah.
[01:03:16] Speaker C: That Michael Jordan son.

[01:03:53] Speaker C: No, she. Her.
[01:03:54] Speaker A: No, it's not a hysterectomy.
[01:03:56] Speaker C: Hysterectomy. You got your ovaries.
[01:03:58] Speaker A: Oh, no. Is it?
[01:03:59] Speaker C: Yes.
[01:04:00] Speaker A: What's for the men?
[01:04:00] Speaker C: Vasectomy.
[01:04:01] Speaker A: Okay, thank you. Yes. You got it. My bad.
[01:04:03] Speaker C: Y'all so smart.
[01:04:07] Speaker A: Hey. Hey. I was confused. All right, all right. I was confused a little bit. I ain't never got one of those yet.
[01:04:14] Speaker C: All right.
[01:04:15] Speaker A: Yeah.
[01:04:16] Speaker C: Let the people know yet. The thing's still thinking bags work.
[01:04:24] Speaker A: But yes, they say Marcus Jordan isn't letting his breakup with Larissa Pippen.
[01:04:28] Speaker C: Larsa.

[01:04:45] Speaker C: So he had Nicole Murphy because she used to date.
[01:04:48] Speaker A: He was outside with her.
[01:04:49] Speaker C: Pilar Sanders. He gonna get Pilar Sanders next watch.
[01:04:52] Speaker B: For real? You think so?
[01:04:53] Speaker A: I think it's a.
[01:04:54] Speaker C: That he trying to get all. He trying to catch them all like Pokemon.
[01:04:57] Speaker A: He's putting in them notches in his belt.
[01:04:59] Speaker C: Yep.
[01:04:59] Speaker A: Knocking him out next.
[01:05:03] Speaker C: I don't blame him.
[01:05:04] Speaker A: All right. And for the last quick hit, we prosecutors move to drop theft charges against master P son Hersey Miller for stealing refrigerators.
[01:05:13] Speaker C: He need to be arrested for his daddy naming him Hersey.
[01:05:16] Speaker A: I was just about to read some of the Instagrammer. Some. I said Instagram. Some of the Instagram users the social media ways in, of course. So one guy wrote the check cleared another guy wrote the all Black no limit SUV's pulled up to the police station. Somebody else wrote the real crime. It's his daddy naming him Hersey.

[01:06:08] Speaker A: Yo, buy us new fridges.
[01:06:09] Speaker C: After a certain amount of money, it turns into something else. Oh, yeah, because it was 1500 worth of fridges that must have been full.
[01:06:17] Speaker A: 1500?
[01:06:18] Speaker C: Yeah, 1500 big ones with the screen.
[01:06:21] Speaker A: So was it 1500 each? No, because you said worth of fridges.

[01:07:49] Speaker A: You want me to. You want me to take less time?
[01:07:52] Speaker C: No, I'm joking. Don't follow me up. I'm silly. That sound means it's time for scam of the week. And our scam of the week goes to this Florida woman who led a 200 million dollar Ponzi scheme.
And she's been sentenced. She's been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
41 year old.
So Johanna Garcia of Broward County Dog. Our Spanish people are taking. Getting. Yeah, a lot of love. Received the maximum possible sentence for one count. Damn. One count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and mail fraud. 28 other counts from her indictment were dismissed.
Damn Spanish. On Spanish crime, Judge Jose Martinez also sentenced Garcia to three years of supervised release and $100 special assessment, plus additional restitution, which Will be determined on March 3.
She controlled MJ Capital Funding, which fraudulently solicited investors to fund his purported business of providing short term high cost loans called merchant cash advances. Cash advances or MCAs. Federal prosecutors said in a press release. Wait.
She also. She and her co conspirators also made false statements and fraudulent representation to investors about the nature of their investments and how the money would be used, says her. And she and her co conspirators falsely promised significant returns at an annual rate of 120,000. I mean, I'm sorry, 120%.
But her company made a. Made few loans and failed to earn anywhere near the profits it needed to pay the investors the promised returns. Oh, so she had a.
She said she had like a payday loan business, took investors money, but they really didn't have no loans. They just had.
I guess it was just a Ponzi scheme.
Said as a result, Garcia paid investors by running a large Ponzi fraud scheme, paying existing investors using new investor funds while misappropriating millions of dollars for her own personal benefit.
Yeah. Say she took at least $190 million of that total. Investors lost $90 million. She's.
[01:10:22] Speaker B: It was good while it lasted.
[01:10:23] Speaker A: I swear, once I come into a certain amount, I'm out the country. I'm leaving. Yeah, I'm leaving. You're never catching me.
[01:10:29] Speaker C: When did it start?
[01:10:31] Speaker A: They get greedy.
[01:10:32] Speaker C: It started October 20th.
Wait, the. The fraudulent conspiracy took place between October 20th. I'm sorry, October 2020 and August 2021.
So damn. Not a little over, not even a year, but like juvenile, say. Even didn't give a fuck. If we ball for three minutes, you know, I'm out. Yeah, but she had fun while it lasted.
[01:10:56] Speaker A: Not anymore.
[01:10:58] Speaker C: Yeah, she in jail for 20 years. Her partner, Pavel Ramon Ruiz Hernandez was charged in August.
[01:11:06] Speaker A: Say that three times.
[01:11:07] Speaker C: Ramon Ruiz.
[01:11:10] Speaker A: Can you spell it? Can you spell Ramon in. In Spanish?
Oh, you better go ahead, black man.
[01:11:18] Speaker C: Esta loca. Dame chocha.
[01:11:25] Speaker A: I'm really proud.
[01:11:26] Speaker C: He was sentenced in September to nine years and two months in prison, plus three years of supervised release.
